We just needed a place near the highway to stop for the night and this fit the bill. It was less than a minute from the highway, easy to find, provided free Internet, USA Today and a nice little breakfast buffet.

The beds in the room where to high as I could not get in them and had to be helped into bed and out of bed in the morning. It would be a big help to those who are handicapped or are short if the beds were not so high. you can get box springs that are only have the height as a full box springs that would help. I thing this would be a big help to the […] following --handicapped people, short people and young children who stay in there parents room to get into bed. We chose this hotel based on customer ratings and hotels.com price. We were NOT let down. We loved this hotel. It was right off of 85 and super clean. Although you can tell the hotel has some age, I was not afraid to be barefoot in the bathroom. The beds were so comfortable and we most DEFINITELY be staying there when we return to Charlotte. This is the only place we will stay when visiting our family. Super clean, nice, comfortable, amazing staff. Of course it's no luxury hotel but for a family of 6 it's perfect.

I expected the appearance to better. The door key would not work after hours. Police had to come break up a fight at the IHOP across the street from the hotel.

This was a very nice and secure hotel to stay while in the Charlotte area. The area was quiet and the rooms were quiet. The rooms were very clean and everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Conveniently located. Very clean and well maintained. Very courteous staff. Complimentary breakfast offered many choices and was a bonus to such a reasonably priced hotel stay. Definitely recommend this hotel if traveling to the area.

The shower didn't have a hot/cold water mix - it was either hot or cold, no in between. Beds were a bit too soft for my liking. It had good people at the front desk and had a lot of good choices for breakfast.

Fridge makes way to much noise,door had a major gap not square,towel racks falling off wall.No trash can liners.Not really up to JW Marriott standards.

Not a Bad hotel....just nothing to do within walking distance. Drove an exit North and down a few south (8 miles) to find stuff. I'm sure that's why the rates were so good.

Clean, comfortable room, and friendly staff.

Stayed couple days while visiting family. Staff at desk were so nice and helpful especially Vonetta and Kiki. Only wished that rooms had refrig and microwave. Great stay!!!

Hotel was convenient, clean and the staff was very professional. Would suggest having coffee 24 hours in lobby.

Good hotel for the money, Great customer service. Would definately stay again!

Great Hotel. Room was clean, large, comfy bed, great service,free breakfast. The only thing was the hairdryer sounded like a chainsaw, and felt like one when i tried to use it. Might need some upgrading on a few things but overall great stay!
