Everyone did all they could to make our stay enjoyable.

Overall a very good experience. Close to several restaurants and Whole Foods which was convenient with kids. Staff was very helpful and mailed items I had left in the room after checking out. One loud night due to the open concept of the layout but the other 3 nights were fine.

Bathroom designer neglected to include a towel bar. Double is tub Jacuzzi sounded like a 727 at takeoff. Total useless and NOT romantic.

I was pleased to find the hotel was within a 15 mile radius to my business travel, shopping and many restaurants in a 2 mile radius. The hotel restaurant food was good. The breakfast was better and the bar atmosphere was enjoyable in a quaint setting. I would definitely revisit the hotel and refer to a friend (or maybe not - best kept secret.)

3 night stay, TV did not work in bedroom 1st night, they fixed it. Left a note on counter requesting caffeinated coffee, never left me any. Took my washcloths first morning and did not replace them until I called on third day. Telephone in bedroom didn't function properly, had to use other phone to call front desk. They did leave me all new soaps and […] shampoos each day but had to call the third day to have room cleaned because I still did not have any washcloths by 4pm, room had not been cleaned yet. Greeted with a warm chocolate chip cookie, as is standard for DT. Desk staff courteous. Room was clean. Upgraded to Hilton Rewards room as a professional courtesy since not a member of HR. Would stay here again. Will shop more DoubleTrees when traveling.

Very nice hotel, probably designed for business events. So, it was more like high end Hilton building with DoubleTree suite type rooms.

In addition to the hotel being unclean and loud, the staff was horrible. As part of our reservation, we were to receive a free breakfast. The hotel ran out of bacon. We had to wait several hours to get clean sheets and towels. We were told that this was all due to Penn relays.

I would have probably given the hotel 4 stars but the rooms and hotel are a bit outdated. The shower also didn't drain properly so that was a bit annoying having to take a shower with a foot of water in the tub.

Staff was friendly, polite, and professional. Room was quiet and clean. Mattress could have been of better quality.some dining utensils would have been nice since room had microwave. Overall nice experience.

My family really loved the hotel. We meet longtime friends that we haven't seen in 16 years and loved the pool and spa and the surrounding area. Philly within 20 miles. The room was wonderful. The cookies so good. My only small issue was there weren't any clean towells in the pool are. We and another family called while at the pool within an hour of […] each other and no one ever came to collect dirty towells or bring new ones. My family shared one towel for the five of us. Very Comfortable Beds, nice separate sitting area, good location near a mall and good restaurants. The buffet breakfast at the hotel (at extra cost) was extensive and good.

When the room was booked we were told by rep hoyt, that we have will have a complementary roll away bed (there was 6 of us) and that breakfast would also be complementary. This was never so. The manager on duty said it was imposibble to provide the extra bed/;reakfast. We were totally disappointed with the booking. They were extremely nice to us. We had a car accident and were actually booked in Center City. Hotels.com changed the reservation for us with no hassle. It was an long day and we were starving. Our dinner was excellent, compliments to the chef!!! Very comfortable and very clean.

This hotel was pretty nice for the money. Big room with separate bedroom/living room but the rooms looked like they could use some updating. Staff was very friendly and of course we got a cookie when we checked in. Nice bar area inside hotel, didn't check out their food. Hotel is set up a little weirdly, but it worked.

Booking through Hotels.com was a very smooth transaction. For the same exact room and amenities they actually were cheaper than booking through the hotel directly. Thanks Hotel.com. ...but that's where the happiness ended. Our stay at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Philadelphia West, to bring in the New Year 2013, was an absolute NIGHTMARE! Upon arrival […] our keys didn't work to get into our room. An engineer was going to come up and repair the lock while we waited but we eventually convinced them to give us another room. Next our heater in the new room didn't work so the "engineer" came to reverse the electrical wiring. We didn't find out until we awakened the next morning FREEZING that our heater still didn't work. I went down to the Business Center that same morning to send money via WU to a friend and the internet didn't work. After about 45 minutes of waiting while they troubleshooted the staff concluded that they would have to wait until AT&T arrived...which meant More Waiting!! I then fixed the problem by advising a staff member to unplug then re-plug the power cord and other cords from the modem then hit the reset button. Last but not least, when my family and I awoke the next morning there was NO WATER available - well through to the time that we left!!!! We had paid in full and in advance to stay here and all we got out of this stay was a change in scenery. And for our "two night" nightmare, the Manager offered no refund, but a "one night" stay in the future :-( Devamı

The hotel lobby was decorated for the holidays and looked beautiful! The staff were awesome! Always asked if we needed anything, were very pleasant and seemed very happy to be there. The room was ok. Some things were not nice as i expected. the sink was clean but has seen better day, the water pressure in the shower was non-exsistant, the drapes in […] the living room looked like they have never been cleaned and the beds were to bouncy. I share a bed with my 4 year old and could feel here turn while asleep. I loved that there is a separate living area and we werent crammed in a room with just 2 beds. We had a good visit. Pretty lobby and excellent buffet breakfast. Rooms were nice for the price. We would return. Right next to a huge mall with many restaurant options.

Spent 5 nights at the Double Tree with my son's lacrosse team. Very well organized hotel in terms of catering/food service. Great location. Great Rooms. Will be back.

The hotel was very nice. The suites were kept in excellent condition. I did have problems sleeping due to 2 wedding/receptions going on. I went to the vending at 1:30am and the reception was still going on. I was just amazed by the noise, but its a wedding so I tried to be understanding. Although I had a lack of sleep, I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed here before-room was much cleaner. Had trouble with the TV in the bedroom. Had to call maintenance to turn on the shower. Was very nice, came back later & fixed it. Room needs a little updating. Dust on the ceiling from the fan-bathroom could have been cleaner initially, however, was cleaned thoroughly throughout our 3 day stay. There was a wedding […] so it was a little noisy. Didn't get cookies this time!! Like the hotel-will try again. Price was very good. Devamı

Room was smaller than expected, tended to be noisy due to nearby stairwell and did not have a refrigerator as was listed to be in each room. When requested a 2nd coffee cup and bag of coffee was brought to the room quickly.

Went to this hotel for a trade show. Got there in the midst of upcoming SUPERSTORM. Our accomodations were very good, we enjoyed the hot tub and had an excellent breakfast (although not included) in the morning. Unfortunately the trade show did not work our either for us or the hotel. We had to stay here after Hurricane Sandy knocked out our power at home for days. The location was great, as was the hotel. The restauarant was also good - I'd highly recommend.

The hotel hosted several weddings during my Saturday-Sunday stay. The hotel has an atrium and my room was facing the atrium and across from a room where dishes were stored. It did get quite noisy at time if I was sitting in the front portion of the room. The bedroom was very quiet. I did not make a request for towels or sheet changes, but I thought […] that the staff would replenish the coffee and cups during our stay. My husband and I stayed overnight to attend a party held in one of the ballrooms. All staff from front desk to bartenders to maid service were extremely friendly and accommodating. The two room suite was spacious and very clean.
