Grand Hotel Acapulco - Acapulco

Staff was very friendly, Close to store, and pools were not crowded. I will definetly stay there on my next visit to Acapulco.

We spent four nights at the Grand Hotel Acapulco over the Christmas holiday 2011. we loved this hotel and will definitely return. We stayed on the executive floor and it was definitely worth the price. Breakfast in the morning and snacks and cocktails in the afternoon were included and our room had an amazing view of Acapulco Bay. The room was always […] immaculate which can be difficult at a beachfront hotel where we must have tracked in sand but the floor and linens always felt fresh and clean. I highly recommend this hotel. Nice clean room with a beautiful view of the Acapulco bay. Morning coffee at the balcony was a real treat. Very few foreigners, almost only Mexican guests. Learn how to tip rapidly if you are not used to it and the service increases dramatically.

I have never felt compelled to write a review, but I felt I had to this time. This hotel is a sham, the pictures they show are from a few rooms that have been renovated, but most rooms are super old and nothing like they show in this website. Had a problem at the check in but the manager took care of it and upgraded my room and it all worked out well.

This hotel is in desperate need of maintenance and better elevators(wait time 15 minutes or more). dinner buffet was ok if you liked fish badly prepared, same for the side dishes. The Hotel is beautiful but I hated the morning noise that the construction worker was making every single morning I wasn't aware of the amount of rehabbing that was going to be going on doing my stay I think I would have choose a different hotel.

El hotel es muy bueno y brinda muchos servicios. No obstante, no concibo que en un hotel de esa categría haya que abonar Internet aparte, para tener en la habitación, con un costo poco razonable. También, respecto del mes de octubre (en que fueron unos amigos) aumentaron en exceso los servicios de buffet (desayuno) y restaurante.

CREO QUE POR CONSIDERAR LAS TRIFAS TAN ALTAS, ES NECESARIO RECONSIDEREN QUE EL PARKING DEBE SER FREE YA QUE SOMOS SUS CLIENTES....GRACIAS

LAS HABITACIONES LES HACE FALTA MUCHO CAMBIO YA SE VEN MUY VIEJAS LO QUE SON LOS PISOS 16 EN ADELANTE LAS HABITACIONES ESTAN REMODELADAS Y ESTAN BONITAS.

EXCELENTE SERVICIO, LA VIGILANCIA EN LA PLAYA MUY BIEN, LA ESTANCIA RELAJANTE Y LA COMIDA DELICIOSA ME LLEVE MUY BUENA IMPRESION MUCHAS GRACIAS

nos gusto mucho, las albercas estan muy grandes, aunque si les falta más mantenimiento en las noches porque hay mucho pelo cuando nadas, las habitaciones sonmuy amplias y con buena vista al mar, la atención en albercas para bebidas muy buena, la playa bastante agradable, amplia sinr ocas cercanas y tienes todo a la mano bien ubicado lo recomiendo a […] mpliamente Devamı

EL HOTEL MUY SUCIO, DESCUIDADO, LOS COLCHONES Y COJINES MUY DUROS.

Hotel a 5 stelle ma di fatto 3,5 / 4 . Una parte dell'hotel e' In fase di ristrutturazione. Ottima colazione a buffet Cari i prezzi per il fine anno. Per il resto , rapporto / qualita' prezzo ok ! Buona posizione, alla fine della zona Hotel , sia per andare fuori Acapulco (Revolcadero o Diamante) sia per andare in Centro o parte vecchia.

el cuarto es bonito aunque el bano le falta luz, el loby y bar, elevadores no corresponden a la remodelacion del cuarto se ve descuidado
