Holiday Inn Mobile West I-10 - Mobile

We needed a pet-friendly hotel, and this certainly was. Everyone was friendly, and did what they were supposed to do. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included.

This hotel was right off the Interstate which made it great to find. The staff was very friendly and asked if we needed anything right from the start (check-in). Everytime we entered the hotel we were asked the same question. (Do you need anything). House keeping knocked at the door in the mornings just to make sure we had enough of what was needed. My stay would have been ok other than my room being located above the lounge. Friday & Saturday night there was loud music making it difficult to sleep. I really did not feel safe here.

I was impressed as soon as I drove up.The lobby was 1st class and apealing. I thought that the hotel wa new, but the clerk said that it had only been refurbished. My room was very clean and spacious. I was much better than the Fairfield Mariott that I stayed at during Mardi Gras and it cost less. I would stay here again.

As soon as we walked in our room we noticed paint mismatch on the bedroom walls, when we opened the sheets we found hair inside both beds, the door lock of our bathroom was broke and you could not lock the bathroom door at all. We got move to another room across the corridor, in this one even my 6 year old daughter noticed the drawings on one of the […] wall next to her bed, the carpet look dirty and un-properly vacuumed, my daughter found and old M&M on the carpet. My wife and me could not sleep at all as the sheets felt extremely hot, the a/c was noisy and the sheets felt rough as polyester, they were definitively not 100% cotton. I asked to the reception for an HDMI cable to connect a dvd or laptop to the TV in the room, but they didn't even know what that was. I won't recommend this place to anybody at all. Hotel Staff was nice, friendly, and Helful, but the hotel window by the entrance was broke, almost look like someone shot a bullet, and splattered it. The front entrance inside was clean, but the elevator carpet, and the 4th floor carpet was dirty. Dishes were left on the floor in a corner outside my room for 1 day. Had to complain to staff regarding […] the issue. Rooms were half painted, and the bathroom ceiling paint was peeling. The Hotel need a good overhaul. Devamı

I chose this hotel because they allow dogs. There were a few problems at first but the problems were quickly and professionally dealt with. The staff was very welcoming and extremely friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, you'll find a nice, big and safe area to go for a walk. The rooms are clean, comfortable and safe. We stayed there for 1 night... the hotel was nice and close to all eaterries... would stay again ... Great rate

Been here once and I'll be here again I showed up late due to weather (5am) and the manager gave me the room for that night instead of the one I booked!

We were traveling halfway across the country and chose to stay here. I didn't expect much, but was ver surprised by the look and feel and the staff was so friendly (especially since we got there at 1 AM!) We were very pleased with out stay! Oh, and they allowed my dog to stay, too!

We checked in late and were staying only for a night. Hotel was great, clean and spacious. Bathroom was much better (bigger, better water pressure) than the hotel at our final destination (a Marriott). I would absolutely recommend this to another traveler!

There are many other hotels in a 2 block radius that would be a better choice! The pictures are very deceiving. The room was old and dirty...hair in the bathroom, crumbs on the floor, patched bathtub, etc. The TV was old with poor picture, and you had to hit power twice to turn it on or off. Worst ever. Do not stay here. Hampton very much better for same price!

It was very nice and in a very good location. Parking can be a hassle but the stay was nice.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. They never got the breakfast card off of our door, therefore breakfast was not delivered.

Hotel stay was adequate. Check in procedure was really slow and there wasn't even a line. I had made reservations quite early, but the rooms were not set up properly when we checked in -- needed two beds on one reservation and one in the other. The latter was for handicapped (only thing available and not needed) and the carpet flooded after a shower […] due to access for handicapped. Rooms were otherwise fine, just didn't like having to deal with front desk due to slow service. Didn't like breakfast buffet much either. Devamı

WE LIKED THE HOTEL BUT THE DOOR TO OUR ROOM MAL-FUNCTIONED SO WE WERE LOCKED OUT THE NIGHT OF OUR STAY, TOOK 30 MINUTES TO GET IN. THE NEXT MORNING AFTER WE ATE THE DOOR STILL WOULD NOT WORK AND IT TOOK MAINTANCE AND THE MANAGER 40 MINUTES BEFORE WE WERE ABLE TO GET BACK IN OUR ROOM. WE WERE LATE LEAVING. THEY DID NOT DEDUCT ANYTHING FROM OUR BILL FOR […] THE INCONVIENCE OF NOT BEING ABLE TO GET IN AND THE LATENESS OF US LEAVING. Devamı

The Full Breakfast was great, room service was quick and nice. Had no problems and had a great stay.
