Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Niagara Falls, ON - Niagara Şelalesi

This was my third stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, the neighborhood is quiet yet close to everything, there's a pool and hot tub and breakfast is included. There's even a "make your own" waffle station. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I would definitely return to this hotel.

My major likings were the hotel room, location to major attractions, and the continental breakfast( the woman that serves it keeps all the ingrediants so i was able to eat some of the gluten free food)

Of all the hotels that we have stayed in over the past 10 years, this one would have to be number 1 on our list. For the price of our stay including the parking fee it was well worth it. Room as cozy and hotel was is excellent location only minutes away from all attractions. Service was great and pool is nice size. Only con I can say is the breakfast. Very small selection and not the best quality of food. Overall great hotel though, would stay again!

Mostly good. I passed on my comments to the front desk regarding a breakfast item that they had 2 days in a row, being tiny diced bits of ham. It is like eating "Kibbles" cat food. I asked that they serve slices of ham, probably easier to serve, eat, more tasty and less waste. If everyone passes their comments, maybe we can initiate change. The breakfast was good, enjoyed my stay was a good walking distance to the fall.

I got a King size room with a jet tub for a fraction of the price of another hotel next street. Only 3 mins drive to Casino and to the Falls. Very spacious room and comfortable bed. The jet tub was great...used it every night. Highly recommended.

Pros: Clean, comfortable modern rooms, friendly and professional front desk staff, good full breakfast included Cons: Not soundproof, could hear the neighbor's TV blaring past 11pm, plus could hear loud obnoxious rowdy people from other surrounding rooms talking loudly and making noise past 11pm. Very disruptive.

Great hotel for the price. Parking onsite for very reasonable rate. Easy walk to the falls and all the attractions. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great Bang for your buck. Loved the breakfast..we weren't expecting anything that great for what we paid. Close enough to everything and super clean rooms. The only disappointment was there wasn't a fridge in the room, but not a big deal. We will stay there again.

This is a very good hotel, the pool and hot tub were great as was the free breakfast. Perfect location for getting to all the Niagara Falls attractions. The rooms were soundproof as we didn't hear any night time noise. The staff were great. My wife and I have stayed here the last two March breaks and have been very happy with all aspects of the staff and hotel. The only thing that would be nice is to have a fridge and microvawe in all the rooms. Basic rooms don't have them. We will definitely stay there next time we are in the falls

Great location, close to Clifton Hill and the Casino. Room was a pleasant surprize was not expecting it to be so nice. Nice pool,not many people use it which was great!

This was a by far the best 3 star hotel I have ever stayed at. It was very cheap the rooms were clean and well kept. Its a small walk to Clifton hill and the restaurant behind it called sandstone was the best food I have had in Niagara and it was 10% off because I stayed at the hotel.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience in the Ottawa location which made us choose Country Inn when we traveled to Niagara Falls. Once again we were not disappointed! The service is excellent, very professional, knowledgeable and polite. We were not sure where to have dinner and the counterman David provided us with a binder containing the menus […] of all the local restaurants. He also told us of attractions in the area where the hotel offered additional discounts which was beneficial as we saved a lot of money at the indoor water park. The room was very clean, warmed for our arrival and everything was in excellent condition. The breakfast was excellent. There was a large variety of food including eggs, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee etc. We were surprised by the selection for a free breakfast. The pool and hot tube were also very nice. Lots of towels available and very clean swimming area. Parking is inexpensive compared to surrounding hotels and is illuminated at night. The hotel is only a short 3 minute walk from the Clifton Hill attractions. Our only disappointment was the suite we stayed in did not have an HDTV. As we like to connect our laptop to watch movies at night we were a little disappointed by this. However, all the other positives of this hotel made up for that shortfall. We HIGHLY recommend Country Inn hotels regardless of which city you stay in. Hotels.com made our reservation quick and easy. Very clean, very courteous and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, close to all the atractions and overall super quiet for having a good night of sleep. Highly recommended.

We were happy to find this hotel at a last minute. It is very nicely located minutes away from attractions and the Falls. Rooms were nice, nice staff always cheerful, smiling and eager to help. Nice breakfast and added bonus, cookies and coffee in lounge. We certainly would stay there again and can suggest this hotel.

I chose to stay at Country Inn after reading reviews from tripadvisor. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with my girlfriend for our anniversary in a king size suite with jetted tub. The price was reasonable and I was happy with what was included in that price. Free breakfast which was made fresh every morning and filled us up. Parking was only $6 a night […] which compared to other hotels in the area was an amazing price. Checking out was easy the staff slid our receipt under the door on the final morning and everything was already taken care of just needed to call down to the front desk and leave my key in the room. I asked if we could leave my car in the parking lot for perhaps another hour after check out to walk to some attractions and front desk told us we could leave our car there until 7pm (checkout is at 11am) which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from clifton hill, there is an amazing local restaurant just behind the hotel which offers 10% discount to people staying at country inn and the food was fresh and half the price of expensive chain restaurants like planet hollywood which was also just across the street. The staff was happy to provide directions to the closest place to buy groceries to fill up our fridge. My only concern was that the filter in our whirlpool bath needed to be cleaned although I had not noticed it until the last night of our stay so I did not bother to address this with front desk (my fault for not paying closer attention the first night). But I would absolutely recommend staying here for family, friends, couples, anyone. We had a great stay and I'm sure you will too! Devamı

A clean, comfortable hotel with good proximity to the Falls (about 20 minutes to walk to the visitor center adjacent to the Horseshoe Falls). Very close to Clifton Hill tourist area. Fairly quiet for a busy hotel. Ample parking (not free, but very reasonable). Continental breakfast also included some hot items (eggs, ham, tater tots, oatmeal, etc.) […] and make-your-own waffles. For what we paid, this hotel was a steal. The rooms and breakfast are nothing fancy, but the room and the whole property was very clean. It is ten minute walk from the Falls.

The Hotel is a short walking distance to the falls. Everyone was wonderful to deal with and had helpful advice on what to do, eat and gave clear directions.

Stayed there before and will stay there again. The suite was very clean and comfortable (the fridge came in handy). Free internet access. Close to all main attractions. Excellent customer service from the Front Desk Staff. Access to the hotel guest computer with printer came in handy when needed. Check-in and out was quick and easy. my husband and i took a two day break from home-the kids, everyday life! It was a pleasant surprise. Good value,Clean,friendly ,had a nice pool and hot tub,close to the falls and everything else in Niagara. The Wood Stove restaurant next door had good food and very pleasant service and atmosphere. Next time we will take the kids!

Great hotel! Comfortable, good location, great value, great breakfast.

I stayed at the Country Inn and Suites in November on a Saturday night. The overall experience was good. The breakfast was not what I would call good, but other than that, it was a nice experience.

As a person who tends to stay with Marriott brands I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and value of this hotel chain. I got service and comfort you would expect for a much higher price. The location was a perfect for me, just off from the main tourist area with all the lights and sounds. I would stay here again should I return to the area.

The hotel offers good value and is definitely within walking distance of the falls plus easy to get to from the highways. The beds were supercomfortable, the breakfast was more than adequate. The staff were cordial. My only caveat was that we had a room that was originally adjoining and the soundproofing can be improved.

The hotel is nice and staff are friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We will come again and will recommend to our family and friends. The only drawback is that it is little far from the new Casino Niagara. We had to drive to get there. Otherwise, we were happy we stayed in this hotel.
