Only thing that was bad was the window was dirty so we couldn't see the party!

The rooms need serious updating. For the price, there are much better hotel rooms. The rooms are old, smell of mold, and dark.

as soon as we walked in to our room there was a huge roach like bug crawling on the wall next to the bed. I immediatley went to the front desk to ask for another room and informed them of the problem. They seemed unconcerned about the issue I reported. We went into our new room which was just a doors down from the first one and we continued to encounter […] more problems. There was no cold water. we had to turn on the cold water from under the sink and place the trash can under it because it dripped excessively. we had to empty the trash can a least twice a day. I informed the front desk because our refrigerator was not working nor was our phone. when the maintenance man arrived I informed him about the cold water issue he said he new about it just had been able to get to it but made no mention of repairing it while we were staying in our room. although he did fix the frige and the phone. Our cleaning staff insisted on only leaving one wash cloth daily. when there were two of in the room. had to call to front desk for toilet tissue, kleenx, towels. and to top it off the toilet would not flush properly. would not recommend this hotel to anyone Devamı

"Great hotel chain"
Great breakfast buffet and everything else very satisfactory.
"This Hotel Needs Improvement"
The room was not clean & smelled. The front desk was not very nice.
"Stop on the way."
This was another stop on the way. Was not really easy to get to, the desk was slow to check us in, and our "nonsmoking" room smelled like smoke. Beds were comfy and the room was a good size.
