The staff was very friendly and quick with any request. Our room was clean, updated and comfortable. Other then there was a slight smell due to not have the ac/heat fans on to circulate. once on for a short time the air quality was fine. The only MAJOR problem that makes this a hotel a not stay again. Was the thin walls we heard the room next door's […] TV, them talk heard every word and they did not appear to be yelling. every little noise from upstairs and people outside. Which made for an other wise sleepless night. But if noise doesn't bother you it is a reasonable place for a short stay. Devamı

Location is good price is good but the price is what you pay for

The hotel was clean and fairly up to date. Breakfast was not the "most choices" that I have seen. Great seating area though. The customer base from what I saw was a little a sketchy at best. CLOSE to I5, only a few hundred feet, it was ok with the window closed (good white noise) but there is no way you could open the window and have a conversation […] in the room. Devamı

We stayed at the Days Inn Tacoma Mall Blvd on our way to and from Palm Springs. It was very close to the I5 so we were concerned that we would hear traffic noise...not so. It was so quiet inside the room we didn't hear any noise from outside or even in the hotel. We would recommend this Days Inn to anyone who is travelling on the I5.

hard beds, gave us 2 doubles when we booked for 2 queens then argued with me rudely when i went back to tell them, pot smoke smell in the halls. sad breakfast. check in and out was fast.

I stayed one night with my family. It's really nice. I recommend it!

Internet service is somewhat loose, they say there is no breakfast . However there is a breakfast served. Better than what we thought. It is a quiet and good environment. Worth trying again. Thank you.

The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows, yeah. Could hear a few neighbors, but the room was very clean and the staff was very nice. We will be staying their again. Worth the money.

Hotel was good for the price but neighbors were annoyingly loud didn't care about who heard them other then that it was a nice stay......

Here are my pluses for this hotel. 1. Very convenient for access to SEA TAC airport 2. Excellent value for the services provided and received (free breakfast until 10 am, friendly front desk staff, very cllean room) 3. Will definitely stay at this hotel if ever in the area again

a lady in the next room was talking in a Jerry springer show voice for a hour and a half. Mind you ,it was230am. i CALLED THE FRONT DESK, somone came up, but 5 min later she started right up again. They should have checked up on that room or kicked them out!!

Other than the bed which sagged a little and caused a small backache to my wife and the openness of side doors which could be accessed by anyone without a key, I'm happy with the reservation. The parking lot on the North Side had a sign that the Hotel is not responsible for any loss incurred there in Days Inn parking lot was my worry. I was looking for a place to stay close to the highway, just an overnight stop-off before continuing our road trip. This place was sufficient, but not pleasant. The rooms were clean enough, the bathroom was newly remodeled. The staff was not overly friendly. The outside doors are open, so I didn't feel very secure. The surrounding area wasn't the nicest. […] The only food along the freeway at this spot was H00ters next door, so don't expect an overnight stop with lots of quick, easy, decent eating options. A convenient hotel right off of Highway 5, with easy access to all directions of travel. Friendly staff, continental breakfast, Internet access, pool, and workout area. Close to nearby McChord AFB and Ft. Lewis Army station, Tacoma, Olympia, Seattle, and Mt. Rainier. Nearby shopping malls/centers, points of interest, and sightseeing locations .

For the price it was just fine. No frills, but it had everything we needed and super convenient, right off the freeway. My only complaint is the side doors to get into the hotel were not secured. If I could change something to this hotel it would definitely be the carpent, it was old and dingy and made the hotel look run down. But the room was just […] fine and had everything we needed. The walls are somewhat thin as the neighbors alarm woke me up in the morning, but I'm sure I kept him up all night with my snoring... so we're even. Devamı

Hotel room was very adequate. The plastic mattress covers were annoying. Breakfast service was well done. Not many restaurant choices nearby.

Either the carpets needed cleaning or the a/c need a new filter, or both...

The location of this hotel was great, right off of the interstate and close to the mall, Cheney park and downtown. However, as three staying alone, we were very aware of our surroundings at all times and this hotel is not in a very safe area. The hotel is old and the walls are very thin so I recommend bringing ear plugs to get through the night. Also, […] there is no elevator so if you don't like stairs I recommend somewhere else. Devamı
