Aracınız var ise Milano'ya 25-30 dk mesafedeki bu otelde kalabilirsiniz. Hizmet kalitesi ve temizliği gerçekten tatmin edici. 3 ay önceden ayarladığımız için çok komik rakamalara kaldık. Tavsiye ediyorum.

It is a 1960`s build and there fore not a great architectural statement.We arrived 4 hours early at 10.00 am and were immediately allocated a room and upgraded.All staff were extremely welcoming and informative,Hotel was being prepared for summer so lots of work going on outside and the pool was not filled (in June?) Breakfast adequate.Great secure […] car parking and a bus stop to the old town(15 mins-Euro 1.20 ew) was next to the hotel.Therefore ideal for anyone arriving by car.Our room -3rd floor-back of hotel so very peaceful.Three good days in Florence! After driving for hours in the wrong direction and a flat tyre we arrived here at 3am and were more than pleased to see the hotel still open. We were given one of the recently upgraded rooms with a double shower head and a very cool circle bed. We missed the breakfast but overall found the hotel to be quite accessible, very clean and staff very helpful! […] Great for the budget conscious too!! Devamı

Very basic, no hot shower. Too far from the centre. They are very stingy. They left 1coffee sachet for family of four. When we called the room service phone was hung up on us. We had to go to reception in person to get what you think would be basic.

Location was great - free parking, and receptionist very knowledgable, but hotel very tired looking and our room was very dusty. Was bit in room a few times, no AC so at night was very warm had to open window which meant we got bit even more...Which spoilt our time there.

We stayed 4 nights as our friends were getting married in nearby Fiesole Castle just outside Florence. The service at reception was particularly good. The two ladies who seem to cover the early and late shifts between themselves are fantastic. They speak good English and really go the extra mile for you and make you feel welcome. We had only booked […] B&B so can only talk of the service and food at breakfast. The waiters and waitresses did their job but did not go out of their way to be great. On two mornings I had to chase them up as the coffee machine had run out of clean cups and another day I had to chase them up as the coffee machine had run out of coffee. Breakfast was ok. The only other comment I could make on the service was that the bar service was slow – My wife and I waited for about 20 min even though a bar man had been through the bar whilst taking drinks to evening diners and acknowledging us before a fellow guest advised us that service was poor at the bar and he’d recommend going out of the hotel for a drink. This is what we did. The room was clean and adequate for our stay but nothing special to shout about. The bed was comfortable, there was a 19 inch flat screen tv with BBC World Service, Mini Bar, safe and Tea and Coffee facilities. The towels were clean and a good selection of bathroom freebies available. I guess the Hotel is located about 2 miles from the centre of Florence. Devamı

Hotel is now called Hotel Italiana. The upkeep not favorable. Carpets and flooring dirty - white marble lost it's luster and dark with scuff marks. However, the staff were very pleasant, in particular Luigina. She was very nice, accommodating, pleasant and patient considering she was the only person attending the check in. Continental breakfast was […] great - actually it should be considered as a full breakfast as it contained more than just crossaints, jam and coffee. It had all the North American style breakfast - bacon, eggs, fruit, cereals, potatoes, cakes, breads, juices...etc. Wifi available however not included with our booking. 10.00 Euros for 24 hours. Pool ok, they had happy hour at 7 pm which provided non acholic drinks and finger foods. Ample gated parking available. Public transit available and bus stop right in front of hotel - our car was not needed to enter the centre of Florence. Air conditioning worked well- very much required at the time of our stay. This hotel is very old and it shows it's age in every way. the lobby and the rooms look dirty, floors, walls and cieling need replacing/repair and painting. The rooms have old carpet that smell espiacially when the air conditioning is not working.

The lady in the reception was very bad: firstly, she ignored you, when we arrived hotel, she asked our name, and then she talked with another colleague, then she answered phone, then she talked with another guy...in total it took us to check in for 30 minutes. Secondly, I booked a king sized bedroom with sofa, she gave me a standard twin bedroom. I […] phoned reception as soon as I arrived the room, she just told me there's no room avaiable without any apology. Thirdly, no free wifi connection. the receptionist offered me free wifi in return for the king sized bed room. My iphone could not connect with wifi, she said it's busiest time maybe and ask me to try it later. Also she showed her iphone to me because her phone can connect with Wifi. In the evening I asked her about the issue of Wifi connection again, she said it's server problem. As far as I know for the Wifi connection (if it is not free), their side should be allowed your ID to use the Wifi, or to ask your password, otherwise, iphone could not be connect with Wifi. Anyway, she always can give you an excuse rather than helping you. Devamı

Very good location for someone who is traveling by car. Rooms are large enough, very clean and breakfast was perfect.

City was easy bus access but coming back at night was a long bus wait. Make sure you check the bus times (not punctual) if returning late at night. Otherwise hotel is nice. Positive: reception very gentle. Negative: no a/c working; no wi-fi internet, and you have to pay for it; €15 a breakfast which is not worth more than €5; noisy rooms. To compensate for two of the negatives above, they give you a voucher for 1 hour internet on their computers as they allege apple hardwares/softwares are incompatible with their servers, […] and they give you a €5 discount on the breakfast if you ask for a voucher. The hotel is good, out of downtown, but you have bus options which take you to go to the city. you can park you car and leave it safe. Near the hotel is a nice mall and grocery store.

Very clean hotel, large room, courteous, English speaking hotel staff. Free car park. One down side was the pool closed at 7pm. Great take out Pizza place across the street.

The internet is very expensive and if you are using an Apple device good luck ours never would connect to the internet. And to use it on their computers you pay 8 euro for 8 hours and when you think you logged off the internet it did not and runs down your time. And the front desk could careless. The breakfast was supposed to be included and we were […] just to sign saying we had eaten, but when we checked out their was a 30 euro bill for one breakfast for three people. Complete bull crap. We booked our stay here because there was a pool. The pool hours were terrible 10am to7pm....if you plan to see the sights and get a dip in befor or after your day FORGET IT! My daughter was disapionted and so were we it was hot out but we could not sit around and waste our day waiting for the pool. The AC was all but nonexistante.....and it felt like […] the whole system slowed down at night and you woke up sweating. If the weather was cooler then this would be fine. The area I liked we had some great local entertainment away from the touristy stufff.....watched the world cup games witht he locals in a neighborhood square having pizza and beer was great. Devamı

Camere abbstanza accoglienti e spaziose (executive), parcheggio gratuito ma wi-fi a pagamento. Hotel funzionale ma struttura vecchia, piscina in ristrutturazione. Comodo bus urbano, si arriva in centro in 15 minuti. Ideale per lavoro, vicino tangenziale e Firenze sud. Colazione abbastanza assortita, qualità mediocre.

Opholdet var rimeligt, men forventningerne til hotellet stemte ikke overens med beskrivelsen af hotellet. Ifølge beskrivelsen var der pool til rådighed hvilket ikke var tilfældet, da denne var under renovering. Hele udendøresområdet var aflukket grundet renovering, hvilket fastlåste os på hotellet uden mulighed for at nyde et glas vin på hotellet udendørs […] område, der var kun en sølle rygerbænk på pakeringspladsen tilrådighed:-(. Muy buena nada que decir lo unico es que el mapa para llegar podria ser mas completo para ubicarse mejor y no tener problemas para llegar como en que salida salirse de la carretera etc etc lo mas detallado posible.

Le personnel est poli mais ne donne pas l'aide attendue dans un hôtel 4*. L'hôtel est en rénovation donc pas d'accès à la piscine sauf en photo. Les lits sont confortables mais les oreillers sont en bétons. Dommage

Hotel z zewnątrz wygląda nieciekawie, ale w środku zaskakuje. Obsługa świetna Pani z recepcji na nasza prośbę dała nam pokoje od strony parku i zarezerwowała nam bilety do Galerii Uffizi dzięki czemu nie musieliśmy stać w kolejce. Pokoje bardzo ładne, czysto, schludnie, śniadania może bez rewelacji, ale kawa z prawdziwego ekspresu. Do centrum bez problemu […] można się dostać autobusem, który ma przystanek pod samym hotelem (dosłanie dwa kroki). Dodatkowy atut to darmowy parking pod hotelem, świetna pizza włoska na wynos tuż pod hotelem. Cena bez porównania do tych w Centrum, możemy spokojnie polecić ten hotel. Devamı

Udemærket hotel med god morgenbuffet efter italiensk standard. Valgte hotellet på grund af der var pool, men den var under renovering så den fik vi ikke glade af. Der er for langt at gå ind til centrum, men bussen holder lige udenfor.

Vi tyckte att vistelsen var bra, bara det att vi blev lite förvånade över att trots att det stod att det skulle vara öppen pol så höll dom på att renovera den när vi kom... det kunde informerats om det. sen blev vi lite förvånade över avståndet till stan, för det verkade som det låg i närheten av citykärnan på beskrivningen.... men det gjorde det inte...... […] ca 15 min med taxi Devamı

E' stato un soggiorno soddisfacente in tutti i senzi...non mi sento di dichiarare nulla di negativo. Ritengo di aver fatto un'ottima scelta e di essere stata ampiamente soddisfatta. Peccato che il tempo non è stato clemente gli ultimi giorni.

Hotel molto bello, stanza molto accogliente. Colazione a buffet molto buona e cortesia da parte dello STAFF dell'hotel, avendo a disposzione anche una fermata a due passi, si può prendere tranquillamente l'autobus per arrivare in pochi minuti in centro. Anche la cena è stata molto buona e i prezzi accessibilissimi; inoltre ottimo anche l'ampio parcheggio […] scoperto e coperto. Devamı

chambre très spacieuse (deluxe room), petit déjeuner copieux à volonté, personnel très disponible et agréable, à 15 min en bus (ligne directe) du centre historique, idéal!

C'est acceptable malgré qu'il falait faire attention aux petits détaits pour augmenter la valeur de l'hôtel (traitement de bâtiment, décoration, sans duvet dans la chambre exécutive). Le service de réception a besoin d'améliorer (les réceptionists sont un peu rude et sèche!).

Hotelli on entinen Holiday inn. Kunto ihan ok, ei ole ihan keskustassa (n. 18 € taksilla) tai bussi nro 24 (n. 20 minuuttia, noin 2 €). Sopii automatkailijoille, on pysäköintialue. Lähellä hyvä kiinalainen buffet päivällinen (20 €/henkilö) on hintansa väärti (näkyy hotellilta hieman oikealla Esson takana). Vaihdettiin itse lähemmäs keskustaa toiseksi […] yöksi. Devamı
