Holiday Inn Binghamton-Downtown, Hawley St - Binghamton

The hotel was fine. The staff mediocre. The night I checked in, which was late and I was tired I had to circle parking lot multiple times to find parking due to them selling parking places for arena across the street. No valet or assistance were offered to me. The fridge in my room was unplugged. I could not figure out how to use air conditioner and […] they only provided 2 towels when 3 of us were in the room. Only one wastebasket in room. NONE in bathroom. The location however was perfect. Devamı

only stayed overnight,nothing special about the hotel,breakfast not worth the bother(was supposed to be included but was not)

Although we only stood 1 night it was very quiet. Staff was very nice and our hostess at breakfast was simply delightful. The room was a little small and we requested 2 full size beds so it was a little narrow but the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

the room i request and thought that i had reserved was supposed to be a suite. a room with a seperate bedroom and living room area. I wanted to take my wife away for a relaxing day because her mother is suffering with ovarian cancer and not doing well and we just found out that my mother has breast cancer as well and she lives with us and she takes […] care of her daily so a trip away was well deserved ,but unfortunitaly we ere very unhappy with the room cleanliness and size and price for the stay. i understand that there was flooding in there area a few weeks prior to our stay but if it wasn't ready to be occupied or at its level of quality then it should have been closed .i do appologize if i sound rude but she really deserved what i expected to have given her and we were both unhappy Devamı

The Holiday Inn was very clean and quite nice. Beds were comfortable and clean. I would recommend this Hotel to my own grandmother

Would have been better if we did not have two damned dogs barking next door!!!

we had a great stay. the staff was very helpful. Our rooms were clean, roomy and comfotable. we had a great stay. The surrounding area is not great but some great restaurants within walking distance and the riverwalk was right in front. I would stay again.

I stayed here last Saturday and was very disappointed. There was a wedding down stairs and from the 5th floor I was hearing alot of noise. The walls were thin and I heard noise from all surrounding rooms. I complained and they told me there was nothing they can do for me.

Three of my friends and I checked into this hotel & as soon as we pulled into the hotel parking lot, the man overlooking the parking lot area made it a point to bother us for the rest of our stay. First he said we pulled into the parking lot too quickly. We went in at 15mph & then he went into our room at 4am saying that we were being too loud. We were […] getting dressed to fall asleep. During the night, the heat was on so high that I woke up drenched in sweat & ran to open the window. Thank goodness for the overnight employee "Ty" who made our stay enjoyable and was very accomodating. Nevertheless, I would think twice before booking here again. Devamı

excellent location, clean and comfy rooms.

The hotel is located around 8 minutes from SUNY Binghamton. We went with our family (2 kids and 2 parents) to visit or son at SUNY Binghamton. It is located in downtown Binghamton. There are some bars and restaurants right near the hotel. The neigborhood is not the greatest but the police are everywhere and security is always in the lot where the car […] is parked, Yes, you can walk around and not be afraid! After spending the day with our son at the campus we came back to the hotel. The kids (teenagers)stayed in the room and we met other families at the hotel lounge. It was a great way to relax and unwind from the day. I would reccomend staying here in the future. Devamı

The room was clean and quiet but very cramped, and overpriced. Free coffee was appreciated. Parking was easy, and front desk staff attentive.

Our keys didn't work on and off throughout the two days. , Housekeeing did not service the room once (we stayed two nights)...no beds made, garbage removed, nothing. We had to beg for toilet paper and towels. After requesting housekeeping four times, we gave up. One housekeeper said, "lucky me! I only have towels!" and tossed a stack of towels on the […] bed and walked away. We had to put our dirty diapers and used towels in the hall on day 2 to get their attention. Nice hotel, room wa a little small, and TV was old. Bed had a hard matress. I would recommend this hotel, although it is level down from most hotels of the same price.

I only choose this hotel because all of the hotels in Vestal were booked solid for this weekend. I use the hotels in Vestal because they are cheaper than the ones on Binghamton. I decided to spend more money and get a room at this hotel. I was never so disappointed in the quality and cleanliness of the room and the service provided.

We stayed at the Holiday in in downtown Binghamton on our way south. Great pool for the kids, good breakfast in the dining room, nice clean room (if a bit small). We'd stay again...
