The desk in our room was broken and the bed was extremely firm (read hard). Price was a reflection of this.

Generally my stay was fine. But the place certainly could use some attention. The room furniture was very worn for example and areas inside and out were also looking pretty "tired".

On my recent trip to the area this was my hotel of choice. Upon reading some of the reviews and ratrings I was slightly cautious. I am glad I stayed. The room was VERY Clean. Staff was always Smiling and Friendly and the Location is Ideal for Shopping and the Major Highways. My only issue was that the Air didn't work. It wasn't too bad as I was able […] to use the fan setting but Air would have been nice. I will be back in the area in June and I plan to stay again. Devamı

Nice clean motel with EASY access getting to the Mall of America and SUPER EASY getting back to the motel. Took us 3 days to figure out how to regulate the room heater (but we did NOT get cold). Nice place, good breakfast, extra firm bed. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel appears to be pretty old, it was pretty run down in my opinion. My room was clean, but just appeared old. The outside door lock was broke, so anyone can just enter into the building. We didn't use the pool nor the contential breakfast, so I am unsure of those ammenities. But most likely I will find another place to stay for a night.

We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations at this Days Inn. They had a shuttle to the MOA going about every two hours, which was fine. Neighborhood was a little run down, but hotel was very clean and quiet. Met our needs very well.

Upon checking in the hotel looked great. When walking through the halls were dirty and unkept, side door did not lock for safety at night, and parking lot was not kept up. Bathroom in our room was not fully cleaned (dirty toilet) and the noise from the neighbors came through the shared door. The customer service of the hotel staff was great and the […] continental breakfast was satisfactory. Beds were old but comfortable and the room was fresh smelling, no bad scents (pet or smoke). Did not have a hot tub in the pool area, but the pool area was nice. Would try a nearby hotel before staying there again. Devamı

room was stale smelling and bed was very uncomfortable. Front desk girl was more interested in getting free passes from another customer to some type of jewelry show and ignored our group waiting to check in. Bottom line you get what you pay for.

The night front desk worker was AWESOME!!! We got in late and he was extremely friendly and accomodating. Thank you for the great experience!

Overall our stay was good. Continental breakfast is 100% carbs, so if you want protein just make sure you have a fridge in your room. Stop at a grocery store before you head to the hotel at night.

Room was warm and stuffy..air conditioner wouldnt stay on long enough to cool down the room or kick on and off during the nite!!

The location looked a little sketchy but the inside was surprisingly well kept and the room was very comfortable and clean. The only downfall and complaint I had was with the customer service and free shuttle service to and from the airport. They told me the shuttle arrives around every hour at the airport so I waited around half hour until I called […] and I got a different story. They actually start the shuttle at 4 and it's around every 45 minutes but he would send one over and it should be around 15 minutes. After waiting another half hour (and approaching the other Days Inn shuttle), I called again and the front desk told me he had came and left....which was amazing because we sat looking out the window. Turns out we had some family waiting to pick us up at the hotel and they took a photo of the shuttle sitting in the hotel parking lot after we told them what was going on. So! That put us back a little with our schedules and meeting up with people, if you book here, just keep in mind to make sure you save a shuttle time and that they're on their way. Clean, simple rooms. Breakfast is OK it was fresh every morning. The Shuttle to MOA was small & not handicap accessible. The times to come back were spaced too far apart.

Is well off the beaten track would be extremely difficult to find without a GPS. With a GPS you can find your way around fairly easily. The hotel is old, needs lots of updates. There was a huge spider in one of the beds in our room where the kids were sleeping. Gross....The Breakfast they offer leaves alot to be desired. The complimentary breakfast could be better...not much to choose from. The pool area needs a update. Overal,l for the price I paid it was good.

Hotel needs a definite renovation! Carpet is worn and stained, ceiling tiles are falling with black mold spots on them. Rooms are noisy, you can hear people in next room and halls very easily, and breakfast area could be kept cleaner. Would never stay at this hotel again the way it is even with such a low price.

A very nice room at a great price. I had a conference at the Doubletree and this allowed me to attend and save money. A convenient walking path allowed me to leave the car parked.

I could smell pot smoke and meth coming from two of the rooms surrounding ours. A few people hanging around in the parking lot late into the night, watching everybody who drove in and chainsmoking like it was going out of style. Very good hotel if what you are looking for is an economical, convenient place to spend a few days. The rooms are nice, the pool is good, although a hot tub would be nice. The continental breakfast is adequate, and the staff that we interacted with were very good. As far as cleanliness and upkeep, this hotel was not very good at all. I liked that it had continental breakfast and a pool--that was what my kids enjoyed--but overall I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. It was pretty dumpy, and for me to say that means it was pretty bad, as I rarely stay in hotels and do not expect much. Hotel is antiquated is its only downfall old appliances fixtures and such. The Continental breakfast was great the pool is a very warm and great size indoor pool. Dont expect a 5 star motel at this price you get what you pay for. I would stay again.

If its no frills and bare bones you are looking for this is your place. Hard to find, unhappy desk personnel, barely OK rooms (old "well-used" carpet, ancient TV etc etc). We have paid less , stayed in significantly nicer rooms, and gotten closer to MOA and Ikea.....it just takes a little looking, so keep looking.

When we got there to check in we were told we had a room with only one bed. Since there were four of us booked I was not quite sure how we would all sleep in one bed. The attendant quickly found us a room more suited to our needs. The overall hotel is dated and somewhat run down. The staff was friendly, though the one guy at the desk was run ragged. The rooms were clean, but obviously this is a rehabbed hotel and hopefully the rehab will get finished. Between our two rooms we had a mish-mash of furnishings. The beds were comfortable. Pillows in one room were great, the other they were flat and sad. The a/c in the room worked […] great, which is good in a heat wave, but the lobby was beastly hot. Devamı

For the money, this hotel is OK to stay at. Carpets not very clean, no fans in bathrooms. Fairly easy to get to.

This hotel is close to many things. The pool is awesome because it's a real pool not a big play area. We enjoyed going here with our children and having tons of space to play in the pool and in our very spacious room. Not a lot of bells and whistles at this hotel, but worth it. Staff is very friendly

This hotel wasn't the nicest around...but the price was cheap. It's a little hard to find and the help isn't that great. We got locked out of the hotel a couple of times and were told that if we went into a store with those detector machines that it the info off the key. From the pictures on-line I was expecting much more. There were no locks on the outside doors so anyone could come in as they wanted. In our room there was a dead bug on the floor in our bathroom and you could see where they didn't finish the wallpaper. The bed was extremely uncomfortable too. My husband has a 2 inch knot in his neck now because of […] the bed. I should have know because of what we were paying for a two night stay, but I wish it would have been better. I have stayed at a great many hotels in my many years of travel, this hotel is good but not the best buy far. I think mort of the problem is that the hotel is an older up graded building (was built before automatic sprinklers but has them now) the first thing I noticed is that there was no lock or latch on the outer door, anyone could come and go as […] they pleased. next I could not get the TV to come on, apparently someone decided to use the light switch socket to plug the unit into, not the best design. And last, I found the room to be clean comfortable with a working AC unit, Safe if you needed one, and a large refrigerator that worked fine but it all boils down to a restful sleep and there it was all wrong for the bed was just like sleeping on a trampoline, lots of spring but not much give. on the bright side the staff was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help you.. We went to the Mall of America and Valleyfair, as well as other Twin City sites. This was centrally located. We kept driving past it even when we weren't going to the hotel. The cloverleaf pool was neat looking and fun to swim in. Breakfast was good. Everything we wanted.

A very basic hotel. The breakfast area was not large enough. At night, there were a lot of people just hanging around the desk. Door #5 to the outside did not close/lock properly. As a hotel where you were just in and out quickly, and not using it as a retreat, it was adequate. Staff was friendly.

We stayed on Thursday night the 23rd. The room was nice in size, but the age and condition of the property was VERY unexceptable. The security doors outside did not lock. Our bathroom door wouldn't open all the way without pushing hard because the door was resting on the bathroom floor. The bedding smelled and was soiled. We only used the sheets. The […] parking lot was full of pot holes. Our bed side table light had a short in it, and sometimes would work! (We called on that one and someone came up and looked at it, but of course it worked for them then!) The outlet plugs we stretched out!! The frig and lamp plugs would fall out!! We couldn't keep our computer or cellphone chargers in enough to get a full charge. NOT a safe enviroment at all!! We left and did not stay our second night!! Completely disappointed. I was looking for an inexpensive hotel in Minneapolis. This is an older hotel and the room definitely needed some renovating, but I've stayed at worse. It served the purpose, but wouldn't use it as a getaway hotel. Good location with easy access to major Twin City highways. Free continental breakfast was not as elaborate as some, but decent enough. Free wi-fi was very speedy. (Not always the case in some hotels.) Didn't use the pool, so can't comment on that. Negatives... We had a very squeaky hotel room door. Entry doors near our room were in a state of disrepair […] and couldn't close all the way unless really yanked hard. Rain from the roof was dripping down onto your head right when you took your first step out the door. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 6 months. I am always happy with everything, but this last stay, I had a terrible fronbt desk clerk for 2 of the 3 nights I stayed. After checking in, I realized I was in a room in a different part of the hotel than I normally am. I got all unpacked, and logged into the wireless internet, as I am […] required to file reports every night for my job. I had a terrible signal strength, so bad that I was not able to do my required work. I called the front desk, and asked if there was a problem w/the hotels wireless? I was told, "No, but let me re-boot the router in that area, and I will call you back to see if it helps". It did NOT help, I got NO phone call back from the desk clerk. I walked to the front desk, and told the clerk I needed to be moved, as I was required to file my reports, and I would be statying 3 days, and needed internet access. I was moved to a room, up one floor and across the hotel. I was not given an apology for this at all. The next day, I realized I had left my phone charger in the original room, once again i called the front desk, and got the same clerk. I was told that he would check the room for my charger, and that he would call me back. 3 hours later, after getting NO call back, I called again, and was told by the clerk, "Oh yeah, I checked the room, and nothing was there", I asked, did you check if a maid had picked it up? I was told, "Oh, yeah, I checked the lost and found, and nothing was there". I had an odd feeling that this clerk was not being truthful, and I felt he had not checked anywhere for my charger, I was also upset that once again, he had NOT called me back. The 3rd day, when there was a different desk clerk, I asked him about my charger, and he said, "Let me check the lost and found", he returned w/my charger, in a plastic bag, it had the previous days date written on it, which means it had been there since the morning after I checked in!!! The outside of the hotel looked a little run down and the outside doors leading to the halls had no locks on them. However, our room was very comfortable and nice. The pool was heated, a real plus for me. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a pretty good deal for your money.

This hotel was fun again we stayed here once before 2 years before and it was just how I remember it.
