RIVERFRONT HOTEL GRAND RAPIDS - Grand Rapids

Good hotel. Good parking. Easy on/off of hwy. Nice view of the river from the restaurant.

The room was decent for the price we paid to stay one night. The only complaint would have to be the water pressure in the shower. The hotel was clean and the restaurant bar was alot of fun.

The fact that it implied that it was downtown on the riverfront was misleading. It was on the river, but the other side was on the highway, and that was the side we were on. It was definitely NOT downtown. For this trip that was fine, but for another trip where we might be looking for the downtown experience where we can walk to restaurants, we would […] choose something else. The heating/cooling unit was broken and there's no fan in the bathroom so everything gets fogged up when taking a shower.

Hotel restaurant service was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Small workout space and a bit muggy- next to pool.But appreciated having it available.

The slow draining sink was the only problem encountered. They gave us a coupon good for a continental breakfast (cold side of the buffet) but decided to have the total buffet (warm items) and paid only half the price they would charge. Grand Rapids has many good restaurants to eat at.

Was clean, easily accessible, help was extremely helpful and courteous. Will gladly return many times!

Price ok, service good-but king room means a king bed not a bigger room. No comment cards and could have left some remarks about the burnt food in the restaurant and cramped size of the room and the non-draining tub and cleanliness issues.

Bed was not comfortable water pressure or the water shower head was horriable. the bathroom towels were very rough not plush for a radisson hotel.

Truly enjoyed the music on the patio and the live music in the lounge. Waitstaff was excellent.

Wonderful

1. the hotel had a sleep number bed with two adjustable sides .. wonderful.. follow the easy to read card and you will have no issues setting up the bed for newbie's .. 2. the bar's kitchen stayed open till 11pm which was great.. i was able to eat my very late dinner and listen to a live band till about 12:30am... the restaurant used the same kitchen […] but they close when their kitchen does.. the french toast for breakfast was wonderful..(not actually on the menu but was on the breakfast buffet... but they had no issues cooking them as a solo entree and charged a very reasonable price for them) 3. the river view is just awesome... we found our selves easily relaxed looking over the river... ps.. make sure you take out your dont disturb card out early enough.. they never got back to service our room.. but happily gave us new towels... The hotel bar had some excellent entertainment. They had a live band that started around 5 pm and continued right into Karaoke well into the night. From talking to people who work there, the vast majority of the people in the bar were local regulars....great atmosphere. This was also my 1st run in with a Sleep Number Bed. Nice location right near the downtown area and would be a perfect spot if reserved during the 4th of july, could gain the full experience of the city

The riverfront location and ease of entry and exit to the surrounding area was a plus. Convenient to downtown as well as northside businesses. Very friendly staff!
