Very quiet. Nice beds. But when my husband bumped the wall, the mirror fell on my head. I think it was too heavy for the little screws that were holding it up,

Nice hotel for the money. Convienent to shopping and resturants. Would stay again!

My stay was enjoyable, yes I heard the train one time because I had my window open & the back of the hotel faces a R.R. Line, but it never bothered me as another visitor said it did. Hmm don't know what the problem was. The mattress was great. I have 2 disks in my back that are gone, I'm awaiting surgery so was hoping for a good nights sleep. I slept […] like a baby. Loved having the microwave & fridge in the room, it sure beats running to the ice machine for soda ice. I do wish they had a restaurant of some sort on the premises though. The continental was good. My normal fare at home, a bowl of cheerios, lol. I had my heart said for toast & eggs. Oh well, cant have everything. The staff was great & very friendly. Yes I will use this Inn the next time I come to Springfield. Devamı

This hotel was comfortable, clean and well priced. The staff was caring and appeared to be dedicated to their customers. Good breakfast buffet. We will stay here again. Thank you.

Overall, our two-night stay was a very good one. The hotel staff at the front desk was amicable, helpful, and accommodating. On our second night we requested additional pillows, which were accommodated for us. The breakfast buffet is a great feature with good/decent selection of food. Although it's not a deal breaker, the room, as I've experienced […] in other rooms here at this Sleep Inn location, seems to be somewhat stuffy. Whether it was summer or winter, I just can't seem to work the air/heating unit to avoid the room feeling a bit humid and stuffy. The room was clean, which is always appreciated. The neighborhood is, for the most part, quiet. The hotel sits next to an empty field and other hotels. The only real noise in the area is a nearby highway and an occasional train. This, however, is not overwhelming loud. The highway is inaudible when inside the room. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and have consistently had positive experiences here. Devamı

The room was clean. The service was friendly. The free breakfast is an added bonus. One thing I should note is our heater/air conditioning unit seemed to work oddly. It was cold at night and we set the heater while we slept; however, every time the heater came on, it would blow cold air for a period of time before it finally became warm and heated […] up. The bed is right next to the unit, so we would freeze while the cold air blew out. The room was stuffy without the air on, so we needed something, but we weren't sure if this was a glitch in the unit or not. It wasn't ideal but it wasn't a deal breaker either. We have stayed there many times before. We recommend it to others. Front desk people are pleasant and helpful.

We were very pleased with the hotel, staff was friendly and engaged, the lobby, breakfast area and room were all clean and pleasant. Room had many updates, with a few older items in the bathroom area, but it was clean and served the purpose. A great value for the money.

I would recommend spending a little more and getting a better hotel. Cleaning staff complaining about their jobs in the hallway, really turned me off knowing they were going to go into my room and clean. The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom is right in the room and echos to say the least.... I will nbever stay there again.

When we checked in the room had never been cleaned. There was food all over from previous guests. The next day our room was not cleaned or the beds made. When I got to breakfast at 0855 the woman was already putting things away. I'm not a morning person and if breakfast is till 0900 the food should stay out till 0900.

I rented a room in this hotel so I could use the microwave and fridge that the description said were available. When I checked in my room didn't have either. I asked the clerk and she said she was very sorry but only a few rooms had theses items and were only available if you asked in advance. None of this was in the description on Hotels.com. I have […] stayed at other hotels in Springfield that were the same as this hotel at $20 less a night. This hotel wasn't worth the extra cost. Devamı

The only problem with the room (#201) was that the air conditioner needed some maintenance. The thermostat was not very responsive.

Hotel was ideally located for our two day visit.

I like the Sleep Inn. It's modest in every sense, nothing extravagant. The service has always been very helpful, pleasant, and friendly; the rooms have always been clean with no signs of bed bugs -- at least none that I noticed. In fact, the day we were there, they were cleaning carpets in all of the rooms and checking all of the room's air conditioning/heating […] elements. The value and cost of the Sleep Inn is very good, especially when you consider the morning breakfast they offer. Devamı

Very pleased. This hotel is close to everything we desire to do in Springfield, IL It is near malls, theaters and restaurants. Nice hotel.
