This is an older hotel but still comfortable. The bedroom closet sliding doors in both rooms that I had would not slide they needed repaired. The tracks were very dirty. But that was the only thing that was not good. People were nice they didn't try to take the food away at breakfast before the strike of the clock.

We enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites in Plano on Old Shepherd. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with a king-size bed in one room and 2 double beds in the other. Our family of four had room to spread out. There was a free breakfast in the morning which was reasonable and a free dinner Monday-Thursday. The room was clean, but the housekeeping […] was a little erratic -- sometimes they replaced conditioner, sometimes not; sometimes they left a wash rag in the kitchen, sometimes not. We have stayed in other Homewood Suites, but this was our first time at this location. The property is a bit smaller than what we are used to, but it was fine. I make/decorate birthday cakes for my grandchildren, and making them for the 'out-of-town' grandkids can be a hassle. Having a kitchen in our room makes it so much easier to decorate cakes! We […] had plenty of room throughout. The bed was comfortable. It was a little inconvenient not having a door to the vanity area...hard to sleep when someone else is up earlier getting ready. /we found the hotel to be very friendly and comfortable. Could not believe the wonderful breakfast that was provided each morning.

Great experience. Loved the extra living room/ kitchen with a door to close off the bedroom so the baby could sleep. Clean, friendly, comfortable, and safe neighborhood. Would stay here again.

We were thrilled with our recent stay at Homewood Suites - from cheerful, organized staff, delicious breakfasts, to huge rooms with cozy beds - we loved every minute of it.

The hotel was great, little out of the way but worth it. We arrived at the desk at 2100 into a ongoing dispute about which Hoomdwood Suites this was. During a oause we were checked in quickly. Note the breakfest was not explained to us nor any of the other ammenties. Otheer wise great hotel.

The Homewood Suites was great for our family. We have two children, a boy and a girl, and they don't sleep in the same bed. We booked a 2 bedroom suite, 1 king and 2 queens, with 2 bathrooms. It's so nice to have a comfortable bed for everyone and room to move around and relax. Lot's of restaraunts and shopping nearby. Easy drive from DFW airport, close to many restaurants and stores. Very clean building in a nice neighborhood.

From the smiling and friendly staff to the comfortable and spacious room, this hotel stay was a delight. It is an older property but has been well maintained and is in a good location. I will definitely stay here again.

A nice size family suite, 2 bedroom, king and queen beds, living room. Price is right. Hot breakfast is a plus. Definetly will stay again.

Homewood Suites lives up to its name in that it's more like home than something fancy. The rooms are peaceful and spare, just like home, and not so exciting (exception the full kitchen is very useful). The meals are simple fare, like you might make in your own kitchen, rather than restaurant quality. The people are friendly like your neighbors, rather […] than treating you like royalty. So stay here if you want a great location and to wind down without pampering or high amenities. If you're looking for something more special than home, then you would probably be happier elsewhere. My 3 sisters, mom, and I just had a weekend getaway to Dallas. Homewood Suites was better than we expected!! All 5 of us fit comfortably in one suite with 2 double beds and a fold out couch. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very kind. We were all pleasantly surprised by the complimentary hot breakfast that was served each morning with many […] options to choose from. We also enjoyed the always available complementary coffee in the lobby. No sticky carpets, loud A/C units, or funky smells here. The hotel rate split between the 5 of us made this an even better deal. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we venture to Dallas. Devamı

We were there for 17 nights. The room was comfortable & clean. Breakfasts & dinners were very good. Everything waswell maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

great place to stay while visiting Plano. Easy access to highways and convient shopping and dinning. Housekeeping left before we could have our room cleaned one day. Slept in because of a very late arrival.

Business partner was 2 miles down the road so it was very convenient. Bush Turnpike is just down the road so getting to other parts of Dallas is a snap. Morning traffic on Preston Dr. is heavy so be prepared for that.

convienient to restaurants, shopping and major highways. In a nice, quiet area. The rooms were very clean, plenty of big fluffy towels. The free breakfast was a delight with plenty of choices and everything was fresh and frequently replenished. I was glad we stayed here the weekend my daughter had her rehearsal dinner and wedding closeby. I didn't need […] any extra headache worrying with a bad hotel. would highly reccomend this hotel. We stayed just 1 nite. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and courteous! The breakfast was amazing and delicious! 5 Stars! :)
