This is a great place to stay,,

Comfortable although the heater was a bit loud during the night. Other than that, everything else was fine. Will stay again and recommend to others

The Hotel & the room was immaculate. The food was excellent . The Hotel is within walking distance to all shopping and restaurants

the room was small and cramped and the curtains looked as though they have not been changed or cleaned since the hotel opened. I definately did not expect this from hotels.com.

The Air Conditioning never seemed to be dry

Stay was during racing season. Very convenient to all attractions. Excellent van service to track and other venues. Very good bar. A bit on the pricey side.

The hotel's locationis its greatest asset. It is within walking distance to Saratoga Springs cental. It was really nice to be able to walk everywhere and leave the car parked in the parking lot. The hotel room itself was rather small. It had the smallest bathroom I had every seen in a hotel. It also looked like they had renovated parts of the room, […] but not all of it. It was very clean though, which is what matters most. We didn't get to try the outdoor pool. It was pretty crowded, so I recommend that you get there early. We stayed during peak season and really paid a high price for the hotel. Was it worth it? Just for the location alone, I would say yes. But the quality of the hotel alone does not justify the price. I'd recommend it if you want to be close to the action, and want a clean hotel. Devamı

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and very comfortable. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. I was only in town overnight preceding a college visit with my daughter, but I would definitely stay there again. Summer rates are high everywhere in Saratoga Springs; I'll be interested to see the difference off-season.

Ours was a just a one-night stay to attend an exceptionally sad family funeral. The hotel staff were very quick to accomodate a late check-out. Due to the circumstances, we had little opportunity to use hotel ammenities but everything seemed very well kept and the location was ideal for a short amble into the appealing business/entertainment section […] of Broadway. Saratoga Springs definitely seems to be a place we want to visit and explore again and we would definitely opt for this hotel. Devamı

Saratoga Springs is a lovely town just north of Albany, but there are not many places to stay that are inexpensive. The place was the little higher than I wanted to spend, but was a Good Value compared to the other hotels in town. Room was clean & comfortable and the location of the hotel was right in the middle of town close to all the attractions. […] The staff was fantastic! A gentleman their give us a ride to the harness track and Casino (in the hotel shuttle) and showed a few sites on the way there! Ask for Bob! He's Great! The breakfast buffet (not included with the stay) was very good! Compared to the other places in Saratoga Springs, this place is real value for you money! Devamı

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the location as my wife and I were able to walk everywhere. Being right behind the park was great! We were able to get up and go for a morning walk with our coffee just steps away from our hotel. We are going to make this hotel our signature stay whenever we visit Saratoga S […] prings! Devamı

Did not sleep well. Room card keys were diificult. The beds were noe comfortable. I am a veteren of Hiltons and Hampton Inns. Pillows were too firm. Could not sleep well.

Everything was excellent except for a smell of stale urine in the bathroom which I didn't detect but my wife did, women! Needless to say we were glad we brought slippers which we wore in the bathroom at all times. We forgot to mention it at the receptionist only because it was just a hurried overnight stay. The location is ideal - walk to downtown or enjoy the park. This is an older property, but the public areas and rooms have been updated. Bed was very comfortable! This truly is a pet-friendly hotel. A little pricey for a Holiday Inn, but we love the location and we weren't charged extra for our dogs. We will stay here again.

hOLIDAY iNN HAS A COMMERCIAL WHERE THEY HAY "WE DON'T KNOW WHICH HOLIDAY IN YOU ARE STAYING SO WE ARE UPDATING THEM ALL". THEY HAVEN'T GOTTEN TO THIS ONE YET. CLEAN ENOUGH, JUST REMINDED ME OF A HOLIDAY IN FROM THE 70'S.

Very comfortable and very pet friendly

I went for a quick overnight getaway with my family including our 2 dogs and was pleasantly surprised that such a nice hotel allowed pets. The room was clean and we really had a very nice time. People were friendly, food in the adjacent restaurant was very nice too...

The bathroom was very small with low ceilings. There was some mold. The room and beds were clean enough. The water was turned off for a few hours one afternoon. The guests were not informed. We found out when we went to take showers. There were 30 of us there for a wedding weekend. Several guests were not given the gift bags the bride left for us with […] the front desk. My boyfriend and I stayed for three nights and had a great experience. The entire staff was always friendly and helpful, and the free shuttle that ran all over town was a great unexpected surprise. The room was really nice, the only off-putting thing was that when we first arrived, I found a balled up paper towel (presumably just left behind after the […] room was cleaned) under one of the pillows on the bed. Not really a big deal, especially when compared to the overall service & quality of people working there. Quite expensive, but everything around there is during racing season. Quick walk to all bars, restaurants, shopping. We'll definitely be back. Devamı

We spent just one night at the holiday inn at Saratoga Springs. It was a great experience on many fronts - the rooms were nicely decorated, flat screen tv, comfortable beds, great pillows, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. On a weekend stay first we were given a smoking room, when we had asked for a non-smoking room. During the first night our room was flooded at 3am by a clogged toilet in the room above us. We were relucantly given another room- we would have had to sleep in the car if not since the room had about an inch of water coming into the bedroom! The second […] room was much better and drier. No offer was made to refund a night when asked, or any future discount offered. They need better customer service!! Devamı

Smelly elevator, and the in-room blow-dryer did not work. Restaurant is very overpriced. Great towel service at the two beautiful pools. Cleaning staff was very friendly.

This was a pretty run-of-the-mill Holiday Inn. Nice pool area and bar. Rooms were clean and comfortable, if a tad dated. Our only complaint was that we were put in a room near the laundry area, so there was housekeeping staff hanging around our door at all hours, which was a mildly annoying. Saratoga Springs was great though, and we couldn't ask for […] a better location at the price: A safe, 10 minute walk to the bars on Caroline Street was perfect for our stay. I highly recommend Nine Maple, for world-class cocktails, at ridiculously low prices. Devamı

This hotel is nice however the parking situation is terrible. They have parties and banquets and the over night guests have a very hard time findind a place to park.

Enjoyed our stay room and service were fine. Restaurant made an effort to provide breakfast out of hours .
