"not fun"
This was not your everyday Days Inn. Rude front desk lady, the entire stay was with a pot of homeless running around parking lots.

"BASIC HOTEL"
Our group was bowling in Baton Rouge and needed just a basic hotel. Days Inn serves the purpose if you do not plan to spend much time in the room. The good points include a VERY friendly staff at check in. After a long flight, it was nice to have a warm greeting. There are many good restaurants in the area and no problems with housekeeping. The bad […] points was the faint musty smell in the room. It disappeared once the ac was turned on but you would notice it if you left the room and came back. The hotel is convenient to I-10 and easy on and off the interstate is a plus. Devamı

i have been coming her for all most 2 years and have use the same hotel and have had very littile prolems and the have always been taken care of right a way
It was an older hotel but it was very clean. The bed was comfortable.

"No Frills"
The hotel is in an excellent spot for getting around Baton Rouge. It is not fancy or frilly but a good place to stay if you're not staying around the hotel much.

Our room had spider webs everywhere. It was the kind of webs with dust on them, like they have been there a while. They were connected to the sink and another was connected to the front door. It left me wondering how long it had been since they cleaned the room. I had to check my bedding for spiders. It made me feel gross. Also, the rooms are not sound […] proof. Not fond of the location or the appearance. Another (nicer) hotel had an opening that same day, so we went there instead. I only wish I did not book a non-refundable room, site unseen.

The location was excellent. Breakfast could have been better but for the price, the stay was good.

It was OK. Nothing fancy, but fine if you want an inexpensive place to stay for a football weekend.

"Days Inn Baton Rouge/Siegen Lane Ok for the price"
The hotel was clean enough. Some of the staff was not very friendly. When we called the front desk to ask about the poor wifi reception we were told no one else had complained nor had anyone ever had any problems with it. The location was good. We may or may not recommend it to friends.

The bathroom was dirty. Hair in tub and on floor. Walls Had black hand prints on them. Room had odor. Air did not work well. Children wanted to use pool but when we got downstairs, there was a couple having sex in jacuzzi by pool and a woman walking up to every male trying to earn herself a room. guess u get what you pay for but not a family establishment. "Hotel Days Inn BR LA - needs improvements"
I rented 2 rooms. Room 1 had ants in it, the shower wouldn't drain, and the room next to it had a padlock on the door to keep it closed (looked like someone had kicked in the door). Room 2 seemed ok until I found a bedbug in my travel bag. I took it to the front office so hopefully they will rid the bug problem. The staff was very nice.

This place worked great for us for a family weekend! Nothing special, but it was convenient and clean and because of that, we even stayed an extra night! Gas station across the street had the lowest prices we saw. Definitely not 4 star, but it worked!

I have stayed twice at this property and it is by the best value I have found! Both times, my room was well maintained without any problems. Great value.
"Great Location but Needs Improvement"
We booked this hotel based on its great location (proximity to LA Mall - less than five minutes), and their new pool and hot tub. We stayed two nights, or three days total. Each day, our room key only worked until midnight, and we had to get new keys issued each day. The pool and hot tub are very nice (new), but the hot tub was not functioning (i.e. […] no heat). The pool was also locked at 11am on a sunny day during the middle of the day (we should not have to ask for the pool to be unlocked in the middle of a warm sunny day). Hotel reception decor, furnishings were very dated. Former Corky's restaurant attached to hotel out of business. Parking area out in front of hotel not well lit at night. Room smelled odd even though it was listed as nonsmoking. On the positive side, they had HBO, room refrigerator, and microwave. The front desk personnel were very personable and allowed a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. No breakfast for this budget hotel. I felt unsafe out in the parking areas, and I am not one usually to feel unsafe anywhere. We will not stay here again. Devamı

We found a clean room with the most comfortable king size bed. the room did not have a stale scent like most hotels. when they said it was smoke free it was smoke free. we liked the mini appliances and everything worked! it was perfect for a one night stay. it was close to good eateries, mall, and shopping center and only minutes away from a gambling […] boat. we would stay there again. "The days inn. Just blahhhhhhhh"
The room had a disgusting bathroom. Black stains on the sheets. 2 towels the covered one thigh each. The location was nice. But the parking lot cOnstruction had me up before 5:30 am everyday. Considering we were there for a funeral I got next to no sleep.

Everyone at the Front Desk is wonderful. This property is not a resort for the honeymoon, but a clean sensible place to stop for the night or attend an LSU game weekend. The property has a lot of rooms and If you don't like the room assigned, ask for another, they will accomodate you. Non-smoking rooms are non-smoking, not just recently aired out! "Days Inn BR -Siegen - Great Deal!"
The front desk was very accomodating and friendly. When we got to our room around 9pm that night, we had no remote control for the TV. We called the front desk and in less than 5 minutes they delivered one to our room. Exceeded my expectations since it was not considered a "nicer" hotel-we just needed a cheap place to stay for the night. Location is […] perfect with plenty of conveniences close by. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled of smoke and had cigarette butts in tub and comode. Room number was difficult to get to. Area seems around hotel appeared unsafe, there was a deputy sherriff in the parking lot called by another guest who car had been broken into. We hope the room and surrounding totally unacceptable. Unlike the other reviews, I found this hotel to be clean and well kept. The micro and refrigerator should be placed elsewhere so that there is more space in the room, it felt very congested. Otherwise room was cleaned regularly during our 3 day stay at Baton Rouge. Breakfast wasn't much to talk about but there is a McDonalds across the street and Waffle […] house next door. Located in a nice area with fine dining (congested area off I10 for a pleasant walk) Would definetely stay here again. Devamı

In addition to being given a key to a room that was already assigned to someone else, once i received the key to a vacant room, I discovered a smelly room, a dirty washcloth (obviously used by the previous occupants), and mildew on the shower curtain. "Days Inn Baton Rouge"
We chose this hotel bc of the low nightly price. Easy access to both I10 & I12. The complementary breakfast was non-existant, but they do have internet capable computers in the lobby & microwave & mini fridge in the rooms. If you're looking for a place to lounge around, do no recommend here, but if you're looking for a decent night sleep after a day […] of playing tourist its not bad...especially considering the price. Hopefully once they're done w/ renovations, this place will rate higher on everyone's list. Devamı

this hotel sounded nice but it is not well kept. there was a stale odor in the room along with stains on the ceiling where clearly something had been leaking. i thought it was just our room, but the adjoining room also had the same stench. there was a hole in the fence for the neighboring hotel stayers could just walk right over for a dip in the pool […] and crowd out those of us who were supposed to be there !
