We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very accomodating. We would definitely stay there again. Also very happy they were pet friendly.

I have stayed here before. I will just say that it really blemished the Hilton name for me. There were drink glasses outside our door upon check in, only to realize that 24 hrs later, they were still there. Then "secure" door didn't close and was left open all night. This hotel is nice, however, there are no amenities for the money. For instance, wi-fi is extra; a refrigerator is extra; there is no complimentary breakfast; there is no hot tub/jacuzzi in the pool area; etc. We have stayed in many surrounding hotels for the same or less money with all of those amenities included. Just not a good value.

Stayed there for two nights over Christmas Holiday. Checked in late, almost midnight on 12/29 and the person at the front desk was talking to another employee when we arrived and was actually rude. She acted inconvenienced that she had to stop her conversation to check us in. The room was a little tired but was very clean. When one sees the name "Hilton" one expects certain things from the hotel. But lets start with the good. The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful, and easy going. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in good shape. Updated, and what you'd expect from a Hilton. Upon entry into the room we noticed the closet door and towel rack were broken (they did […] get repaired the next day). Also the lack of free wifi connection also was a bit odd as well. Also the dollar charge for a local call was a bit odd as well. Overall I wouldn't say they really impacted the general feel for the hotel. There were a couple machines with free internet access so that was a plus, but most people these days have a laptop or other device that are rendered near useless without a wifi connection. Devamı

Clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location.

There was mold on the outside surface of the bathroom wallpaper. The air conditioner fan made a very loud noise during operation and it did not cool the room at all. I commented this to management and they said that someone would be there shortly. We went out to dinner and when we returned, all that was done for the noise was to turn down the fan speed […] to a slower speed. Nothing was done for the lack of cooling in the room. This was my first time staying in a Hilton hotel and I was expecting a baseline of quality that this hotel simply did not meet. The room had that motel "danky" smell to it and the bathroom was tiny and poorly laid out. Friends of mine were also staying at this hotel at the same time and they were moved from their original room to another room because […] mold was growing in the walls - the room had to be fumigated. This hotel was a last minute booking for me, and it was perfectly acceptable. Clean, fairly well-appointed, plenty of parking. My only complaint was that while I requested a non-smoking room, they were "sold out" and I was placed in a wing of the hotel that permitted smoking. Not only was my room saturated with the stale smell of smoke, but the guest […] in the room next to me was a cigar smoker, as was evidenced by the smell permeating the halls. Hotel was great, could have had ventilation in the bathroom, would have helped a great deal. Cleanlinesss, excellent. Surrounding neighborhood, fairly safe.

The comfort of the room was great! The bed and pillows were fantastic. I loved it. The ony thing is that the doors to let you in the building by key card didnt work so good you had to play with it a while and there are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms but other than that this is a great hotel to stay in!

Mold all over the shower, and the toilet was not clean. This is not up to the Hilton standards

We were there for an overnight trip to Cincinnati. 2 adults and 2 children under 12. The room only came with 2 towels. We called the front desk for more towels and none were ever sent after 2 repeat calls. Eventually, we had to go to the pool area and get clean towels from there. Otherwise, it was adequate for our purposes.

Upon arriving and checking in, we were given a room that someone else was already staying. We were then moved to another room where the A/C was not functioning! I am not a very patient person but the staff went out of there way to make it right. Dealing with the public is not always easy and things sometimes go wrong, but these people take pride in […] the jobs! Thanks to the staff so much and I plan on staying there again! Devamı

We had a room on the fourth floor during some very hot weather. The A/C unit in our room wasn't capable of cooling the room and the maintenance man informed us many customers were moving down a floor. The front desk was very accomodating in moving us down the third floor. From there we really enjoyed the room and the amenities the hotel offered.

The service at CVG Hilton was outstanding, beautiful hotel, wonderful food, friendly people. I will be staying there again.

I've stayed at other Hilton brand hotels and have always been very impressed with the quality and value. My recent stay at this hotel was not up to standards that I had expected. Uppn checking in, our room had dirty towels in the bath tub, the bathroom floor was wet and there was trash in the bathroom trash can. I thought that was strange and then looked […] at the bed that appeared to have been made (or an attempt was made) but the pillows were not organized and the bed did not have the normal hotel finished look. I picked up the desk phone to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. There was a phone by the bed, so I tried that but it would not ring to the front desk. I went back to the desk phone and noticed the phone wasn't even plugged in! So I called the front desk and they were very nice and apologetic and got us a different room. Our new room had been cleaned and the bed was properly made. However, there was no closet door for the closet! Our other (dirty) room had a sliding door on the closet with full length mirrors. It was just odd there was no door. The hallways also kind of smelled of smoke. Just for the Hilton brand, I wasn't impressed and would stay at another hotel in the area on the next visit. If you are in need of a hotel for a quick trip in and out of Cincy, this is very good hotel. Shuttle service was prompt and readily available. The concierge assisted getting me a cab quickly. There are a few chain restaurants nearby, but nothing fancy. The hotel rooms lack refrigerators and microwaves, so dining in is not possible, but for convenience […] to and from the airport, this hotel is great. Devamı

We where very satisfied with our stay only thing we would change is refridgeraters in the rooms

The staff at this Hilton were unbelievably accomodating and nice to my uncle and aunt. The staff went out of there way to meet their needs, especially since they are 90 years olfd. It was so nice to see how well the staff treated my relatives. We enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant which was good food and reasonably priced.

This past weekend my girlfriends and I went out of town for a bachelorette shopping spree. After shopping all day we arrived at a hotel and in 10 minutes we were packing again and checking out. The hotel was dirty, the grounds were overgrown, there was a musky, mildew smell, the windows were foggy and wet and frankly we just didn't feel safe. We left […] immediately and found a hilton through hotels.com. We felt so relieved as soon as we pulled. The check-in was fast and very friendly. The room was beautiful and very clean. You can't imagine how wonderful we felt. We most certianly will stay there again! Devamı

For the price, it would have been nice to have had breakfast included and not have to pay extra for it. A continental breakfast would have been much appreciated. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

This facility was more than adequate. My only problem was that the hotel was very full and I could not get into my room until 3 PM which meant I had four hours to kill and nowhere to go. They did not have a lounge with a TV to accomodate this problem. I would think an airport hotel would have sevices for early arrivals. I was surprised that the bathrooms […] did not have a fan and my shower had a leaky showerhead. The bed and linen were first rate -- quite comfortable and everything was quite clean. Devamı

The hotel was fine, a standard hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the INTERNET CHARGE. It was $13.00 per day, per device! I can't imagine having a family of five all with iPods and laptops, they would pay almost as much per night for Internet as the hotel stay. I would not stay here again for that reason only.

All of our expectations were exceeded. we would definately stay at this hotel again.

My husband and I took a long weekend to go to a Reds game and the Cincinnati Zoo. After looking through many reviews and maps of the area I chose the Hilton Cincinati Airport Hotel. We were very pleased with the condition and size of the room. The bedding and mattress was fabulous. Ithe hotel was 10 minutes for the stadium and zoo. The staff was very nice and helpful. Even when my grandson cut his foot they sent up medical supplies. Everything was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. I was very pleased with our stay and will stay here again.

After a long drive - we arrived at the hotel at 4:30 in the morning. The staff was waiting for us that Christmas morning with our room key ready to go. Their staff was very nice and chipper. The room and the hotel was extremely clean. We used the pool which was warm and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was closed but the hotel provided us with a continental […] breakfast and a bag lunch free of charge - and it was really tasty. I credit the staff for being super cordial and friendly on this Christmas holliday and I would gladly stay at their hotel in the future. They all did a fantastic job at making our stay enjoyable. This is my second stay at this hotel. I came back because the first time was such a great experiance that I said I would be back. This time was just a great as the first time. I could not be happier with this hotel. The room was great and the staff could not have been more helpful. Outstanding Hotel, I will be back

We picked this hotel because it right off of I75/I71 south of Cincinnati. We actually had tickets to the Kentucky Football stadium in Lexington. We were able to avoid the up charge in Lexintonton and downtown Cincy. Gym was great. Had 5 machines and free weights. Breakfast buffet was nice. Not included, but around $10. They allowed me to fix a tray […] and take it up to my wife, that was a big time saver. Pool was indoor and a nice size. Lots of meeting rooms. Devamı
