Cigarette left in glass of water on window sill by elevator. Asked front desk to have housekeeping discard. Nothing. Asked house keeper getting off on that floor with me. Nothing. Asked a second time finally discarded. Beds uncomfortable. Street very noisy.

I booked a queen non-smoking room. I got a nice room with a nice jacuzzi tub. However, the toilet clogged and the phone didn't work, so I was switched to another queen non-smoking room that wasn't nearly as nice. I was also disappointed that I had to pick up the keys, move my stuff, and then return the keys downstairs. I would have thought more highly […] of the customer service if the front desk person would have at least made the offer to come to my room so I wouldn't have to make so many trips to the front desk. Nothing fancy, but great for the price. Breakfast offered was horrible but close to plenty of other choices. Platos diner is right next door and at first seems expensive, but worth every penny. Also very close to metro, and great neighborhood.

check in lobby was nice, and it went downhill from there. I am not a picky person but elevator was filthy with large pieces of dirt and paint scattered about. Dust and grime was thick on the floor molding in the elevator lobby. Lock on door to eleavator lobby woudl not work so handicap entrance was left open. Parking lot was used for used furniture […] storage. Room was musty. TV was very old and hard to see picture. Work out room was covered with dust and has not seen a housekeeper in ages. Breakfeast was sparse compared to other hotels continental services. Shower was difficult to use due to a loose screw in the handle. This place would be OK for a guys weekend where you need to save money, but I could never get my wife to stay there. Devamı

Hotel was fine for a one night stay but wouldn't want to stay for a week. Beds were to soft for my age.

Good area. Near U of Maryland. There is a diner on one side of the hotel and an Applebee's on the other side. Hotel is clean and quiet. Will stay again.

Basic room, OLD property. Convenient to where I needed to go--University of Maryland.

My shower head was covered in mildew/mold. The black stuff was falling off as I showered. I did not feel clean the next morning for work. I took a picture to even show them at the front desk and the response was "thank you for bring that to our attention." I don't exactly call that the best customer service. I am no longer staying at this location.

The room was filthy and I have the pictures to prove it. My husband and I were on a road trip and just lay our heads for the night. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone else. It was not horrid but it was certainly dirty and not well maintained.

Parking was a bit tight at this location. The hotel was just a basic room; it served its purpose just fine, just a night to sleep while in the area for work. However, I rated the service as a 2 just because I was informed the continental breakfast started at 6 and that I'd have a jacuzzi tub. The continental breakfast started at 0630, which was unsatisfactory […] because I had to check out earlier than that and I was looking specifically for a place with breakfast prior to me going to work. Nor did I have a jacuzzi tub, just a basic one that was stained, but it was at least clean. If you're just looking for the basic amenities, this place is fine to stay at for the price. Devamı

Horrible filthy place. Do not go there.

Rooms are a bit minimalist. Stay away from Baltimore Ave to avoid the traffic noise.

Great location, convenient to DC metro, but very dirty and poorly maintained rooms. Stay at your own risk.

I stayed for two days, my room was not clean and I did not get any clean towels, no mircowave or refrig.

Well, this place has the NOISIEST waterworks I've ever heard. And, the breakfast was all carbohydrates....although there were PICTURES of fruit at the buffet!

This hotel is in desperate need of remodeling and renovation. Every aspect of the facility - the buildings, property, parking lots, rooms, room furniture, etc. - is old and shows obvious effects of wear and tear. In addition, there are non-smoking rooms that have a strong smell of cigarette smoke about them. Be advised, there are no elevators at this […] facility so you will have to carry your luggage upstairs if you are assigned a 2nd floor room. The bed linens and bathroom towels have a very dingy look to them and need to be replaced. The desk and dresser appear very old and battered. We were reluctant to put anything in the dresser drawers. I would definitely discourage anyone from staying here...if you must stay here, try to make it only a one night stay. Devamı

best bang for the buck ; good value.

The night i stayed there , i found lot of disturbance during the night. College kids stayed and were shouting /playing around 3:00am, the Hotel managemnet needs to make sure the disturbances are controlled politely.

I thought i was getting a "suite" since the name of the hotel had Suites in it. Not so, you need to specifically request this & pay for the difference

The rooms are average here notiong special (no fridge),but the location is great! Travelled with two kids so location was very important. 10 min walk to metro (with two 5yr olds) through nice area or take the free shuttle. Applebys about 70 ft from my room. If you enjoy a bike ride this is a gerat place U of Maryland 1/2 mile away beautiful campus. […] Plenty of restaraunts and some shopping in walking distance. Waffles at free breakfast good coffee :) If your like me and not in your room much was a excellent deal with a comfy bed. Staff very helpful. Pool was great, very big. School was out when I was there so may be a little busier when classes start.Overall very pleased would definitely stay again if in the area! Devamı

Both the gentleman who checked us in and the lady who checked us out were very professional and courteous. I was concerned about the noise level, as the hotel is located on a main road just around the corner from the university, but we heard nothing and I slept very well. The room was larger than expected and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning […] worked just fine even though it was almost 100 degrees outside. Breakfast in the morning was more than adequate for myself, my husband, and our two somewhat-picky-eater children. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of choices available. Upon check-in, I was given the username and password to access the hotel's wireless internet; the network name was not provided, though, so it took a few minutes of poking around to find it. The toilet was quirky and had a high-powered flush that lasted several minutes, and there was a 2" granite threshold from the room to bathroom (try not stubbing your toe on it, in the dark, in the middle of the night!) ... these minor issues are the only reason I rated a 4 for condition of the hotel. All in all, a great visit, and Quality Inn exceeded my expectations. I will certainly seek this chain the next time I travel out of town. Devamı

Great location--4 blocks from the Metro, a walk through a pleasant residential neighborhood. There are also decent, inexpensive restaurants nearby. Only one complaint--some breakfast items run out before the scheduled end of breakfast. But overall a good bargain.

good free breakfast, clean rooms with comfy sheets! We were just staying one night, got in late and left in the morning so we didn't have too demanding of needs on this one. But it was good for what we needed!

This was your average hotel. It wasn't brand new, but it wasn't too run down. The room was pretty clean, but the carpet could have been cleaned a little better. I did feel confident that the bathroom and sink area was clean. The location was wonderful though. It is within walking distance to just about anything you could want. My wife and I stayed […] here on our trip to D.C. It was a short, easy walk to the Metro and a pleasant train ride to downtown D.C. For the price, this was a decent hotel. Devamı

This hotel is a pleasant 10-min walk from the College Park metro stop. It has a good, complimentary breakfast. There are several restaurants within walking distance. There is free wifi, though it did not work one of the mornings I was there.

The hotel was conveniently located and we enjoyed our stay. the staff was very courtious and nice and also very welcoming. the rooms were nice and ofcourse they served free breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel from 21 June till 23 June on our visit to Washington DC. Fully satisfied (except that WiFi was not working in room- but was perfectly working in the Reception/Breakfast room). It is worth the money spent. 10 minutes walk to the metro station. They even had a courtesy pickup/dropoff service to the metro station (only till early […] evening). Situated very close to Marryland University. Next to a shopping complex with pharmacy, restaurants, super market. (We didn't like the food in the neighbouring diner. Applebees was better). Breakfast was good! Liked the Cappuccino too. Room was well maintained. TV has got some kind of transformer at the back (old tv) which was making noise even when TV was not used. The hotel is close to Metro and the University of Maryland, and also has easy walking access to shops, restaurants, etc. Beds are not all that comfortable, and housekeeping is a little spotty. Yet, for the money, it's a great location with easy access to DC. You get what you pay for, I guess.
