This place has the worst beds, ran out of towels, no room service. Very far from Duval.. Go somewhere else.

It did in a pinch, when we checked in they had a sign saying they were tearing down the hotel 3 days after our stay. I am sure 30 years ago it was a nice hotel, it has seen its better days. Glad we only were there for 1 night .

Run down hotel that the staff doesn't care about since they were closing. I was told they were closing on May 28 however if they remain open, look for a different hotel. If you just want a place to shower and sleep, it is ok. Other than that, the best feature was the shuttle to and from downtown Key West.

The property is old and not in the best repair. I noticed evidence of mold in the bathroom. The kitchen floor felt slimey. I know the humidity in Key West is very high but they could do a better job controlling it inside. The final morning the toilet broke.

If you can afford another hotel at the same rate, get it! the carpets are nasty in this hotel. the beds were so uncomfortable. BUT the Staff were soooo nice, they really did make the stay ok considering the rest.

Very average stay....what one would expect from a Days Inn. It had a bit of deferred maintanance work all around the premises that could/should be taken care of...but overall an adequate place to spend one or two nights on Key West on a budget.

If you are dependent upon WiFi you may not want to stay at this property. Though the WiFi is free and "open" the quality and availability depends upon your location in the property due to the patchwork way in which the guest network is constructed. Also, except for one day shift maintainence man, support for IT problems is non-existent and communications […] of guest problems / requests being relayed from one shift to another for action is non-existent. As we did, upon arrival you may find a problem with something in the room because housekeeping doesn't report any maintainence proplems to anyone. Devamı

The hotel was ok, the only problem was that we bought an excursion in a Fury boat, they sold all the sunset view, and with that terrible weather nobody could see anything. WE spent a lot of money for nothing, but the hotel again was fine.

With as much as they charge you would think they could do a better job. The carpet was filthy, the room was in disrepair, the WiFi was not strong enough in our room and we had to sit in the lobby too use it, they don't offer breakfast. I will never stay there again unless I have no other option.

Shockingly bad. From cigarette burns on the bedspreads to trash left in the garbage cans, I was appalled.

We've stayed at the Days Inn - Key West on numerous occasions. It's generally a comfortable place to stay for an aging property well away from the downtown partiers. Two big negatives stand out: Walking barefoot across the carpet, my feet turned filthy; When we were gone for 5 hours, housekeeping couldn't even be bothered to put in fresh towels. When […] I called the front desk, rather than rectify the problem the young man took an accusatory tone, attempting to blame me for having the "do not disturb" sign on the door...which I did not. I've stayed in a hotel before, I know how this works. Will we stay there again? Maybe. It tends to be the least exorbitantly overpriced of the hotels in Key West which meet my "acceptable" standard. This is the cleanest of all the Day's In hotels that we stayed in. Would stay there again.

This motel was more than we expected. Very clean and courteous staff. Rooms were large and the pool was very nice.

i asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room , it smelled like an ash tray , tried for 3 days for staff to get the telephone in the room to work so we could use our phone card to call england , they didn,t do the phone for us , obviously wanted us to call direct and pay a fortune , spring break kids loud although i know thats not 100% hotel […] fault , we had friends stop in lovely accomodation near duvel street for less money , wouldn,t use the hotel again , very unhelpful staff Devamı

The people at the hotel were helpful. The free shuttle service was a plus and the gal that ran the service was great. We had 2 suites that were suppose to be non smoking. One of them had been smoked in. It also had a water leak that we fixed. The carpet next to the bathroom had a wet area where the water had been leaking. The battery in the smoke alarm […] needed replacement (was beeping). I told the office and it still wasn't fixed when we left. It was spring break and bike week so you had to put up with some noise but the staff did a good job of keeping thse people isolated from the rest of the guests. Devamı

The front desk clerk was especially NICE... her name was Laura... and she was the Best.... very helpful and always took time with us...They are lucky to have her..Please pass this on to the Days Inn in Key West

On check in, I asked for an easy accessible room. We got a 2nd floor room. After getting our luggage up to the room, I turned on the A/C. The noise was very, very loud. I called the front desk and asked to talk to the manager. I was talking to the manager! I said the room was unacceptable. After a pause, the manager offered a first floor, pool side […] room. She brought up a luggage cart and helped move to the new room. A lamp had a torn shade and the furniture was well worn. After getting our stuff stowed, we went to check out the pool. The gate was locked and the pool taped off. It was closed. My wife went to the front desk and was told that State of Florida had closed their pool. We were not told at check in. I proceeded to find another hotel and checked out of Days Inn the next morning.Our main reason for choosing Days Inn was the pool. We should have been notified that the pool was closed and should have been offered assistance to find another hotel. Devamı

We got there early by a couple hours and I asked if our room was ready. Instead of looking, the front desk person just said come back at 4:00 that is when you will be able to check in. As I was walking out I seen housekeepers cleaning rooms. I don't understand why the front desk person couldn't ask housekeeping to get our room ready a little early. […] When we finally got to our room at 4:00. It smelled like moth balls and it was very old. I don't think it has been ever updated. The sink in the bathroom had so much water damage it looked like it could crumble to the floor at anytime. The bathtub was dirty and the shower had low water pressure. I would never stay here again it was just disgusting. The Waffle House next door was falling apart. The ceiling was water damaged and the waitress that we had, stepped out for a smoke in the middle of serving us without giving us our drinks. Next time I visit Key West I will pay a little more money to have a nicer hotel Devamı

We found the hotel to be very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Although we were a distance from Duval Street the shuttle service was very good, drivers friendly, and never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Only loud rap music on a shuttle ride home was a little annoying - lol. A little sad we could not use our reward card. Not sure how much […] we may have saved but using this service. The rooms were dirty, the toilet didn't work and had to call for maintenance. Bathroom fan made loud noise then finally just quit working all together. Towels, cloths and sheets stained. Carpet very stained and dirty, bathroom floor behind door not moped or swept. Tub stained.

After reading previous reviews, I was very hesitant on staying here. But, the price was good and I just need somewhere to shower and lay my head down at night so it wasn't a big concern. I arrived at the hotel with FIVE girls other than myself. To my surprise, the hotel room was decent size. I didn't sleep on a bed since I had a blow up bed. The bathrooms […] were clean. Waffle House is attached to the hotel so it was very convenient at 5 o clock in the morning coming back from Duval. I was with a lot of girls and still didn't have complaints about the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free shuttle rides even though I didn't use it. Coupons for the bars, buy 1 get 1 free. Late check out is 1. I thought that was freaking awesome. The pool was under construction so I can't tell you about that. But what I can tell you is, I'd stay here again. Devamı

We had a large suite that was supposed to be no-smoking, however, there was a very strong smell of smoke that permeating the space. There was also cigarette burns on the chesterfield, the bedside tables and the bathroom vanity. We did complain about the state of the room but the hotel was so busy that there was no possibility of a transfer to another […] room. Key West is a great get away destination. The Days Inn while not a 5 star hotel, is a reasonalbly priced stay. The island is small so getting around is made easy by using the shuttle service from the hotel to the attractions on the other end of the island.

The location was the best part of the hotel the rug in the room was filthy the bed spead was stained with what looked like nail polish or paint and they charge for drinks and wi-fi even if you don't use them

Hotel is very old and dirty. Microwave was rusty and Nast. Bed linen was dirty. Me and my wife where very uncomfortable. Do not going in there if u have choice of another hotel
