Quality Inn Airport - Salt Lake City

I won't return there and won't recommend it to anyone. The room was filthy, bathroom just as badd. We had to coax the toilet to flush and when i said something I was told they had many complaints about housekeeping. they ignored the mention about the toilet. I don't normally complain and I don't normally fill these reviews out, but people need to know. […] Also when I was there, there was a ton of construction going on so it made access to the hotel difficult. We were unable to control the heat using the termostat and had to stand on a chair and use the room service menu to block the vent. The desk offered to move us but we were already unpacked and tired. We also asked for extra towels and none were available.

The only problem we had was that the lobby computer was not working, so we couldn't check in for our flight and print our boarding passes. There was road construction in front of the hotel. The outside of the hotel has an older appearance, but our room was attractive, clean and comfortable. We slept well there. The first negative thing I noticed were the signs in the parking lot that stated the hotel was not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles. The room smelled like body odor. The carpet was so soiled that I was afraid to remove my shoes. The bed linens and towels seemed to be clean but had stains on them. I would not recommend that anyone stay […] at this hotel. About all this hotel has going for it is that it is relatively close to the airport. The hotel itself is in dire need of attention. Dirty chair cushions, chipped paint on the door frame to the bathroom, mold on the bathmat, showerhead sticking out and away from the wall, worn porcelain on the bathtub. How can you service a hotel and not have ammenities to children no high chairs

Our stay at this hotel was great! It's quiet, and other than a little mildew on the shower tile, the room was super clean! The pool is awesome, and the service was friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downfall is currently they are doing road construction on both streets that surround the hotel, so it's a little difficult to get […] into... but that's just temporary. :) Devamı

The beds were uncomfortable. The neighborhood is a mess due to road construction. The air conditioning shut off in the middle of the night. The breakfast area opens too late.

We asked for a different room, because of mold in bathroom, torn curtains, broken phone, and needed a trash can and we were told, "sorry have a nice night" .We did receive a complimentary free stay in the future from the management.

For a non smoking room I felt like smoke was seeping into my pores from the walls. The bed was very uncomfortable, woke up with a kink in my neck, the floor might have been a better option. The hotel is old but clean. They need to get new beds and remodel soon. With this place I got what I paid for, better off paying the 10$ more to sleep soundly.

Nice, comfortable and beautiful landscaping and pool. Very great price for quality.

The check in was slow----not very efficient or friendly. The room was musty and old looking. There was a gap in the front door that allowed cold air in.

First noticed room was hard to enter..that's because the curtains butted right up to the door-they tried to velcro them to the wall, but as dirty and nasty as they were, you could tell they got caught in the door very often! Room was cramped, but my husband did pick an 'inexpensive' MOTEL, not hotel. In the morning, we had a hard time getting the shower […] to work! Luke warm water was it...after my husband took a shower, he couldn't get it to turn off! He went down to check out (so we could find a decent hotel), and I finally got the water off. I won't let him pick the hotel anymore : ) It's a shame that you have to pay over $100 for a decent room anymore. Devamı

Clean room, continental breakfast was adequate, a manager hosted cocktail hour with munchies added value.

We were tired and ready for bed when we arrived at the hotel. We waited 20 minutes in line to get our room. When we went around to park, there were signs about every two feet that the hotel was "not responsible" for any theft. We did not feel comfortable parking in the lot, but were too tired to make a change to another hotel. When we got up in the […] morning both my husband and I had bug bites. Stayed one night passing through town and I cannot recommend this hotel. The telephone in the room did not work, the vending machines were empty, one of the lamps had a bulb burned out and there was no soap provided in the room. In addition, while it was due to timing, the pool was "closed for the season" as I was told by the front desk, but yet the […] pool listed dates of July 23-31st.
