It was a very nice change to be in such a clean hotel room. The hotel isn't brand spankin' new but is kept in good shape. It's about 10 mins from BWI and 5 mins from Arundel Mills. Convenient, and the price was great.

To be fair, the hotel itself was okay. The staff was friendly and the rooms quiet good for an airport hotel. However, the hotel is pretty hidden and the shuttle needs a while to get there. The restaurant in the hotel is the only place in the area for food, so if you don't have a car you have to eat there. The menu presented in the guest information […] was totally different form teh actual menu. Quality of food was okay, but not great. the free brakfast was good enough to hold you over, but limited. The shuttle goes every half hour, apparently also to the Arundel Mills Mall. If you are by car you better have a GPS system. I've been at hotels at the Nursery lane, that was much more convenient to restaurants, airport etc. Devamı

VERY CONVENIENT TO MY EVENT SITE. WAS KIND OF NOISY FROM A MAJOR ROAD LITERALLY A STONES THROW AWAY FROM THE ROOM. VERY CLEAN AND THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE..

Wish it had been near fast food or a convienent store. Cab driver didn't know where the hotel was. Room was very clean. Good customer service.

I liked the location. I would stay here again.

We were very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff during our two day stay at this motel.

First I will say the airport service was good. We were very disappointed to find the restaurant closed as all we wanted to do was eat at their fine establishment and go to bed. We were able to get shuttle service to a nice restaurant., unfortunately, there was none in walking distance. At breakfast, once again we were disappointed to find they were […] all out of eggs and most other items as a "big group had been in over the weekend". There was no communication with administration over this matter so the manager found out when she arrived. I complained in writing and have not gotten any response. Devamı

This is a very pleasant, well run hotel

The room was fine, clean, quiet. The breakfast left something to be desired; the tables and counter could have been wiped down periodically, the waffle maker was not cooperative, and when asked for something as simple as napkins, the desk staff seemed disinterested. The Ramada BWI was OK, but it is a drive from the airport and not easy to find. Once we got there, there was a lot of noise from the nearby freeway. Staff were nice and helpful and everything was clean.

Nice hotel for the money. Although it is located a ways from the airport, there is a convenient shuttle and my driver was wonderful. Breakfast was acceptable with a waffle machine, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, and the usual continental fare. I appreciate that they keep the milk in a small refrigerator. It is a nice hotel that is minutes away from the airport and arundal mills mall!!!! The hotel was very clean and tha staff was very pleasant!!!

Very convenient to bwi. Came in late but free shuttle was still there in ten minutes. Bar was nice and staff very friendly. Good choice for the money

This hotel was great. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was helpful, friendly, and kind. I would truly recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a great experience.

I had just landed from Vegas at 12:20 am, they sent the shuttle to come and pick me up from the airport. They even made a pot of coffee for me after I settled into my room because it was so cold out that morning. I would definitely stay here again.

It's really nice for people to stay for connecting flight. The staff are talkative and helpful. The room is nice and clean. But there is no boiling water in my room. The coffee is broken. But it is ok for me because i don't need coffee. I need to get boiling water from the little bar / the restaurant in the lobby. I do feel that this hotel is safe. I […] have no idea if other visitors would like to have long stay. But so far, their service and environment are enough to me. I will stay there again if i need a place to stay for a night. Devamı

Front desk staff, while polite and efficient, were not as attentive as most. Upon arriving we had to wait 15 minutes to check in as there was a meeting going on. The door to the room where the meeting was being held was open, and we were in the sight line, but we still had to wait. Difficult to regulate the heat in the room. within a mile of family, quiet, convenient to highways, clean room, and comfy bed! perfect for the two of us to stay after days of crazy holiday family gatherings!

This is our second time staying here. Inexpensive and clean. The second stay we had a clogged sink. One phone call and within 5 minutes another room card was brought to our door. One reason we stay here is that the breakfast (Continental with a waffle maker) starts at 4am and that allows us to get something to eat before heading to our early flight […] . Devamı

When booking this hotel, I made sure that it had some sort of 'food' nearby because we did not have a car for the day- well, I noticed that the restaurants were a few miles away, but it did have an in house grill- bonus! Well, except that we were staying on a sunday, guess what? closed on sundays!!! Pizza delivery took 90(!!!) minutes. The breakfast […] was okay- they had waffles, but no butter. Then came the shower. Nice place to stay. Friendly staff. A little off the beaten path and in the middle of a office park but well worth the effort to find. Great stay especially when you consider the price. On site restaurant/bar is nice. Great food and nice vibe. Lots of locals go there. That says a lot in itself. Will stay when ever in the BWI area.

Found this deal which was less expensive than the Sleep inn the night before and 100 times bettr than the leep inn too. my only complaint, the TV's need updated, they had very poor oicture quality, all static on all channels.

Good price, convenient to airport, good service from all staff members, very good continental breakfast. Restaurant on site (we did not check it out) which is necessary since the motel is in an industrial park.

The staff were friendly and efficient upon check-in and check-out. The restaurant bar tender was very friendly and attentive to everyone eating diiner at the bar like I was or enjoying a drink. The room was a little bit run down, but clean. I would stay at this facility again.

I like the free shuttle service to BWI train and airport. I did not have to rent a car for my DC trip. I like the included breakfast. The room was a bit shabbier than I usually like. Arrived around 0230am, The African American Gentlemen "Chris" I think was very helpful and fast when pulling up my reservation and key card for my room. Despite rooms being all full, was very quiet, queen sized room was very neat and tidy. I would stay again next time I come through!

My room in this hotel was reasonable spacious and clean. The facility is dated - from the appliances to the bathroom. Clean, but not current. Bathroom not terrible well-lit; sink and counter were old and just not very nice, especially for a 3 star. But for the price in the Baltimore/Washington area, I expect it's hard to beat. 10 minutes or less to […] BWI. Continental breakfast area was small, and breakfast offerings are truly continental only - rolls, juice oatmeal & the little boxes of dry cereal. They did have a waffle maker over to the side. On the other hand, I thought the hotel service was pleasant and prompt. If traveling by myself I wouldn't mind staying here again, but I think I'd take my family somewhere else. Devamı

Be prepared to have a hold placed on your card even if paid in full to hotelscom. They place fifty dollar hold on account even though only there from 9-4 am for an early flight. What incidentals did they think we'd accrue? Not necc a bad thing but just be prepared. The free breakfast was great, and it started at 4 a.m. so that early check outers could still enjoy a nice treat before departure!!!Had a great time here!!

I've stayed here last year and my stay was ok which led me to stay here again this year. Big difference! First I had to wait 7 minutes before someone even knew I was standing at the front desk to be helped. I guess only one person was working at the time. The room itself was nice and comfortable just as I remembered, but one night as a friend of mine […] and I was watching television and chatting, we heard something that sounded like rain....a lot of rain! I went to the sliding glass door and it was not raining, but there was a ton of rain coming from the air vent just above the toilet. Good thing I was not sitting there at the time. I called the front desk and a foreign speaking male seemed uninterested because he kept cutting me off. Long story short the problem was fixed, but I was rather bothered that he kept cutting me off. The room was fine. The public bathrooms on the first floor we in poor shape.

The hotel is easily accessible from the 100 Parkway via the Cocacola Dr. The hotel is nicely situated in an office park. The building itself and lobby was inviting. The room was clean and nice and the personnel was pleasant. The complementary breakfeast is an added plus.
