The rooms are very large and clean. The only problem is the thoel is quite far from the downtown. P.S.: ıf you are using a GPS, enter the state as Virginia.

Excellent facility, courteous staff and short walking distance to the Metro.

Not very fresh, located near a very large avenue (traffic), very limited restaurants in the neighborhood. Close to the Arlington cemetery. The room was rather small and expensive for the level of service. Metro was a good 10 minutes away. Disappointing for a Best Western.

It was a good room; clean with an awesome bed. Wifi was spotty, but not a deal breaker. The hotel was a little far from the metro and if you walk there at night it's kinda scary; dark streets and felt unsafe.

Close to everything, surround by delisious restaurants. Clean, comfortable and great staff. Would definitely come again.

This hotel made a family trip to DC financially reasonable. It was easy to get to the metro to get in to see the sights. We walked through the surrounding neighborhood to get to restaurants for late dinners and felt very comfortable doing so. The front desk personnel were very helpful and pleasant. The two most important things to me were that my room smell good and I have a bathtub. This hotel offered both! Also, it's very convenient, near the Metro, with a restaurant on site. Nice area.

The hot water did not work constantly,sometimes too hot,sometimes too cold.

We enjoyed the location and the employees of the hotel they were supportive and helpful getting us a room after hotels.com failed to fax all of our reservations to the hotel. I was very thankful I brought my copy of our reservations with confirmation numbers otherwise we would not have been so fortunate. It was a great stay, the only thing that was wrong was I booked a tower room and got a outside lodge room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Basic room close to a fabulous burger joint on Wilson Blvd "Ray's Hell Burger" (cash only).Unfortunately the shower did not work and the coffee pot only half worked. Staff offered to fix or move us to another room, but we were only there for 1 night and had a tight morning schedule. Location fine only 5 min walk to metro, circulator bus to georgetown andairport bus. Internet was very weak and not working all the time

A pleasant surprise. A lot was done to an older smaller hotel to provide a comfortable and quiet room. Limited parking. Great staff. Availability of adjacent restaurant was a real plus.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of all of the hotel's employees. All of the front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. Used this hotel for a 5 night stay with 18 yo son to tour sites in DC. This is our first vacation visit to the area and this hotel filled our travel and budget needs. I would stay here again. Location - Hotel is quite close to the Metro (first metro stop in Virginia, so quick access to the mall), to the Iwa Jima and Arlington Cemetery memorials, and […] to grocery, CVS and a small selection of restaurants. The hotel is also close to a walking/biking trail along the Potomac. We parked our car when we checked in and didn't use it the rest of the week (parking is free and off-street). The hotel gives you written directions to a number of attractions, restaurants and stores in the area. Would have been nice to have a map to the walking trails. The hotel is also close to two Capitol Bikeshare stations - which we used one day to ride to the Zoo. Ammenities/service - hotel has an indoor pool that looks a bit run down - we didn't use it. It also has an unimpressive gym - 3 cardio devices and weight machine - in a small room in the basement. Avoided using the gym also - did a LOT of walking while visiting the sites and didn't need more exercise. There are nice walking/jogging options in the neighborhood ( a map would have been nice). Our room had a good but simple microwave - used it to make popcorn and a couple of frozen dinners (purchased at local grocery store). It had a refrigerator that got things too cold (frozen after 24 hours). The TV and stations were adequate. Standard cable and a few HBO channels (had to hunt for them though). The bathroom was small but worked well. There was a second sink outside of the bathroom. Not a large dresser. Room was a double queen in 2 story motel part of the hotel. This was a good size for two of us, but if we had had more, it would have been crowded. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Restaurant was pleasant - variety of italian foods - pizza, calzone .... The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant! The restaurant next to the hotel was cheap, offered all meals of the day and very convenient! The room was great, all accessories were provided and complimentary. The location was fantastic for taking the metro all throughout DC. I was satisfied with my stay. I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness and I they passed my test of cleanliness and comfort.

the person who checked us in was very nice and they gave me info for the local area resources and transportation which was very helpful.

When I arrived at the hotel, my cell phone was not working so I made two 1-minute long calls home to tell them I arrived safely. I was unpleasantly surprised the next morning to find that each of those calls cost $12.50. I complained to the manager about the price of those calls, and he said I was unreasonable to make these complaints. Overall, the […] place has the feel of an aged motel. Our stay was a pleasant experience. The motel was convenient to our needs, comfortable, and at a reasonable price. I would stay there again when I go to visit my daughter, who lives in that area. Dusty rooms, horrific internet access, and lumps queen sized beds in room 218 & 219. Cluttered room in 368, with same internet problems.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE ROOM WAS GREAT A COUPLE OF COMPLAINT ABOUT THE ROOM WAS I HAD TO UNPLUG REGRIGERATOR IN ROOM BECAUSE THE COMPRESSOR WAS SO LOUD AND ALSO I WAS PUT IN THE ROOM RIGHT NEXT TO THE ICE MACHINE AND WAS AWAKEN BY ICE MACHINE SEVERAL TIMES AT NIGHT. NEXT TIME WILL REQUEST ROOM AWAY FROM ICE MACHINE

First, call for directions as the GPS and online mapping services do not properly locate this place. Room was great and the staff friendly and helpful. Highlights include a large, well-maintained pool.

It was New Years Eve and we checked in early so we could take a cab $5 to the club in DC, then at the end of the night, take a $5 cab ride back to the hotel so we didn't have to worry about drinking and driving. My husband had his suit but had forgetten his tie and we would not be allowed to enter the club. We had to do a little coaxing, but finally […] the front desk clerk let us borrow his. He saved our whole night! All of the workers during our 2 day stay were polite and courteous, the cleanliness of are room and the hotel was wonderful. Loved it! This hotel is really good for price and location. Also it has good utilities. However, there is an airport near this hotel. Planes land continuously, so I think some people who are sensitive cannot sleep well.

about 5 minutes from the metro station. the room was clean and comfortable. Has some cool WWII posters in rooms. No expensive looking frills, but does a fine job.

Good location, comfortable beds. Pool was listed as "indoor pool", water was warm but glass shelter around pool was not heated. My three year old was upset we couldn't go swimming. Main reason we selected this hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and do so due to the price, the location, the convenience. But this time was not as nice. My room was clean and comfortable but the over all look of the hotel is getting a bit worn, it really needs a refresh in the hallways. In addition, around 2:30 am someone, two males tried to enter my room. I am not sure […] if they were at the wrong room, intoxicated or trying to break in. I did contact the front desk, they immediately contacted security, but I got no feedback and I questioned the hotel security over all. I may not go back to this hotel for this reason. Devamı

It's a Best Western, for goodness' sake. What you expect, in the Capital at this price, is what you get. Your only grouse is the half-mile hike to Rosslyn for the Metro and the buses. You can, at a stretch, walk to Georgetown. We did, and were no less fit for it.

could not sleep for two days our room was next to a boiler room too much noise on our last day management moved us to an another room.

Courteous service, clean room, convenent location, the wi fi was weak and the coffee (although always available) was just OK.

On the map, this hotel seems very easy to get to. However, with the many one-way streets, dead ends, traffic lights, and turnarounds, a simple car trip from Arlington National Cemetery to the hotel can take about 45 minutes. And this is with the aid of a GPS and someone (me) who normally has a very good sense of direction. My wife and I only stayed […] for one night. In the evening, we went out to Manassas to meet family members for dinner. On the way back to this hotel, we got lost again. I tried to call the hotel to see if they could help us get back to the hotel. Unfortunately, the clerk did not know English very well and was of no help while I was desperate to find my way back to the hotel.
