The staff could not be more accomodating - by my second walk through the lobby, the front desk called me by name over the next three days. Excellent group of people who could not do enough - no matter what the request. Love staying at this location - used it three times before and all trips have been excellent.

The room was more like a suite - much bigger than expected. Close to wide range of restaurants. Very clean bathroom. Comfy beds. Breakfast included some warm options. Very good value. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

The desk was very nice and changed our room the when we checked in cause we had accidentally booked the wrong type of room. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was small but very good food that was made fresh. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel exceeded our expectations; just a great place to stay. The staff could have not been any better; very helpful and professional.

Very friendly hotel staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Ask for a room away from the elevators if you don't want to hear the dinging all night long though.

The room was amazing for the price. They had a huge big screen TV that swiveled so you could see it in bed or in a nice coach area. The breakfast in the morning was hot and had a nice variety. My only complaint was the shower gel instead of soap in the bathroom. It was rancid and had the worst smell. Picked this hotel for just an overnight romantic stay and it exceeded our expectations! Was close to everything we needed. The room was really nice too! Bed was really comfortable and we loved the living room which was separate from where the bed was! You will not be disappointed!!!!

This hotel exceed our expectations, from the self-check in (that was cool) to the granite surfaces, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice use of space, great decor and excellent hi-tech services for free! Would definitely recommend to others and look for this style hotel again!

Entire property was well maintained. Room was great and the location was very accessible. Easy access to suburbs as well as University district.

Great location, close to everything without having to deal with being in downtown Columbus. Awesome amenities and friendly staff, would definitely stay there again.

What you gain spending a little more money to stay here is worth it. The room is clean, spacious, warm, and sophisticatedly comfortable. The hotel feels safe and the staff is friendly, they want to be freindly. The complimentary breakfist has real dishware! The towels are big and the shower is full. This is the second time I stayed in a Hyatt Place and I don't regreted. Very comfortable, specially when you have more than 2 kids. Good breakfast. We used the gym, which is very small and basic, but just what we needed.

Excellent service, beautiful decor, top notch. We were thrilled. Especially for the price. Would defitely visit again! Even brought me glasses of milk when I called the front desk for our evening snack!

I have been to many hotels over the years, but this one was such a great value! The room was great, with a huge TV, fridge, kitchen area, desk and couch with hideaway bed. The decor was modern and the room was clean. Add to the fact that it had free wi-fi and a substantial continental breakfast was just a bonus. STARTING WITH THE GREETING WHEN ARRIVING, TO THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WHEN I LEFT SOMETHING BEHIND THAT HAD TO BE FEDEX TO ME, SERVICE WAS A JOY TO WORK WITH. OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, AND BELIEVE ME, WE ARE VERY PICKY ABOUT SUCH THINGS. ONE SMALL SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO MAKE THE BATHROOM LIGHTSWITCH A NIGHTLIGHT SO THE CEILING LIGHT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE […] TURNED ON WHEN USING AT NIGHT TAKING THE CHANCE OF WAKING OTHER PEOPLE.AND NOT HAVING TO BE IN COMPLETE DARK IN A STRANGE BATHROOM. You will not find a better Hotel for the price.. The room was clean.. The king bed was great.. I have paid more and got much less.. Over all service 100%.. Highly recomend..

Excellent room for the price, very clean, comfortable,no smell. The express check-in machines were very conveinient, we were checked- in in under five minutes. Will definitely stay there in the future.

We were looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay within a quick drive of the Ohio State University campus and we found it at the Hyatt Place-Dublin. The hotel is easily accessible from I-270 and getting to the campus was quick and simple. There are lots of great restaurants in the immediate area and a nice mall just across the street. […] The hotel was clean and the layout of the room was very open and comfortable. We were a little disappointed in the limited selection at the continental breakfast, but overall it was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again! Devamı

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.

Upon arrival, we were informed that are king bed room had been overbooked and were reassigned to a double queen room....although hotel was nice, there are many other hotels in this area to choose from, and based on this double-booking experience, we don't plan on returning.

The front desk help was friendly and very helpful even providing me a list of reccomended restaurants. Made me feel very welcome. Room was excellent. Spacious, clean and spacious with everything I needed and more. I've stayed at 3 different hotels in Columbus since June for business and I will definitely look no further than Hyatt Place for future  […] stays. Devamı

I arrived with 2 other families and I had pre-paid for 3 rooms. The girl at the desk told me they only had 2 reservations and essentially, expedia.com (of course I used Hotels.com) had not sent the third reservation over. She said they were completely booked and the other family with us was out of luck (my wording). She checked for any cancellations […] but that was about it. We told her that if she did not have the 3 rooms, there was no use to stay there. She begrudgingly started making a reservation for the third family and found that, amazingly, the third reservation WAS in the system after all. Not at all a good start. The room was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small, as you could not sit on the toilet and close the door -- there was only about 1/2 inch clearance between the two. The shower was good with shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers mounted on the side of the tub. The continental breakfast was good (although the oatmeal was lumpy) but the staff was very helpful and were working diligently the whole time. Unfortunately, one of our cars was broken into right out in front of the hotel, and it was even under a light. None of the security cameras were able to get to that particular parking spot. The hotel management (in the morning) was very helpful and they even had a staff member get plastic and tape up the window. We would like to know how the burglar knew that spot was not covered by the cameras? Devamı

Bathroom was small but not objectionable. Everything else was great and I would recomend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel staff was some of the nicest I've encountered. Everything was comfortable and clean in our room and the food from the cafe was really good although a bit pricey. The staff even made up a crib (with sheets) for my daughter upon arrival. This hotel is right off the highway, across the street from the mall and about fifteen minutes from the Columbus […] zoo. Several great restaurants nearby too. Overall great experience! I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Devamı

Wonderful stay. Very clean and very quiet. We would stay there again, anytime.

Nice people, nice place. However, the place looks clean to the eye, but my 18 mts old daughter was wearing white socks and after an hour in the room, the bottom of her socks were BLACK! It is very hard to tell a 18 mts old little girl she isn't allowed to play in such a dirty floor. It did not make for a good evening!
