Me and my wife stayed here and enjoyed the area for our anniversay. Though we both can be somewhat picky, this hotel was pretty nice and so was the Staff. Bed and room was really clean and comfortable. Nicely located close enough to surrounding attractions.

From the front desk check in with friendly staff to the nice room with great, comfortable beds - we loved this hotel. It is smaller and off of the busy highways - quaint and convenient. The breakfast was very good. We highly applaud this Holiday Inn Exress!!

I read the other reviews and saw a couple of them complain about the bar next door. I thought it couldn't possibly be that bad. Was i ever wrong! We were asleep in out room on the 6th floor and i was woken up by the sounds of people screaming at each other. So i get up and look out the window and there were 50-60 people in the parking lot fighting with […] each other. I really couldn't believe what i was seeing. This went on for a couple of minutes till the police arrived. Then everyone slowly started to go there own way. We noticed when we left in the morning that someone's rear window was smashed. Not sure that was from the bar fight. If it wasn't for the location next to that bar i would stay at this hotel again, but that's not the case. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and better than many other hotels I've been to. Unfortunately, it feels like this hotel was great in its time, but has become dated. The bed is EXTREMELY creaky, the toilet doesn't appear to be attached to the wall and wobbles when you use it, and the television is an old […] projection tv with really poor reception and color. Overall, it wasn't an unclean or terrible place to stay for a night, but I've certainly felt more comfortable in other hotels. Devamı

they charged me twice I would not recommend this hotel if u do not like getting charged twice. the website hotels.com had already charged me like it had said it was going to and then when I checked in they hotel itself also charged me

This was a very nice family hotel. Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good and plenty of it. It was very close to the Medevil Times and the hotel shuttled us there and picked us up. The driver was very friendly and extremely nice. Employees were very friendly, rooms were clean, hotel looked reacently updated.

The motel itself was clean and breakfast great! I know they have no control over their patrons, but they are right next to a bar, and after bar time, was awaken multiply times due to commotion in the hallway.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. The big problem was the three bugs we had to kill. Two of them were roaches. Not good. A good fumagation is definitely in order.

I love the room and like the staff hate the neighborhood! The bar next store is an inconvenience to the community.

I thought it was a decent place to chill the for the price. It was smaller than it appeared online but everything was clean.

Nice place but the room rate changed daily even with a continous reservation. I added this day and was charged $20.00 more for this one day than the other 4 days already booked.Even the 4 continous days were different rates, not reflected at booking time. only on the final receipt. Go figure.

There is a bar next to the hotel, and around 2 am. the people get out from that bar, they were drunk and fighting, they were insulting each other so loud, running behind the hotel, I had my car parked behind the hotel, my wife was so scare by the way how these drunk people were talking. Well, bad experience for not to come back anymore there.

I read other feedback and because it was so positive decided to try this hotel. Every comment was spot on... such a great b'fast in the morning we didn't go to Richard Walker's Pancake House, bed was comfy, 2 types of pillows, new flooring & decor. Nice hotel that served our purpose. Wearrived late around 10:00 PM local time, went to a very clean room, and it cooled off nicely. The bathroom was a little small but served it's purpose well. I would stay here again.

the room they gave us had a wet carpet and smelled of chemicals. it was on the first floor so we requested to be transferred to another room. it took them a while to find a room (hotel was fully booked that day). we got a room on the 4th floor which was nice. no smelly chemicals and the bathroom was clean. breakfast buffet was great.

My niece and I had a pleasant stay. The air conditioning worked and I especially enjoyed the shower...great water pressure! Breakfast was very good. My niece liked the hot pancakes made while you wait - the machine was great. Hotel located not too far from Woodfield Mall - plus many strip malls and stores along Golf Road. Hotel lobby was very clean & had a nice scent when we came in. Very friendly front desk staff. The room was small, but very clean. We had a room with 2 double beds for a family of 3. Very comfortable beds, but cramped bathroom & sink area. Loved that the room had a fridge & a microwave. You can use bathtub without doubt.

This was just a quick stop over from late arrival from O'Hare to Wisconsin. Did the trick - decent checkout time. A child was yelling in the hall - it woke us up. Other than that - we loved the Kohler shower head. Would have loved to try the pool but needed to get up north. Resturant next door and the free b-fast buffet was decent: warm pancakes, cereal, […] biscuits/gravy, omelete, yogurt, hardboiled eggs, coffee, etc.. Devamı

NICE HOTEL , NEEDS UPDATED TELEVISION ,OUR ROOM HAD AN OLD RCA. AND THE SHOWER CURTAIN ROD WAS VERY LOOSE IN THE BATHROOM WALL . I THOUGHT THE SHOWER CURTAIN WAS GOING TO FALL. OVER ALL NICE HOTEL AND STAFF

What a great hotel! The hotel was very clean and exceeded our expectations. The continential breakfast was wonderful...there is so much more available than the typical bagels and muffins. They had scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, pancakes and so much more! Loved that we could save a few dollars on a meal! The only complaint I have is the breakfast set up. It was pushed up against the wall and not very easy to get at when there was a crowd. Other than that, our stay was great. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot, even after the 3rd person used it. To me, those are the things that matter. We will use this hotel in the future.

The only thing about the room was that the curtains didn't close all the way....they were so light that we afraid people could see in.

The hotel was well kept on the outside and the inside as well. The neighborhood seemed safe with a few nice sit down restaurants within walking distance and the parking lot has security cameras which made it nice to know your vehicle was being watched. The free breakfast was nice with a good selection and the location to the highway was perfect. Nice rooms, in a nice location, but why the old TV's.

The hotel had messed up my reservation slightly (Gave me a room with 2 double beds when I reserved and paid for one king). Then, they told me they had no more kings available throughout my stay. When I called Hotels.com to see about getting a refund for the extra I had paid for the room, they called the hotel to confirm that I did not get what I had […] paid for. The hotel suddenly would have had a king room available for me the next day. I stayed in my room so i wouldn't have to move around. Other than that, the hotel was very accomodating. We stayed in one of your whirlpool tub rooms. I loved the mirrors and the size and the setting of the tub to the room. I was very pleased as was my husband. Breakfast was wonderful. We got to choose from a variety of cold and hot food and fruit. It was a nice start as our day was going to very busy. Thank you for making our stay nice.

This was our anniversary trip, so we wanted it to be special. We walked into the hotel, gave our name, signed a paper and they handed us our key! It was the quickest check in I have ever had. Our room was super clean and comfortable. WE LOVED IT!!! Any time we are in Schaumburg, this will be the hotel we stay at. We LOVED our trip!!

Excellent in every aspect, from nice new rooms, love that the vanity is outside the bathroom, Clean, quiet, and great location. HOWEVER...just one complaint. You would think if you were going to make such a lovely hotel you would invest in new TV's. They (or at least our room ) had an old RCA TV with no Flat HDTV flat screens. After moving our daughter […] out to the suburbs we decided just to stay in and relax for the night. We were trying to watch the NCAA tournament, and then the Bulls game and could hardly see it with such an aweful picture!!!! Staff at check-in were very friendly and efficient. We arrived before check-in time and were able to go ahead and obtain the room key without any problems. The hotel was clean and is in a very convenient location.
