Excellent

We have a renovated room very pretty and clean. The attention on the front desk and at the lunch area was really good. I'll stay again in this hotel.

Only a one night stay but everything was excellent, a perfect start to our cruise vacation.

Had a problem with one of the desk clerks. Payed cash for a service then billed a second time to my room. Never got a reciept for it but was fixed very easily without hassle. Room was clean and near the airport. And for only a little more money got a Hilton hotel would definitely stay again if I wanted to stay at the airport

Obviously a hotel near the Miami Airport is not going to have an ambient neighborhood. It is a convenient location not only for the airport but also for Coral Gables. Our room was beautiful, overlooking the lagoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the public areas are beautiful.

It would have been a very good experience if you had 2 queen or king sized beds to accommodate my grown daughters and me. The double sized was just too small.

We didnt know what to expect when we booked the Hilton Miami Airport, really didn't expect much. As it turns out, it was very luxurious and comfortable. The room size was quite large and comfy. There are no restaurants closer than about a mile...it could be walked, in fact we walked it, but it is a bit far. Breakfast at the hotel was Ok, not anything […] fantastic. With a $22 buffet and $15 egg and sausage breakfast, if we had rented a car for our layover, we would have gone elsewhere. It was NOT worth that price. My only other suggestion would be to upgrade to queen beds. The rooms are large enough to handle them and it would be a little more comfy. Devamı

Not a stand out hotel experience . . . although hotel and my room were clean, the hotel is in need of a refresh. Decor felt like a mix of 80s and 90s. My flight was late, and there was no later night food or bar available to eat at. Ended up taking a taxi to a nearby restaurant, which was not that close because there really is not much near by except […] the airport. Airport transport was slow . . . waited about 30 minutes after landing for the shuttle to show. Staff was pleasant . . . no real issues there. It was an average experience if you need a place to crash for the night, but I guess I expect more from a full service Hilton. Devamı

The Hotel is within 500 yards of the airport, which can be convenient if you're on business; it's a hike to the beach. The hotel is a little dated and needs some updates, decent pool area though. The beds are NOT new which is a surprise for Hilton - acceptable but not great. Great for business, not for holiday.

Hotel is nice but the staff are not customer friendly at all.

When we booked the hotel room I also called to make sure that We will get a roll away bed for the 3rd person and we where promised one - no problem. We paid extra for larger room as well extra for 3rd person, but when we arrived we where asked to pay again additional $22 dollars for roll away bed. How many times we have to pay extras?? Everything was […] extra $$$, parking, Wi Fi and even coffee . The Front Office supervisor was very cold and she make it clear that is take it or live it. Later on we where offered compensation by Director of Front Office, he was polite and offer us free parking, Wi Fi and dinner however not the roll away bed, wonder WHY??. We did not use the dinner offer, all I want it was the roll away bed. Don't get fool with the dinner offer because is not worth it, you get $50 dollars however the price is so high in the restaurant that you will spend 2-3 times more because $50 want get you much. There are much better hotels in the area to consider, specially if you have a car. Coffee maker in the room of my cousin was broken and never replaced as promised. This is a good choice if you want/need to stay close to Miami Airport. You need your own car if you want get to see the nearness. The hotel has lately renwed gym providing excellent gym equipment.

Spent a month in the States, this was definitely the best hotel we stayed in but it was the ONLY one that charged for wifi in the room - this added $22 to our bill for the two of us. Staying in touch is very important for us and I think we could have found another equally good hotel for the money if we'd known about this charge beforehand.

While the shuttle service tends to be iffy (we waited quite awhile a couple times) the hotel is beautiful and clean. The man at the front desk (who's name begins with A) gave Exceptional service. The new decor is stylish and our room was quiet.

This hotel was a good value after finding a special rate online. My only complaint is the room service and dining is expensive. However, there are several restaurants only about a mile away. Since the weather was nice, it made for a nice walk. Due to the location, the hotel has beautiful surroundings and landscaping. We also thought the pool area was […] relaxing. The evening of March 4th my wife and I went to dinner at the Hilton Airport Mimi Hotel. While at dinner someony let themself into ou room and stole the wallat out of mt wifes purse. Mgt investigated but no recovery.

Very convenient from the miami airport, has clean and comfortable room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to and from the airport is additional bonus.

This hotel is good for business trips. Clean and in budget.

For a large, ariport hotel, this was very good. Nicely kept, nice pool, good staff, not on a strip. Only two complaints. 1 - It's just across the hwy from the airport and if noise bothers you, you won't be able to escape it. 2 - unlike most trips, we had our kids iwth us so needed two beds. From the time I stepped on the shuttle to when I checked out... The staff was most friendly! I stayed 3 nights for business... Had dinner in "The cove" wait staff very friendly and food was good. My room was cleaned quickly every morning. New updated decor was very relaxing. I had a room on the airport side with a balcony. I could hear the planes up […] until about 1030 ... But not after that. The only caution I would give is the bathroom floor is VERY slick when wet. Keep a mat down. Thank you Jenny at the front desk for great room. Devamı

We chose this hotel before our cruise becuase of its proxmity to the Miami airport. We prepaid of a room with a view and what we got was a room with a view of the roof. The manager would not change it. Our shower drain was not working and we reported it the first night and went out. The manager and staff said they would fix it while we were out. The […] next morning we found it still clogged. Breakfast was good. Bed was good. But room had paint peeling and dirt in various spots. we will never go back. Devamı

This is a beautiful property close to the airport, with spectacular views in any direction. We were on the 10th floor on the airport side, and never heard the airport noise unless we were out on the balcony. The dining was fantastic too. Ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Try the buffet! Shuttles ran to, and from the airport continuously, and […] they sell seaport shuttle tickets at the front desk. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The facilities and the rooms were in excellent condition. The pool area was beautiful and even though the hotel was next to the runway of the airport the noise was quite minimal and did not bother us at all. If you want to go to Miami for the restaurants and the nightlife I would not recommend this hotel not because […] it is far away from south beach but the traffic in Miami is terrible, but if you want to go shopping there are some great shopping centres not too far from the Hilton Miami Airport. Rooms were being "updated' and the construction began at 8 am...we did not arrive until 11pm... The shuttle took 45 minutes so the room service and restaurants were closed and we were forced to walk to a nearby hilton to get snacks and drinks. They were far more accomodating. I booked this same hotel by phone on the return for a cheaper price, got a […] far better room, and better service..just so you know. Devamı

Just a quick in-and-out, but a very nice stay. Close to MIA; the shuttles were frequent and on time, with the drivers extremely willing to lend a hand with the luggage. No problems with the reservation at the desk, and check-in was a breeze, as was check out early the next morning. Thought that dinner in the cafe was pretty pricey, but the fare was […] tasty. Comfortable hotel, located next to the airport. Staff unfriendly, given only the necessary, without worrying about pleasing guests. Hotel is under renovation and 08:30 am we were woken up with people working on the contiguous room (noisily). When complaining to guest service, nothing can be done.
