Room was a little worse for wear. A/C had issues.

It was okay. Decent. Not the best.

The main complaint is the pool. Not clean. Cigarette butts and bugs in pool. And bathroom needs maintenance.

I thought this hotel was a great stay as a stop-over to Siesta Key. The staff was friendly. The condition of thew hotel was fair but needs work. There are two good restaurants on both sides and it is located near I-75.

This hotel was very convenient. We had 2 great restaurants in walking distance. Once we were checked in and parked we didn't have to move the car. The breakfast was great, and we were not far from our destination for the next day. I would stay here again when I am in the area.

A motel that is well used and only just acceptable. Lots of fishing folk. Small pool. It's a one night only place if you are on a budget. Rooms reasonably clean though although the non smoking was well smoky.

Cheap and decent, nothing more.

For the price I would stay again clean and very convenient.

The location and bed were top-notch. Tfhe staff was also very accommodating. The bathroom and room decor were "tired" however, and the air conditioner was noisy. Given the attractive rate, a stay here is a real bargain. Next time we're in the area, we'll check in again.

We arrived on Saturday - many guests were there; we were thankful we had used Hotel.com as we just may not of been able to stay. For the amount of guests, it was quiet for us. The a/c was wonderful! The bed comfortable, however the pillows were in need of replacement. Close to two wonderful restaurants, close to the area we needed were visiting. Yes, […] we will be going back! Only The front Desk was nice, Housekeeping was really mean disrepectfull cause we complain of hair in bath tub, that housekeeping family arrived the same day and time we did and she was talking in front mai door about our complains. we got a suite then and sofa bed was broken, couldnt stay the whole night. we have to live the same day home. it was a […] very bad experience Hotel is too far from beaches. Nice location. Very nice hotel for the price.

We had stayed here about 4 yrs ago. We found that this stay was just as good. The hotel needs some maintenance work/upkeep. The jets in the hot tub did not work and the water was luke warm. The room was clean and free of vermin. We would probably stay here again.

this place was crawling with cockroches the beds were older than my oldest daughter(33) dirty loud and every morning brakefast was over before 8am and it statted at 7 am I will never stay in a hotel I will never book on line again

Our first room was very clean, nice and cool (they must have put the air conditioning on before we arrived. After spending time at the pool (decent & quiet)I took a shower and discovered the ceiling was leaking through the light fixture in the bathroom. After calling the front desk, she apologized and immediately said she would upgrade our room to a […] suite. She came up to our room to see the leak and told us to take our time moving to the other room. We moved to the suite which was not in as good of condition as our first room. We ate dinner at the Oyster Restaurant which is walking distance from the hotel (and a definite favorite of locals). It was reasonably priced and the food was really good. Upon returning to our suite, the air conditioning did not cool down as much as it did in our first room. I have to admit that we like a very cold room to sleep in (like 68-69 degrees). Because of the location of the AC and the wall that seperates the couch area from the bedroom, it didn't cool down enough for us. Devamı

The only thing we found that we we're not happy with is the room needed more guest towels nad the toilet paper was almost empty.

This was our second stay at the Guesthous in Ellenton. We won't be going back. The staff was not helpful unless really pushed. They have dehumidifiers in the first floor rooms. The first room we were assigned did not have a working unit and smelled musty. When we asked about getting it repaired, the clerk said we would have to wait until the morning. […] She also said the same thing about towels for the room. (there were four of us and only two towels in the room). When we returned from dinner, she agreed to get us towels and we moved to another room. The dehumidifier in that room only worked if it was tilted and then it leaked all over the floor. The room was in need of paint. The breakfast was minimal which I expected for the price. Customer service was definitely lacking. The location worked well for what we were doing in Ellenton, but we won't be back. Devamı

It was very nice. The only problem was there were no cups and they took away the soap if you used it and didnt replace it. However, if I had the motivation I am sure they would of taken care of it. The front desk was really nice. Overall a really great stay. ;-)

My first room 126 was soo hot. With the air running full it was 88 inside. Ice machine could be heard all night. Asked to be moved. They had no problems with that. Set me up a room on second floor overlooking pool. Pools is noisy right up until closing(10:00). Room was great. Cold air comfortable bed. 2 tables with one having a desk chair. No conviences […] at hotel. No store or anything but there is a pilot gas station next door along with the oyster bar and crab trap. Devamı
