Yes the carpets need changing, yes it is a little tired but overall well maintaned,good large rooms. I would have stayed there again, However the Hotel advertise a shuttle to the airport, and it was obvious nobody cared a dam about you after you paid the bill. I had an extended 1/2 day late departure, and was told the shuttle left at 18:00 hrs, after […] waiting 15 mins in the lobby, the porters then told me (After I inquired, why the bas had not arrived) that I had to pick it up at the other hotel entrance. After lugging all the luggage ourselves (No offer of help from said porters, evn though I do tip well) to the second entrance, the non English speaking porter/doorman there, indicated the bus would arrive soon (advertised as evry 1/2 hour) 50 mins later it arrived, the porter pointed to the bus, and by the time we got our bags over to the stopping point (NOT indicated to us previously) the bus had closed it doors and was about to pull off. Luckily I banged on the bus and they opened up for us. Menwhile the porter was still standing at the door smiling!-having not assisted us at all. The hotel must realise that a guest departure does not finish at the cashiers desk, and bad service on departure can ruin an otherwise good experience. Receptionists were good, but porters and concierge not so hot, and to have a single doorman/Porter on the shuttle bus service entrance, who can not speak any other language at all, is poor management, that is where many foreigners leave from, and last memories count. Comaparing with Shifu Holiday Inn with the same price i will choose Shifu. City centre is old and not in shopping belt.

The luxury room are available for good price and are comfortable and clean.

The hotel rooms needs renovation... the executive lounge too small...

The room was very nice but the lobby needed some help. Bathroom was nice and had everything you needed. Swimming pool was not very impressive and water needed to be cleaned. Not much around the area at night except for 2 restaurants that overcharged compared to others. For shoppers this is not a good location but taxis are metered and cheap enough to […] get around. The hotel was great, a very good price, very good service. The buffet breakfast and dinner is huge and good. I would return again.

Don't forget to ask for buffet coupons. Remember to ask if the internet is included at your price.

　年に何回か広州へ行く機会がありますが、必ずホリデイインを利用しています。空港からのアクセスとしてバス・タクシー・地下鉄と選択しが多く、とても便利な場所にあります。食事についても周りに和食・中華・洋食などなど、多くの店があります。最近は大きなショッヒングセンターが周辺地区に多く出来ていますが、そこにいくにもとても便利です。ホテルの掃除も行き届いており、清潔な部屋です。今回はホテル内のレストランは使用していませんが、和食・洋食もあり外にでずにまにあいます。

整體來講, 酒店的舒適度還是不錯的, 整潔, 地點好, 方便, 只想強調我們多次賞試調較房間內的空氣無法調節, 以至非常悶熱; 酒店的早餐服務還可以, 但很多食品(例如麵包等)9點已變硬, 無任何驚喜, 但我們如果下次去廣州, 仍然會續住的 謝謝 !

Mycket bra hotell, trevlig personal, fick behålla mitt rum 6 timmar extra utan att betala extra och rakt över gatan ligger en otroligt bra och genuin indisk restaurang, får inte missas :-)

日本語を話せるスタッフが居ると有りましたが、居ませんでした。　ことば通じないため、朝食でコーヒー代が含まれて居ないの気づきませでした。　ホテルで、パンフレットもなく、質問は殆んど出来ませんでした。 地下鉄がすごく便利ですが、少し離れています（約３００ｍ）、間にセブンイレブンもあります。　しかし、近くには高級品の店ばかりでした。

　広州へは年4~5回ほど行きますが、いつも泊っています。部屋は清潔で部屋の広さも十分あり、金額はそこそこです。飛行場からﾀｸｼｰで30分程度で到着します。 　ﾎﾃﾙのすぐ近くに地下鉄の駅もあり、市内を移動する場合には、とても便利です。 　ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝもﾎﾃﾙ周辺にあり、どこでも大変おいしくお勧めできます。広州へ行くことがあったらぜひ検討することをお勧めします。

nice breakfast, good services, the facilities of standard room must be replaced and improved. Good atmosphere and mood in bar.

広州に出張の際は必ず泊まるホテルです。 空港からもアクセス良く時間帯にもよりますが帰りは３０分位で着きます。 ホテルは越秀区の中心に位置しており食事をす際にも、なんら不便はありません。

広州滞在の時は必ず利用しています。 広州のホテル規模としてはMEDIUMCLASSですので とても使い勝手いいです。へんに広くない所が。 部屋も清潔ですしSTAFFも親切です。

ﾎﾃﾙのすぐ近くに地下鉄が開通しました。歩いて数分に地下鉄の駅ができ、益々交通の便が良くなりました。 地下鉄を使用しない人にはあまり関心が無いかもしれませんが、10月の交易会・11月のｱｼﾞｱｵﾘﾝﾋﾟｯｸと大ｲﾍﾞﾝﾄがおると地上は大渋滞となります。 いつもはﾎﾃﾙから天河城（JASCOなどが入っている商業ﾋﾞﾙ）までﾀｸｼｰで10分程度が、30分以上かかることがあります。このよな時にぜひ乗ってみてください。 乗り方はとても簡単です。ｷｯﾌﾟはﾀｯﾁﾊﾟﾈﾙﾀｲﾌﾟの自動券売機があり、駅の名前だけ調べておけば購入できます。ｺｲﾝしか使用出来ない券売機もありますが、窓口でｺｲﾝに交換してもらえます。 時間があったらぜひﾄﾗｲしてみてください。冷房も効いており地上の大渋滞を横目に快適に移動して […] ください。 Devamı
