Free coffee and tea at checkin was nice. We good diner recommendations from the person at the front desk, who also called our room to make sure al was well and to see if we needed anything. he continental breakfast was better an most, with fresh fruit and things a glutenfree person can eat. It's walkable to many restaurants.

Despite the hotels convenient location and decent customer service, the lack of comfort of the bed and linens is a big deterrent. Bring your own pillows and blankets when you come here! No joke!

We chose this hotel for the location and affordability. Nice restaurants, coffee shop, wine store in easy walking distance. Noise from the street was louder than I prefer. New carpet had just been installed in our room and the odor was pretty strong. Staff very helpful and attentive.

Hotel location is perfect for Occidental College visits. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Rooms are clean.

Was every bit as I had expected and I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was big and quiet. The WiFi was slow and unstable but the wired connection for my laptop worked just fine.

The room was a 4 star, excellent breakfast, clean rooms, great resturants in the area, close to everything. But don't expect TV or internet.. The staff could not fax for me and did not let me know that it did not go through. They use a bad cable co. so not much to watch and not good reception.

I was traveling with my 4 yr. old granddaughter and my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised on the comfort of the room. The employees were very accommodating. I had forgot my cellphone and had to return to the hotel. I had no problem retrieving my phone. Also, the breakfast was very good. Great price. This is my third stay at this hotel in the span of 4 years. The property this time looked the best. The outdoors were very well kept and my room was very clean from the sheets and towels to the bath tub curtain all in white, all spotless. Nothing was amiss. The breakfast room is a popular spot and it's very small for all of us quiet guests […] in the morning. I could not find a place to sit and an elderly gentleman ahead of me had to ask permission to share a table with other guests. I had to carry my breakfast to my room. It's surprisingly quiet enough at night even though it's located on Colorado in Eagle Rock, with as much traffic as you can expect. Eagle Rock is a nice community. Devamı

The walls were thin so I could hear noises from other room and from outside. Also, there was flashing source of light from right outside my window that was so intense, while turned, that it literally seemed like it it was daytime one minute and nighttime the next. And there weren't any heavy curtains to block out the light. I slept horribly for my two […] nights. This hotel is no where near anything. You need a car for sure to get around. The area it's in can be somewhat daunting to around in at night. Not recommended. However it's cheap and if you have a car and don't mind driving everywhere it's fine.

Excellent hotel. Close to freeway for ease of diving into LA or towards Disneyland/SixFlags, which was the main reason for me choosing to stay here when booking my trip. Breakfast is fantastic with a huge variety, was very surprised with the amount and quality of food on offer. A/C in room worked very well cooling the room quickly. Good water pressure. […] Handy microwave to heat up some veggies when your sick of the American cheeseburgers! Location seemed fine and felt safe. Fuel station close by along with a shopping centre. Great Breakfast, but limited Sat. TV . . . lucky the Olympics were on, or there would be little to watch during the "between" events time, while in your room, except to read or use the Internet.

We booked this hotel out of desperation. We were at another hotel in a neighboring town and we didn't feel safe at all - the view from the window was a homeless man laying on the sidewalk. I called this Comfort Inn and spoke with an angel of a woman who took great care assuring us that we would be taken care of. When we arrived we were very pleased […] with the appearance of the establishment. Upon entrance, the hotel lobby is beautiful! The same person I spoke with on the phone helped us at check in (Charliece). She was very kind and helpful. Once we were in the room and settled, she called down to make sure everything was acceptable. We felt welcomed and very comfortable. The concern I had was at night, about 9;00PM when apparently no hotel employees were around cars came and parked in the lot. Outside my door was a man full of tatoos taking to people in another car. Later the man left and the car left, however they were not guests. I would recommend possibly a security quard or other employee watching to see that only […] guests are in the lot. Devamı

We stayed at the Comfort Inn near Old Town Pasadena - Eagle Rock and were very satisfied with our stay. We needed to stay in an area that provided easy access to three different locations and the Comfort Inn provided just that. Front desk personnel were surperb.

Everything was adequate. Unfortunately, however, we think that Comfort Inn "adopted" some motels at lesser standards than the standards that Comfort Inn used to have. There was nothing wrong, just not so nice as other Comfort Inns that we have stayed at.

We enjoyed our stay. We were there for five days. The breakfast was always good. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Was noisy at times, due to having outside entry doors instead of internal doors. Breakfast was simple but good. Big enough rooms. Very good for a night or two. Beware of the shared turn lane in middle of road - take it slow since it's easy to come head to head with another car going the other direction (certainly not a strike against the hotel)

This is a value hotel. Really a Motel. This needs to be clear right at the start. The price reflects this. It is a really great location, with so much so close. It is well staffed, and clean.
