AC so noisey didn't sleep at all

Very pleased with my stay - I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. Breakfast is basic but it is good. Internet is free and room is very clean and maintainance people are very quick.

Very nice, Staff very friendly and helpful.

for the price, every thing was ok, the front counter girl was kind of rude.

Good,, No Laundry Facilities on property. Laundry Mat not too far. Good Breakfast but the same thing everyday.. It would of been nice if they would of have variety items

The location is conveniently close to the LAX airport. The room smelled like someone was smoking in there, even though it was a non-smoking room. Our complaints were not addressed. Parking is expensive!

Air condition unit was very loud and the thermostat would force the unit to shut off for a minute and then immediately turn back on for 10 minutes and repeat this cycle constantly. This was very frustrating as it was difficult to have to continually adjust the T.V volume while listening and trying to go to sleep at the same time. Also, it was very crowded with a million young children jockeying for position in the service area. This is to be expected as most families were there for Disney. I really was impressed at the staff of this hotel. Booking.com overbooked them and they couldn't get a hold of me to notify me of the change. They gave me their last room, actually saved it for me when they were turning others away. The customers coming in were very upset and they handled them brilliantly. After reading reviews we decided to book one night for our short trip to Disneyland. Check in took less than 3 minutes. The room was clean, updated and comfortable. The pillows and beds were, as the name implies, comfortable. The best part was the complimentary HOT breakfast, including fresh waffles. I have stayed here many times and have been happy. My only two problems with this visit were the lack of breakfast tables and the confusion of whether the pool was open or not. The breakfast itself was good, but me and my two boys had to stand while eating, which was not fun. When we checked in there was a sign that said the pool was closed, but the […] lady up front said that it wasn't for that week. When we walked to the pool, it was closed. The next day we called in the afternnon from Disneyland because we wanted to come back and swim. The front desk lady said the pool was closed. We stayed at the park for a few more hours but when we got back the pool was filled with people swimming. SUPER ANNOYED! We stayed her for a 3-day volleyball tournament at the Convention Center. It is a long walk to the convention center so we had to drive and pay $12 parking but the hotel doesn't charge parking so it worked out well. The room had 2 Queen beds and a microwave, coffee maker and medium refrigerator. This was really convenient for use to pack food for the […] weekend and keep it cold. Was a bit concerned when we found the hotel was close to the freeway. However, it is well insulated and was quite. The rooms were clean and comfortable, could use a bit more pressure in the shower, and the cleaning service good. The free breakfast was ok. This is a great hotel cheap there's a tram to Disneyland. The complimentary breakfast was great there even a fitness center

The hotel itself was great, rooms were ready when we got there, clean rooms and nice staff. The beds were really bouncy and the neighborhood was really scary. Its really close to disneyland and angel stadium, i mean walking distance close....

This is at least the third time we have stayed at this hotel. The breakfast was far better than I remember the other times. Waffles, hard boiled eggs, sausage, cereals, etc. Very nice with plenty of room to sit. We were maybe 10 minutes *drive) away from Disneyland which was fantastic. Although the hotel is literally off of the I5, and my room faced […] the freeway, I heard nothing once I was in my room. Short drive away from disney, we stayed here for 2 nights. Room was pretty big, and hotel had decent breakfast. Highway noise didn't reach my room, and the highway was very convenient for a quick swing to Santa Ana for shopping!

This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it! We will be back again!!!

Nice hotel overall. Only negative thing to say is it closed to the highway and on ramp so you get traffic noise the whole time during you stay. This and getting to Disneyland you have to make a U-turn 1/2 mile away.

Nice, clean and comfy. The breakfast was more than we had expected with sausage patties and egg disks along with fruit, yogurt, cereals (hot and cold)and all the other usuals. Stayed there for 4 nights did 2 Canucks games one in LA the other in Anehiem and Disney. Great location for Disney and the Ducks game but traffic was TERRIBLE going to LA/Hollywood. […] Don't go by mapquest or GPS for travel times to other areas they are actually about double their estimates. If you want to go to LA or Hollywood get a room out that way lots of choices near LAX which is way closer to those areas. Devamı

shuttle to D-land was so easy. Nice room, big bathroom with cubbies for your stuff (so much nicer than having to set it on the counter and spread your stuff all around Breakfast was great. The price was perfect for free breakfast, free parking and a super close shuttle. Planning a trip back, will stay here again.

The hotel was clean, as was our room. Breakfast looked okay, although we have special dietary issues so didn't really participate much in that. The hotel is a long mile from Disneyland and while I am a walker, it's not a comfortable place to be roaming. Take the car and save your walking for the park.

Great hotel, friendly staff, complementary breakfast in which you can make you own waffles :D Pillows are amazing! Mattress was good. Room was clean. Overall great experience

The hotel staff was very friendly, professional and accomodating. The room was very well kept and clean. The bed was comfortable and allowed for a good night's sleep. This hotel is very convienient to the I-5. Too convienient. It sounded like the on ramp to the expressway went through my room. Sound proofing might be a consideration. Proximity to Disneyland is very close, but I would recommend the shuttle, not walking. Also, I have never seen an iron bolted to the ironing board before. and warning signs in the bathroom […] not to steal anything. Tells you who their customers are. The good news is that the staff was very friendly and helpful, and actually the continental breakfast was typical for a 3 star hotel with a waffle maker, cereal, pastry, juice, etc. Nice touch. I thought having the Wall Street Journal available was prettty funny. Definately more of a USA today level hotel. If their customers were worried about their portfolios, they would be staying at a better hotel. Definately a 2-2.5 star hotel. Who ever designed the rooms never stayed in a hotel before because the doors to the room, bathroom and closets cannot be opened at the same time, light switches are not in logical places and you have to plug your computer into the light instead of having an outlet available. It was definately a great hotel, worth the price. Beds were comfotable,breakfast was good, maintence, hotel service, it was all GREAT! I would recommend and deff stay there again. Can't be the price either.

Nice and comfortable hotel to stay. It was a bit farther from Disneyland than expected. Kind of far to walk, especially with younger kids. They do have a shuttle to the park for a few dollars that is good the entire day. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. did not eat continental breakfast, but they do serve it in a nice eating area.

my family of five stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. room was clean, nicely decorated although not very large for a family. nice breakfast was comlementry. the staff was helpful and friendly. the hotel is within a short ride to Disneyland and is served by a fublic shuttle which is convenient and cheap relatively to parking. we were very pleased.

Right when I walked into to check in the lady was on a personal call and didnt check us in until after 5 minutes we were standing there. We went back down another time to ask about the shuttle to Disneyland and a different lady was really rude. Not very happy with the service I got while staying there.

This hotel has attentive employees that tend to the guests needs. The breakfast serving area is quite cramped but ample food and seating area. The location is clean, they also mop the walkways outside. Something that you don't see many locations do these days. It is very close to Disneyland. The hotel had all the amenities I needed: free parking and free wireless Internet. It had a fitness room and good selection of food for breakfast. The bathroom in the room was larger than I expected. The location is convenient: right on the main drag and close to the freeway. My room was facing the freeway, but the noise didn't bother me. Some things […] could be improved: 1. The room was dark, and I had trouble finding the light when I checked in. I would prefer to have a central ceiling light. 2. The fridge temperature was way too cold. My drinks froze when I put them in the fridge. 3. I wish the room maid would let me reuse the sheets and towels rather than replace them every time the room was cleaned. 4. I had to use the elevator to get to the main lobby. The staircase would take me straight outside. In general, I was very satisfied. I would recommend the hotel to everyone. Devamı

Love the location, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, love the pillows, complimentary breakfast available choice of waffles, pastries, eggs, sausages, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, coffee and juice. Mall and theater near by if you get tired of amusement parks. Would recommend to others. Price was right.

Overall, enjoyed staying at this hotel. Close to Disneyland park. Room are clean, good service and next to freeway. Would stay here again. :-)

Very close to Disneyland, restaurants. Was very happy with room. The continental breakfast was WONDERFUL!!

We were planning an overnight stay while vacationing in San Diego. We drove up early one morning and planned to spend the day in Disneyland. We called the hotel on our way in and told them we wouldn't be in until nearly midnight. They assured us they would hold our room and there would be no issues. We finally checked in close to 1 and everything went […] smoothly. Our room was a great size and the beds were very comfy.
