I don't know if it was just my room, the floor I was on, or what, but my room wreaked of cigarette smoke. made for a miserable evening.

Our room was too hot and couldn't get it cooled down. Mind you it's January. Also the bed was the most uncomfortable thing to sleep on. It felt like an old spring mattress. It literally popped as you moved and poked you in the back. Another complaint which is not tge hotels fault was we couldnt eat the breakfast offered in the morning due to the fact […] there was a sick child literally coughing all over the food. Disgusting! Despite a nearly full parking lot, our overnight stay was relaxing. An incident in the parking lot was immediately rectified and guests had a safe night to enjoy.

The hotel was clean and service was great. The only complaint I have is the money they 'withhold" from your account when you pay with a debit card. They didn't tell me they were going to do this, so I got an unpleasant surprise when I checked my account the next day.

THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND THE BREAKFEST ON SUNDAY WAS BETTER THAN MOST. WE HAVE STAYED HERE ON SEVERAL OCCASSIONS AND HAVE NEVER BENN DISAPPOINTED.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and neat. The room was comfortable and clean. Loved the location. There are many restaurants within walking distance and great shopping nearby. Would stay here again if we get back to that area.

nice clean rooms, great free breakfast, but thats hwere it ends. The hotel is located next to a TGIFridays that has a LOUD live band on Fridays nights. Our room on the third floor over looking the TGIFridays was just like having front row tickets. Even the AC unit turned up on high did not drown out the music which went on until midnight. Despite requested […] a ground floor handicapped assessible room l was given a third floor room. I was notiifed via- e-mail one hour before check-in time that there was no handicapped room available. REALLY one hour before check-in. I was already in the city of Fort Smith. Not the best nights rest l ever got. Will never be staying there again. Devamı

Friendly staff and average continental breakfast. all the other hotels were more expensive compared to what I got. Bathroom was nice and spacious.

What I love about a good hotel. Clean and no issues. Fast check in good AC and bed was nice.

All employees were very nice and helpful. The hotel had lots of amenities and I felt safe. This hotel was easy to get to and had easy access to surrounding restaurants, stores, etc. yet it was very quiet and relaxing. I would definitely recommend The Hampton Inn to others and would stay there again.

Everything was GREAT!!!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I never worry about anything when my family and I stay at a Hampton Inn! You all ROCK!!!!

We had an issue at this location before an I decided that since the hotel at worked hard to make it up to us that we would go back again. Everything was nice, the people were friendly our only issue was that the electrical cords were taped up with electrical tape that was peeling off. My husband is a construction supervisor and said it seemed safe but […] we opted not to use that light during our stay just in case it shorted anything out. We took some pictures as a precaution. Upon arrival we could not find a representative who had the ability to assist us. The front desk staff did not seem to be well trained and other than a really nice young lady who seemed to be the only person with experience there were several delays. The breaksfast room was small but clean and well staffed and food options were good and varied. Apparently […] the only way to get a bottle of water is to go to the front desk and request it --- which for some reason never seemed to have anyone sitting there in the morning? Access to hotel is not the greatest and the parking lot is very confusing with dead-end sections which do not carry through. Mediocar at best Devamı

Excellent hotel, very clean and comfy, I will stay there again if I ever have the need to stay in ft smith again

If you are looking for a single night or an extended stay, this hotel has it all. The comparison of the rates and value are a great combination. The Ft Smith Hampton is located on the Interstate Highway within walking distance to several name recognized restaurants and a short driving distance to many more. Shopping is convenient and the historic downtown […] area is just a couple of miles away. We didn't notice any abnormal traffic noise even though the traffic is heavy in the area. Good value for your dollar and a good feeling when you leave due to the hospitality of the of the Ft Smith Hampton Inn staff. Devamı

The hotel was in a quiet area, even though it was close to a major highway, it was not noticeable inside our room. Very convient to restaurants and shopping also.

Pas très loin du vieux centre et avec un environnement général agréable, c'est un hôtel que je recommande à tous les points de vue, avec notamment un très bon petit déjeuner, une piscine et un jacuzzi qui font du bien après la route.
