travel lodge didnt take care of me, didnt vacuum room before we got there. place looks like its never been renovated. shower was cold. tv only got a few channels. very few items left for breakfast still early in the morning, not alot to choose from. dont like check in at 2 pm and check out at 11 am . overall not happy

The exterior of the hotel was decent however the interior of the room was worn out. The dresser was peeling, the mattress's springs were uncomfortable and the remote for the television did not work. in my life i never stayed in a room like this. i do not know if i can complain any of the govt agency to close this hotel. hope you take action and remove from your listings. this is the first time, i got the room from hotels.com and of course this is the last time too

... this is probably where you are staying. It is your usual low brow motel, but you are not paying more than you should. If you just need a bed, a sink and a toilet, this will fit the bill and you squint.

The smallest shower of any hotel I have stay in your arms hit the walls as you try to shower a very old hotel, good for only one night.

When you stay at a travelodge you generally expect that in return for lower cost you get a basic room. What you might not expect is: 1: A shower that stinks, isn't very clean and makes you feel dirtier after the shower. 2: Tons of road noise all day and night, little sound dampening. Bring earplugs. 3: Threadbare bedding and towels. 4: Broken or […] badly repaired fixtures, sinks and so on. 5: A TV that gets very fuzzy channels. 6: A pool you wouldn't want to swim in for fear of catching something. 7: The on site management that doesn't respond to the bell in the office. I could go on but you get the point. On the plus side the location is good and there are lots of good asian restaurants around. But don't think you're getting a good deal just because of the price. This is truly an economy hotel. The towels in my bathroom were stained, they didn't turn down my bed and there was mold in the shower. The soda machine didn't work, it took a day to get an ironing board and the phone didn't work. If you're looking for a cheap room for a night, this hotel will work, but I don't reccomend a week long stay.

The location was great and the room was nice sized and very confortable. A couple of the interior lights did not work and the coffee pot was in need of a little repair. I reported these items and they were taken care of. The location was convenient for all of the Santa Clara and San Jose activities we were involved with.

well its a old hotel not kept up the dryer in the bathroom looked like its been there since the early 70's I guess it did work also if you like comfort remember to bring your own toilet paper and bath towel unless you like it rough the towel are not of any good quality or seem very clean I would be unsure I would use it to dry my car other than that […] it provided a roof for the stay get it! In this price range, polite service, cleanliness and basic amenities are all we expect. Convenient location is also a factor. It met expectations,in spite of a lamp with no place to plug it in (not needed anyway). We didn't expect any "continental breakfast", so the simple sweet cake and coffee/tea was a pleasant surprise (in context).

I have been traveling a few times in the few months. I stayed there 2 nights and was very impressed with the customer service.
