the hotel is quite run down. Our room door looked like it had been kicked in at some time and the lock wasnt repaired correctly. Pool was nice but there were never pool towels. Staff very polite and helpful and the breakfast very good.

I personally would not stay at this hotel unless I really had no other better choice due to the fact that it sits next to the highway and you always knew when a vehicle went by and you could always tell when a train went by due the horns going off. I ended up switching rooms which wasn't the hotels fault but I did notices that both rooms needed repairs. […] You would think since the owner did undercover boss things would be in better shape. The hotel was next store to a arbys and the delivery trucks had to use the hotel parking to leave the restaurant after deliveries. Not bad for the money...Close to freeway and the pool looked good, though I forgot swim trunks in winter! Very friendly staff. Even thought the freeway was very close I didn't hear it all during the night. Above average breakfast, biscuits and gravy with a waffle maker, fresh fruit, and plenty of OJ and coffee. We stayed there during the annual Black Friday weekend. Room was pretty clean, bathroom was tiny. However, they made up for by locating the sink outside the bathroom. was initally impressed by hotel front desk staff, Eugene very friendly, but then room was dirty and didn't receive fresh bathroom linens on 2 day, even when I called to request. Noisy room next to pool and on main floor with people walking hallway above us. Feels more like a motel -6... Bed was comfortable, but the entire motel was old, and in need of repair. Breakfast was included, but the breakfast room was not very clean.

This motel need updated and quickly! Everything is quite old. Carpets are not clean--room was minimally clean---didn't even get ours throughly cleaned every day-just a hit and miss. You can spend about the same and get a much nicer place in the area.

This motel is clean, comfortable and quiet at night. The breakfast that is available is good and filling. The price for a one day stay is also a fair exchange for what you get.

There were no seals around most of the door. I could see light and feal cold air coming through the door, and had to stuff it with hand and wash towels. There was duck tape on the carpet in front of the door. The manager did say the room was schedualed for recarpeting after I complained. And all the facilities were very clean. I have two kids and they love yo play on the floor, and when we were there we noticed how dirty the carpet was in the room. When we were on the floor playing with kids we noriced that the carpet stinks! I think you guys should have it washed, other than that the stay was greatband the customer service was amazing

My family and I are relocating to this area and needed a place close to the College and general area we were looking for housing. I also had job interviews to coordinate while house hunting. Good room, good location, good pool and hot tub, good breakfast, only down side was a work crew staying there that thought they were the only guests in the hotel when they left for work every morning at 6am.

Great continental breakfast, staff friendly and helpful. The beds were OK for comfort. The bedskirt could have been cleaner and towels a little more absorbant. I probably would stay again, the location was good close to shopping and restaurants. The price for what you get is good.

We have stayed at this hotel for the last few years while we are in town for a softball tournament. It is close to were we need to be and right off I-5. Hotel staff was very nice and the rooms are clean and updated.

It is incredible that when I mentioned to staff that my washroom was not flushing, it was overlooked. We had to use the burgerking facilities all weekend. When I even mentioned to the girl on Sunday morning while checking out, it was ignored. I wondering if she would have been ok going through what we had to. Our stay was pleasant although the bathroom faucet leaked and there were stains on the carpet. The service was good and prompt.

when seeing this hotel as a 2 star hotel we were a little skeptical....sound out it was a nice clean,comfortable place to stay the night. The price was good too. Only thing against hotel is maybe the freeway noise.....didn't keep us awake. Should be rated a 3 star at least!

Hotel is pretyy close to highway a bit noisy and hense lower rate, but it was a great place tio stay none the less. Services nearby were minimal after 9:00. We had a hard time finding a place to eat but no this is no fault of the hotel. Rooms were spacious and nice and staff was very very nice. Good free breakfeast.

Is very accessable but is so close to the Interstate that if you open the window that is all you hear.

We read the reviews and thought this hotel would meet our need to get on the ferry at a reasonable time. The hotel is called Quality Inn, it should be called Low Budget Inn. For the price that we paid we were very unsatisfied. First the carpets were stained, the bedspread was nasty (thank god you can pull it off) and the bathroom was so tiny, you couldn't […] turn around in it. The towels were harsh and extremely thin and the pillows on the bed were tiny and flat.. The surrounding area was questionable. Rug did not look vacuumed, pieces of dry grass or something like that in 2 different places. All edges of room had a noticeable line of dust, no edger had obviously been used in weeks. Dust on box spring and fluff off dark material etc.at head of bed. No whitener for tea or coffee.Room had musty smell. Bed was comfortable.

Can`t sleep. Cars drived by making noise-

Motel was very easy to find and in a good location for shopping at the Burlington Outlet Mall and about 20 minutes from the Seattle Premium Outlets. It was good value for the money. The staff was incredibly friendly and did an outstanding job of making us feel welcome. The included breakfast was a nice bonus with fresh waffles, toast, muffins, scones, […] hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, juice and of course coffee and tea. We left full for a day of shopping. We were bummed out because the pool was out of service. A spring break trip needed a heated pool to be complete.

We only stayed one night but the breakfast (included was fantastic) room (disabled room) was very accessible for my wheelchair. Room was clean I will stay there next time I'm in town.

It is a 2-star hotel, but it was top notch for that. Clean, comfortable, quiet, nice people, good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

We were greeted by a friendly staff. We had one request with wanting a different bedspread, and they were very prompt about exchanging it, no questions asked. They were also very personable and willing to chat with us about the area, and things to do. Very friendly management.

The hotel was easy to find and access. It was right next to I-5 and the traffic noise was loud. Our room was at the end next to I-5. The breakfast was very good and the area you ate in was very clean and comfortable. The staff didn't seem to friendly.

I stayed at the Quality Inn in Mt. Vernon, WA for two nights in mid July 2010. It is a basic motel, just off I-5, near the Burlington exit at a very reasonable price. Room doors open to the outside. There is an elevator for guests who can't or don't want to use the stairs. I was satisfied with the stay, but my wife was not. On the first night we left […] the window open to cool and air out the room. My wife says she couldn't sleep because the bed was uncomfortable (the mattress was very firm) and the freeway noise kept her awake. My wife suffers from insomnia, so that was probably also a factor in her inability to sleep. I didn't find the bed significantly different from any other motel bed, and I did not have trouble sleeping. On the second night, we left the window closed and my wife was able to sleep. There is a Walmart close by and several strip malls with typical shopping are just across the freeway . Family restaurants and fast food are also close by. An Arby's and a Burger King are directly next to the motel. When we used the pool, we found that there was only one clean towel available. I called the front desk from the pool phone and the desk clerk brought a few fresh towels within five minutes. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with food and an attendant was available to re-stock when items ran out. Most of the food was typical for an included motel breakfast. Fresh baked waffles and biscuits and gravy were also available. I would stay at this motel again if I were looking for a place to sleep in this area. I felt that the price was a good value for a basic motel room. The room was clean and I was comfortable on the bed. My wife, on the other hand, says she'd never stay there again due to the freeway noise and the uncomfortably firm bed. Devamı

The staff was very nice. The neighbors, however were quite loud and could be heard through the ipod ear pieces. Things quieted down briefly following a call to the front desk, but the neighbors didn't remain quiet. Didn't get much sleep. In the morning the hair dryer didn't work, but we received a spare that did. B'fast was good - waffles, eggs, cereal. […] Except for the neighbors (whom I suspect were celebrating graduation), it was a good experience. Devamı
