I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and happy to assist.

My only complaint about this hotel is the use of Sleep Number Beds. After adjusting my bed to a comfortable level, it would change w/o further input getting 1st as hard as a rock during the day of our second day. Then after I reset it, during the night, it got so soft I could barely climb out of what felt like a completely deflated bed. So I won't rebook […] there. Otherwise we liked it a lot. Such a shame. The desk staff members were very polite and helpful. Their service was speedy and accurate. The hotel was very clean with a decent amount of space in each room. This hotel was very close to the airport which made me think it would be loud. However, I could not hear a single plane fly overhead day/night in my room. I only have one complaint. I may not […] have been able to hear the planes, but I could definitely hear the housekeeping staff. The cleaning ladies were very loud in the hallway slamming doors and talking louder than necessary. I was woken up by this and didn't appreciate it. I had a pool side room and there were people in the pool at 10:15 at night screaming and yelling and I called the front desk and complained. The staff at the desk said that they would contact security as the pool was closed at 10 pm. It was still going on 10 minutes later and I called again and the staff was very polite and said that she had called […] security and she would call again. It was quiet a couple minutes later. The room was comfortable and the hotel has been updated. This property has the best rates and the value is very good! Devamı

very nice hotel had our room wrong but was able to fix very quickly beds were ok ohterwise overall very good would stay again

The hotel was clean and the comfort soft beds were ok. The pool was wonderful and pleasant. The airport shuttle driver was moody. The front desk had no rail pass tickets like they had told us. The television stations kept cutting out on some programs. There are no exhaust vents in the bathrooms. Room service ladies were great. Only half of the splitter […] plug to the desk lamp and coffee machine (1 cup) worked . If you are there to see chicago I would not stay there. The shuttle to OHare and then the L train into town takes between 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. Devamı

Very convienent to All State Arena for the graduation ceremony. Outdoor pool area very nice to relax between events. Only disapointment, was the bar did not open until 4pm and we really wanted to have drinks at the pool.

We recently stayed here to see a concert at the Allstate arena. Great place for walking to the arena and everything else. There is a shopping center nearby also! The shuttle service was excellent and the driver even gave us some tips for getting around downtown Chicago via the el train! The people at the desk were nice and very helpful and allowed us […] to check in 2.5 hrs early!! The sleep number beds were nice and the rooms were neat and clean. Our only con would be the size of the bathroom. You had to stand beside the toilet to open/close the door. It was kind of like a elegant restroom stall as far as size went. But it would not affect me from staying here again tho!! Devamı

The hotel staff was courteous. When I asked for directions to a place I needed to go, she kindly printed out a mapquest directions. On the hot day I visited, the outdoor pool was handy, clean and nice. When I neded something quick the shopping center next door, where I could go walking was handy. I stay at this Radisson about every other month when I come to town to visit my children at Northwestern University. It is clean and usually pretty quiet. This time I had a room facing the outdoor pool and tried to go to bed early on a Sunday night and could hear loud music from a band. I called the fron desk and there is a banquet facility across the […] parking lot that had some kind of a wedding or party with a live band. Very loud! And nothing the hotel can do about it. Fortunately it stopped after 11 pm or so. I would not ask to stay on that side again. Otherwise the hotel is a great deal and usually very clean. It is a quick walk across the street to Target and a variety of chain restaurants. Devamı

I was very pleased with the quiteness of the hotel even though it is fairly close to the airport. The hotel was very clean. They are in the process of remodeling which I didn't see the need. The hotel already seemed very upto date.

We stayed there for two nights, the room was very clean and the sleep number bed was just perfect. It is very close to the airport, but the room noise insulation was great, you where able to see the airplanes taking off, but we couldn't hear any outside noise coming in. Definitely I would recommended to anybody.

Friendly staff, close to Ohare, nice neighborhood. Older hotel but rooms were fine.

The hotel wasn't bad, but I had to go to the desk 3 times to get the key card to work properly. The sleep number bed wasn't functioning well. Probably the most uncomfortable night on a hotel bed in a while.

I was very surprised and impressed with this hotel. The room was very nice. it was very quiet while i was there (and they were doing work but i never heard it). I had access to everywhere i needed to get to ( hyatt regency, wrigley field, breakfast lunch and dinner restaraunts). the front desk were very nice people. The construction around the area […] was a pain but im sure itll make it better in long run. Sleep number beds, flat screen LG TV and alot of hot water!!. if i had to complain about anything its the small bathrooms but thats reaching. Loved this hotel! The housekeeping staff was stupendous. Quiet in the mornings and totally efficient. The location was perfect for me. Easy access into Chicago and the northwest suburbs. I definitely would recommentd this hotel.

Hotel amenities and housekeeping are great but come to customer service they are the worst I have seen by far in any hotel and I wouldn't even compare it to a cheap motel!! I arrived at the hotel one night early returning from military deployment and because of the time difference and the jet lag I was disoriented about the date but the front desk representative […] checked me in one night earlier using my reservation which made me one day short at the end of my stay" 3 night stay" and I was fine paying for that, While I was discussing the whole issue with the front desk representative who happened to be the same one who checked me that first night she turned evil on me at which point I told her that she was rude and she should be working somewhere else where she can manage customer service and I wish I didn't say that cause she just exploded again saying I'm the one who should be staying at a $5 motel and she can deny me checking in even though the night was paid for!! She called her manager on the phone who was wise enough to check me in. If you want to stay at this property then totally avoid the front desk personnel or you going to end up having blood pressure!! Only a couple of blocks from the Rosemont and local eateries.Good price, clean rooms,friendly staff,shuttle service all made for a enjoyable stay.Would recommend this hotel to all.

A great stay. Been here several times. I'm a clean freak. (nurse) The place is spotless, top of the line linens, staff is wonderful. Thank you.

Comfortable beds, Excellent breakfast. We stayed three nights and two days we went into Chicago, It was no problem the airport shuttle bus gave us a lift to the train station. And the shuttle bus runs 24 hours a day every half hour. (And always on time.) Steak house next door great . Good food at reasonable prices. We went to a concert and stayed here overnight. Perfect for walking to and from (and I mean perfect), and in addition the hotel offered a shuttle that took us both to and from the bar after the concert. It was great-definitely worth the money. On the downside we asked for our 2 rooms to be adjoining after reading reviews that other people had had them. […] Upon arriving the guy at the front desk told me they didn't offer adjoining rooms, but when I went up to my room it definitely had the doors connecting to the room next door. It didn't matter...we were only across the hall from our other friends, but it rubbed me the wrong way that he would flat out lie. However, it wouldn't stop me from staying there again. The hotel was great. The staff was very nice and allowed me to check in early so that I could go off to my day without having to worry about it later. The location was perfect as I was seeing a show at the Allstate arena and I could walk from hotel to venue. The only issue I had was the hotel was a bit noisy. this is my second time staying at the radison and i would continue using them as needed when i see a concert at allstate arena

Upon checking in, I didn't think the desk clerk was friendly. One of the rooms was suppose to be double beds, but I got one king. The room smelled like smoke & our keys did not work the second day. Had to stand in a line to get this fixed.

The room was great and the sleep number bed a big plus! If we return to Chicago we will definitly call and make our reservation with you.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past several years whenever I visit my children in college in Evanston. It is a ways out but the rates are always good. It is usually very clean but this time my room had leftover hair and the telephone looked like it hadn't been wiped down in ages. I also must pass on to all hotel visitors, always lock […] your room when you are not in it and do not leave valuables when you are gone. I had asked for 2 double beds and got a handicapped room which I didn't want, and when I was given a new key for a different room, the room was already occupied as the lights were on and a computer on the desk. I closed the door immediately and went back to the front desk. They were very apologetic and gave me a free breakfast for my trouble of lugging my stuff to a 3rd room. I will try the hotel again because it is usually clean and the location is great with a Target and many restaurants across the street. I was just a little disappointed this time. Devamı

Great price and very clean rooms. Convenient location with ride to and from airport and definitely a great value.

Checked in for overnight stay to see show at Allstate Arena, room was very clean (and I am a freak about a clean hotel room so it lived up to my standards), sleep number beds were great, hotel was noisy at 3am with drunks in hallway but not hotels fault. Wallpaper could use some updating and the bakery/cafe isn't like a Starbucks so do not expect any […] fancy coffee. FINE FOR A STOPOVER. ROOM VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLOSE TO SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS. GOOD PICKUP AND DROP SERVICE TO THE AIRPORT, BUT IT SHOULD SAY WHERE THE PICKUP BUS LEAVES FROM ON THE WEB, AS THERE ARE NO SIGNS AT THE AIRPORT TERMINAL.

i chose to stay at the radison because it was close to allstate areana and the fee was resonable and plenty of places to eat within walking distance

We had tickets to the Wolves hockey game at the Allstate arena and wanted to stay within walking distance. The Radisson was perfect. Very clean and modern. The lounge was really nice...two big flat screen tvs to watch sports on.....and the bar tender Charlie was great. He even went out of his way to find a ride for us over to the arena.....that was […] above and beyond what we expected. The rooms were very nice and big. Next door is the LongHorn steakhouse. The food was fabulous. It was a great stay and will stay there again when we are going to the Allstate for an event. Devamı
