Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport - College Park - College Park

I have no complaints. The front desk host Vida was great!! I would definitely stay there again.

A very nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet!

The hotel is located very close to the airport offering free shuttle. It has a very comfortable bed and friendly staff. That's all what you need when you are waiting for the connecting flight. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant (offering the breakfast only) but providing free shuttle to restaurants near by.

I expected Holiday Inn Express to be a consistently nice and clean place to stay......Well, not in Atlanta. Disgusting, looked like dried blood had dripped down the back of the bathroom door. I'm disappointed in my stay.

my stay was a transfer from a larger inner city hotel for the purpose of relaxation/winddown from those busy 5 days. The holiday inn express did that , I relaxed and did not have to worry about get my flight as we were close to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful and looked after me when I needed to go off site. We live 3 hours North Airport, so we spent the night. They gave us a wake up call, provided a great breakfast, we didn't have time to take advantage of it because of early flight, but they had pack and go bags with water, muffin and trail mix. They shuttled us to the airport, kept our car for 5 days, picked us up in a timely maner, (did not have to […] call them) and returned us to our car. Friendly staff and great service! The hotel is older and needs updating. I think there was a dog in the room above me and it paced the floor in the early morning hours. This hotel is too expensive for what it is in condition.

The hotel has no refrigerator in the room they charge more for a room with one. There were dirty bath cloths in our shower. The queen size beds look more like a single bed than a queen. The bed sheets were never changed even though we stayed there for two days. The front desk agents were pleasant and professional

We stayed there before our early morning flight. Loved the breakfast. Shuttle to airport was nice. Did the park and fly for small price.

The staff including the Shuttle Drives were very friendly. Wish the lobby had a bar.

This was a good hotel overall, besides a couple of things. The shuttle was convenient, free and every 30 minutes from ATL. The rooms were clean, and in the morning there is a great, hot, complimentary breakfast. The only qualms I had were that our air didn't work in the room. When I called the front desk, they offered to move us to another room, but […] we declined because we had just gotten all settled in. the sheets smelled, the doors wouldnt work, they had the supervisor let everyone in their room, there was some sort of wierd party oging on in the halls and not the fun kind, it was just over all a bad experience

Close to the airport. Nice van drivers. Comfortable place to lay your head down. Shuttle runs every half hour. The breakfast is good, a lot of choices. Would stay here again.

the stay was ok i was just staying over night , but i've been in a better holiday inn express that blow this one out the water in savannah a few months ago so my expectations for this particular location was higer than what was actually delivered the breakfast was "just ok" nothing too spectacular

The hotel was nice. The surrounding neighborhood is a little suspect. However it is convenient to the airport. Not convenient to Downtown or Midtown. About a $50 cab ride each way.

Shuttle services are great ! Every 30minutes in the daytime ( not sure about night ). Good breakfast !

The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is enjoyable.

This hotel is a good location for airport arrivals and departures. The shuttle service is good. The location is close to the flight path of some runways but still the room was very quiet.

The staff was super nice, but the hotel room was not as clean or updated as I am used too - leftover hair in shower/bath. The shower water was cold. People on the shuttle back to the airport were all complaining about the cold water. We told the front desk that night about the problem, and the next morning it was still cold.

The hotel was very nice, convenient to the airport and room was clean. There was, however a leak around the spigot in the bathrub, which didn't cause a problem. The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a terrible experience, no hot water and poor management wasn't helpful.

This is a great hotel if you are flying out of the crazy Atlanta airport. Awesome breakfast, great staff. If you want to leave your car here, you pay a very small fee per day to leave it in their gated lot, take their shuttle right to your airline, and when you get back, they pick you up and take you back to your car. Trust me it saves you money and […] time and headaches of parking at the airport and you are very close - it took literally 4 minutes to get there and back after our flight. If you want to go to a restaurant or store, the shuttle will take you their also. Honestly, they couldn't have been any more accomodating. It was a great experience. The beds and the pillows were great, awesome shower as they have at all Holiday Inns. I will DEFINITELY stay there again if I ever fly out of that crazy airport again. About the neighborhood, I never saw it really. Took the shuttle to the airport and a friend picked us up for dinner the night before but there are lots of hotels in the area and literally the hotel is 2 miles from the terminal. The ONLY time you hear the planes going over is if you are outside. The walls and the curtains are extremely sound and light proof. Devamı

While the hotel was convenient for me to stay in (the seminar I attended was in the hotel), pretty much everything else was disappointing. The hotel is in an industrial park, just under and right next to a very busy interstate; to say the area is rundown would be an understatement. After I checked into my room, there was urine on the toilet seat (made […] me wonder what else they didn't clean.) Other than housekeeping, however, the hotel staff was courteous, and they had a really good complimentary breakfast. Also, even though the hotel was also very close to the airport, I didn't hear a single plane because of how well the hotel was insulated. Overall, I was not pleased with my stay because of the location (any good restaurant is about 20 min. away as well) and the dirty room. I stayed there because I was taking the BAR. The room phones didn't work and then at 11:00PM the fire alarm kept going off. At first there were no announcements and because the phone didn't work, I could call to find out what was going on. Had to get dressed, grab my stuff and go downstairs, only to find out they were having problems that they couldn't […] fix. They finally fixed the alarm at midnight. I'm disappointed since the promised airport shuttle didn't show up which left me 30 minutes waiting before I got a ride with a different hotels shuttle.

Everything was fine except for the attitude of the housekeepers. When we weren't ready to have our room cleaned, or when we did want it cleaned, they consistently had an "attitude."

good hotel and staff to and from airport the rooms were kinda small but everything was fine

This hotel is great for people who need an overnight stay close to Atlanta airport

The hotel was convenient, well kept, and just what we expected. The price was excellent. The breakfast was great.

I was very satisfied with the rooms & service in the hotel, however I did leave my sunglasses in the room and called asap, and they still havent found them. I did tell them exactly where in the room I left them, so that is the only problem I have with the hotel.

Nice hotel. Was understaffed when we checked in and it tool about 25 minutes to get our room key. Other than that everything met our expectations for an airport hotel.

A little hard to get to, but clean and comfortable. It is near the end of a runway but the rooms are amazingly quiet considering. Staff very friendly and breakfast was good.

The bed in my room squeaked so loud that everytime I rolled over in the night it would wake me up. Bathtub was dirty.

Great Hotel. Met all my expectations. They have a free shuttle service twice per hour to the Atlanta Airport and everyone was so helpful. You can pay to park and leave your car, then catch the shuttle back to the hotel when you return. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.
