We enjoyed the hotel for a stay overnight. However, make sure to ask for a room away from the train track that is right behind it or you will hear some noise during the night (not too bad though).

The hotel catered for a traveller's basic needs but is not to the standard you would expect from a Ramada in the UK.

My stay at the Ramada Inn was pleasant and without incidents. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was ready each morning by 5:30am (except once). I would recommend staying here to everyone.

We have a trucking company and have stayed in most of the "dumps" in Barstow. I decided to stay in a different place. For a couple dollars more, I was totally surprised. It was "Great". Clean, modern,quite and This is our new stop. We will drive out of the way to stay at the Ramada. Stay there, you will not disappointed.

this hotel was more than I had expected, they had great quality toiletries already in your room without having to go ask for them, it was very clean, and welcoming. I would recommend it! Very happy I stayed there and it was less then others that didn't have the same service.

My stay at the Ramada Inn was very enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is great because I start work at 6am and they had it ready before 5:30! The room was clean and as nice as expected for the price we paid, maybe even a little better than expected. Very conveniently located just off the freeway. The best part was the free breakfast in the morning. We made fresh waffles, yum. I would recommend it for those who want a comfortable and affordable quick little stay.

The hotel was close to the freeway off/on ramps with a good choice of restaurants nearby. There were no hassels at the front desk and our room was ready when we arrived at 1:30 pm. Staff was friendly and helpful, nice room, clean. Hotel is located next to a major train track if that bothers you ask for a room that faces the front. I would stay there again.

Use of Anytime Fitness Center was great, much better than using the average hotel gym and the center was nearby.

I had to ask to change rooms, which was done without hesitation, because we did not have a king bed with pull out sofa, as the room description indicated. In addition the initial room had a problem with water leaks and there were buckets in the room to collect the dripping water. Do not hesitate to speak up if the room is not what it should be!

The hotel was really quite...yes there are train tracks in the back of the hotel but they were pretty quite also , the room was very comfortable ..I plan on staying again

We were 300 miles from our home town to attend a wedding party. 8 of us stayed at this hotel. We all agree it was the top of the line . Great Service I recommend it to everyone. Thank you.

The staff is always very nice and the rooms are clean best hotel in barstow

Room was clean and comfortable. Just a little sound of the train can keep you up at night. Bring your ear plugs with you.

Smelly carpet in hallways, brown water from the taps, rust stains in tub, automatic light timers clicking on & off. My room on the back side of hotel is right next to the train tracks which kept me up all night. Never again!

Great location for quick trip or planning a stop before you head into LA or Las Vegas...great location, easy access to all the items you will need.

I read reviews and was a little hesitant. I have to say this hotel was great. The room doors are inside so I felt safe. The pool is wonderful. Service was great, room was clean. We just needed to break up our drive to Vegas. The continental breakfast gave us our jumpstart on coffee and my son loved the pastries. We had a great stay at the hotel just a few minor problems. When people book reservation online for extended periods of time the rooms are still suppose to be cleaned daily by the staff. If you book directly with the hotel for extended stays the rooms are cleaned only twice. Be sure to let the front desk know how your room was booked. Once we let them […] know then our room was cleaned on a daily basis and they did a great job. The cleaning staff was very friendly and polite and if you needed anything from them they were more then happy to get if for you right away. The front desk staff was also friendly and could help you locate places of interest if you were not familiar with the area. Our five grandchildren loved the pool area. For the most part for our entire stay our family had the pool to themselves. They even had a BBQ area with a gas grill that we were able to use at no additional cost. We envited our family that lived in Barstow over and had a great time grilling out and just spending time with family catching up. It made a less expensive way for us to get together but also to have a great meal. I would have to say that this was by far the best hotel that we stayed on during our vacation and I would highly recommend it to anyone who just needs an overnight stay or someone who is looking for an extended place to stay while they are traveling or just on a leisurely vacation. The breakfast bar was by far one of the best that I've seen in years. There were so many choice to choose from that there was something for everyone. My grendchildren loved the waffle maker, they thougt it was so cool to poor the batter in and then out came a cooked waffle, the hard boiled eggs were also a big hit with the kids. I liked the fact that there was fresh fruit available for those that just wanted a lighter side for breakfast. There were so many other choices of items that they are to numerouse to mention. Very good value for the money. We just needed a place to sleep for the night on our way to Central California. The breakfast was very good too. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Only complaint is that it was hot and the air in the room had been turned off. So it took it a while to cool down.

Took my kids to the pool and a group of locals showed up to use the pool. They were drinking and swearing and they would go to the restroom by the pool in groups to smoke weed. It didn't seem like they had a room at the hotel and they were talking about partying at another hotel's pool the week before. So I would have to rate the entertainment a 4  […] also. Devamı

Our overall stay at this hotel was a nice and relaxing experience. We did have a few concerns in regards to housekeeping and the cutomer service recieved when we brought an issue to the front desk clerks attention. We stayed a total of 5 nights and out of those 5 days, housekeeping only entered our rooms twice to clean the rooms. Once we caught them […] in the hall and asked for clean towles and to empty the trash. At no time did we ask them not to enter the room or hang a do not disturb sign, so we don't know why they did not enter. When I brought it the clerks attention and asked for clean towles, the clerks response was short and sour, as if I were bothering her. And then before recieving clean towels, she proceeded to make another sour comment. I believe a refresher course in customer service and on the hotels overall policies would benefit this particular clerk. The other clerks we encountered were friendly and accomadating. Devamı

Room was nice. Breakfast was ok. Pool was great. Close to everything. Staff was helpful.

The hotel was clean, convenient and had good rates...no complaints! The room was great - wifi, tv, a/c. The pool was great. The complimentary breakfast was great - several waffle machines, juices, hard-boiled eggs, cereals, fruit, pastries, etc. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others who are visiting the area.

The reason I went to the Ramada is the care they put in on the outside of the hotel and pool area, but the inside is a disappointment. The furniture old and broken, lamps don't work and everything is plugged into an extension cord giving worriesome to fire hazard and the side lamps did not work.

We arrived around midnight, tired from being stuck in traffic because of construction. The clerk gave us our key and we went to the room only to find it occupied. We got another room and the key did not work. Back to the clerk to re-set the key. Finally got in and hit with an odor like the toilet had not been flushed. Could not find anything obvious. […] Too tired to go back for a third room. We found a dirty towel on the closet shelf and some unknown substance on the nightstand. Another reason to bypass Barstow. Overall, its a great value for the money, if you plan to use pool and jacuzzi. The bathroom was not in the best condition with cracks in tub and ceiling. It looks like that this hotel needs some repairs.

Very clean and friendly hotel. The town is small, so we weren't expecting a great hotel. The hotel was nice, had lots of pillows. The breakfast was great! Kids loved the fresh waffles and hard boiled eggs. Would stay there again on our next trip to California.

Excellent room but carpet a bit stained - - very attractive & breakfast was very nice & tasty. Very friendly staff & lovely room for breakfast too. Very nice!!

Rooms and breakfast are OK. Beautiful pool but was too windy to use it. Be careful to have a room not giving on the railroad (a little bit noisy).

Friendly staff! Barstow, not the greatest stop. But convenient spending time with my brother. The room was comfortable but the bed was hard.

The staff was nice enough...I had asked for downstairs pet room....Soemthing with easy in an out due to a oxygen machine that I need to carry in an out for my mother......I wanted a room that was in Front of the Hotel not the back.....When we got there My room was on the second floor ....An was told that the bookagent never said a word about our requests.....So […] I called booking agent he in turned called hotel..What we ended up with was downstairs room clear in the back of the hotel stinky beyond belief rugs were stained It was awful...Access to the room was terrible.....Plus we were by the laundry room, those stink all the time.....The train tracks are so close you can smell and here it all nite long..... Great customer service at check-in. Only one complaint: Continental breakfast was of very poor quality, hardly edible. Better off going elsewhere for morning meal. Overall, great place to stay if you are just passing through.

Staff very kind, polite, and helpful. Hotel rooms, although clean, are rundown . Room and bathroom wall paper peeling, microwave plugged into lamp outlet becasue not enough available outlets in room. Bathroom fixtures need replacing. The hotel, although convieniently located needs a major room renovation. I think Ramada forgot this hotel exists. We stayed at the Ramada for 4 nights while we were waiting to get into temporary housing on Fort Irwin. The location was close to the I 15--which was nice..but it was RIGHT next to the train tracks. Upon check in, we were placed in a room that did not have the number on the wall, and the toilet would not stop running. I hate to complain, but it woke […] up my 3 month old. So I called the front desk, and they moved us immediately, which was fantastic. We stayed with a Pet..there was not a designated Pet area...and it seemed like Pets just went wherever they felt. The pool and spa looked great, but my infant was too young--and the 35 mph winds did not help! Hotels.com stated that there was a spa on site, but I did not see or hear about it. If there was one, it was not advertised. Once you see the other hotels in Barstow, you will be happy you chose the Ramada... Devamı
