This hotel is exactly what my family needed! The service was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and everything was in working condition.

The Sheraton Bucks County is in the style of the older conference facility with rooms attached. Still, it offers comfort and convenience at a moderate price compared to the local competition. The only less expensive alternative is fairly far down the food chain, while those with more modern conveniences, are priced beyond the reasonable cost for what […] they offer. All in all, Sheraton Bucks County is the optimal choice in the Sesame Place area. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were large enough to be comfortable for an extended stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant had a meat loaf on the menu that was just like Mom used to make! The room was comfortable, with all the standard amenities.

The hotel was very good. The location of the hotel is very good too. Right across Sesame Plaza. There's a mall within walking distance. We like the service. We did not eat at the hotel because the prices were a little bit too high. It's good they have an indoor pool. The beds were comfortable. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Great value and close to Sesame Place. They allow pets to stay free, always accomadating.

Everything about this hotel was a great experience

Very clean with exceptionally large rooms. Very freindly staff.

This hotel is clean, affordable, and has a very welcoming and conscientious staff. There is only the Sesame Place season that makes me not stay there when in the area.

what a pleasure. We slept better in the hotel bed than we do in our own. Thanks to all that take the time at your hotel to make it very comfortable

The rooms and facilities are top notch. We spent our 49 anniversary there and had 8 friends over to celebrate in the bar area. We were treated spectacularly with terrific service from the bar tender with bar food that is really outstanding and priced very favorably, better than most restaurant food. Great place to stay.

need to have a free breakfast for all, not just premier card members

Everything was fine except the complimentary breakfast. Very undesirable. There were not even napkins available. Only three tables and not a very good selection of foods either.

Husband & I and our dog had a comfortable stay. The staff was wonderful. The hotel was warm and cheerful for the holiday. I had lots of problem with the WIFI. It was very frustrating, had to call technical support twice and kept being dropped off line by the hotel server. Beds were very comfortable and linens of good quality. Hotel has been updated. Reason we stay is that they take dogs. Room was clean and neat but bathroom shower needs a bit of an update. Nice thing is having a microwave and a fridge in the room - we were able to store dog food. We did not eat in the hotel so I cannot comment. Overall, good value for the money!

Got to the hotel a day early Chris at the front desk took care of that Made us feel welcome. Room was always clean

We stay here every year at Christmas, since we have relatives in Bucks County. The Sheraton is just a 5-minute drive away, it's clean, comfortable, has a gym, free WiFi, and a good business center if you need it. It's near a shopping center and a cinema (important for holiday season!). Only minor quibble: no pay-per-view movies (although full cable […] is available). I was truly pleased! Check in was quick and courteous! A Bell Hop graciously took all of our belongings up to our room. We had brought our dog and planned on having him sleep in the car, but when they found out, they offered to allow him to stay in the room with us at no additional charge. Lots of restaurants & shopping nearby if that's your thing. We were roomed right off the lobby. The room was nicely appointed, clean & comfortable. It was however a little noisy, with service area doors (I think) slamming and lots of foot traffic. After reading some reviews about this hotel we thought of giving it a try. We were very pleased by the ease in finding it, then the quality of hotel was great, and best of all - it is just across the street from Sesame Place. They even had a shuttle service to drop off and pickup from sesame place !! We thoroughly liked it. Only thing is, we had requested […] a refrigerator, and they said it would cost us additional $20 per day!! That i thought was too high, when the website says that they offer it upon request. All in all it was a great place to stay when visiting Sesame Place. Area around is full of stores and restaurants, so you will have enough to do. Devamı

11/28/11 - Fire alarm went off at 345A and they evacuated the hotel. The emergency exit at the bottom of the stairwell was jammed shut, forcing everyone back up the stairs and out into the lobby (just in time for them to tell us that it was a false alarm and to go back to bed). Had great potential for panic had it ben a real emergency. I know stuff […] like this can happen, but was a bit taken aback and surprised at lack of concern or apology around the entire situation. We chose to stay here for a weekend soccer tournament that was located just across the state line in New Jersey. Being close to route 1 was helpful. The hotel has always offered great bedding, soft and comfortable; good breakfast buffets with a nice variety of foods. We just needed to sleep and relax for a bit, but it was a great choice for such.

The only STRONG recommendation I would make is make hot tea as accessible as coffee PLEASE I had to wait every morning for the waitress to get my hot tea. We stayed 5 nights and every morning I had to wait for my tea. Not happy why no little frisbee in the room? I love the scent of the hotel.

Nice hotel for the price. Indoor heated pool was nice feature because it was cold outside when I stayed at the hotel. Room was clean. Would stay there again.

Parking was horrible. I had to park around the bend and walk to the hotel. After I made the reservation for a king size bed, the hotel only had a smaller one to offer, it was 11 pm at night and I had no choice but to except. The manager that was on duty was rude and angry. He didn't seem like he want to help the situation nor did he actually care if […] I would stay at that hotel or not. I am actually a GM for a major corporation that will have to visit that area about 7 more times before new years and this was the first time I will stay at this hotel. My wife and I booked the Sheraton Hotel to stay overnight from Saturday to Sunday with a plan to take our 6 year old niece to Sesame Place. This hotel was absolutely terrific with staff who were helpful and polite. I called in advance since the forecast predicted snow. I spoke with Chris at the front desk who was extremely helpful in telling me the […] weather for Sat and Sun. We decided to take the 1 hr 40 min drive and in the worst case scenario take advantage of the indoor heated pool in the hotel. Needless to say Sesame Place was closed but the hotel was more than great! The room was very nicely furnished with a flatscreen tv, a minifridge and microwave. Along with the free internet connection we were more than content staying busy in the hotel. The next day we were able to visit Sesame Place since the snow was gone and we had great service from Joe the shuttle driver who took us to Sesame Place then gave us his telephone number so we could call him when we were ready to get picked up. Prior to that we also requested late checkout due to long lines at IHOP and were told "no problem". What was also great was the close proximity of various eateriez and the Oxford County Mall which gave us plenty of options. Devamı

Me and my family loved our stay at the hotel

My family spent a night at the Sheraton, before a day at sesame park. The hotel was great: clean, friendly, and very comfortable. The hotel is across from the park and offers shuttels every 30 minutes (which is nice and saves the walk from parking as well as parking costs). The room was big, renovated and spotless. We will return!

Just wanted to say we loved the stay there. It was my kids first experience in a hotel and they loved it!! And located 2 blocks from Sesame Place amazing! Can't wait to book my Summer weekend there again.

Free shuttle across the street to Sesame Place means you don't pay for parking at the Attraction. A couple of the "suite" rooms on the ground floor overlook the pool, which can be noisy at times. Property gets a lot of guests with children, visiting Sesame Place. Went there for a Car Club Event - was nice but more than I would normally spend for a room. I didnt use any of the amenities. The elevators were very slow service and stopped at every floor real strange.. Oh well had a good time in a nice facility with nice banquet rooms and good food.. We spent 2 other nites of the weekend at Red Roof with no complaints […] an a lot less money at less than half the price also booked on Hotels.com Devamı

We stayed at the Sheraton back in August for a trip to Sesame Place with our 2 children. It was perfect! Although the park is across the street form the hotel, you cannot walk...it would be too dangerous crossing the road. The hotel does offer shuttle service if needed. The Hotel is a great location to Sesame Street but we stayed during Labor Weekend which I will never do again we checked in at 3 but didnt get our room til 4pm. I don't know if they were under staff but the line to the front desk was just too long. The hotel was crowded and our room smelled like wet dog.

The hotel is right next to Sesame Place and is very clean and nice. There is an indoor pool so if its raining as Sesame Place, you still have a fun activity for the kids. Plus on check-in they gave my daughter a rubber ducky and she just loved it.

The hotel was nice and clean. It had an indoor pool which was wonderful since it rained one of the days. The only disappointing thing to me was the lack of a refrigerator in the room and the tv channels and picture left much to be desired. Since most families come to stay to go to Sesame Place there should be more accomadations towards the family.
