Holiday Inn Oceanside - Vero Beach

Older property but updated. As has been mentioned before, the front desk needs a course in customer service, at least for the young men who work there. Mulligans was convenient and very good with excellent service. Also, the Ocean Grill, located directly across from Mulligans if you're looking for a really good upscale seafood restaurant.

Holiday Inn- clean, nice service.. ideal location.. loved the live music from Mulligans during the day on Saturday- lots of Beach chairs.. clean rooms.

Excellent location by the sea, right on Ocean Drive in Vero Beach. I stayed there for a wedding in town. Shopping is right outside the door. The rooms are clean, but they definitely feel worn. It has a motel-like feel for the mid-range hotel price you pay. Additionally, I stayed in a room overlooking the parking lot, and the sound insulation was poor. […] I awoke several times to cars in the parking lot/street and also 3-4 times at night there was a mysterious clanging sound like something heavy being dropped down the stairs. The only bad thing was the size of the bathroom. It was a little small but otherwise was very enjoyable.

Positives: Friendly staff, clean room, on the beach, nice restaurant on premises with beachside patio. Negatives: Limited parking and tight spaces, small bathroom, room was smaller than pictured.

Nice area , love the Vero beach area

If you are looking for a inexpensive getaway at a quiet beach, this is the place. Great restaurants are all around, beach is cllean and the bar is cheap!

The first contact we had with the hotel involved a night clerk that was less than friendly, a young man in his 20's. He seemed less than interested with us, and merely went through the moves. I would think that your hotel would want someone to represent you in a better light. On the other hand, the lady who checked us out was very friendly as one would […] expect of someone in that position. Wonderful hotel in a great location. Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. The ocean access and views were awesome.

The Oceanside Holiday Inn in Vero Beach was nicely located on a very quiet street. It is right on the beach. The restaurant attached to it had really good food and you could sit out on the patio overlooking the ocean. Very nice! The hotel was not very expensive compared to the other hotels in the area. Good location and accommodations adequate. Room was equipped with everything you need for the stay. It was right on the beach and in walking distance to shops.

It's right on Vero Beach one of my favorite parts of the state. Unfortunately they have a limited supply of towels for the pool and beach if you dind't bring your own. Also the water pressure in the shower was pathetic, incredibly low flow and with a family of 4 made the getting ready to go out process much longer.

Hotel is in a good location, but customer service did not seem to be a high priority. Front desk employees were not very friendly, and the coffee machine in the lobby referred you to the restaurant next door. The pool also appeared to be dirty. The beds were comfortable. Overall it was mediocre.

We only stayed overnight, it was perfect for a night or two, great location, it could have been a little cleaner, the carpets really need cleaning!!

This hotel was in a great location, easy to find. Could walk to shopping and dining, very convenient. Restaurant/bar attached to hotel was great--wide selection of BLD items--could eat there for days every meal and never have the same thing twice. Great service and atmosphere in the restaurant. Room was very comfortable. We did not have an ocean view […] but it didn't matter to us because we spent all our time on the beach or in the Adirondack chairs provided on the lawn between the hotel and beach, where they delivered drinks. Would highly recommend. Room was clean and all the employees were helpful and very nice.

This hotel was next to a very nice resturant and lounge. The pool area was very convenient to our rooms. The immediate area around the hotel was very nice and we felt very safe in its location. The ocean was very beautiful and the hotel is right on the beach.

We love this hotel and return every summer. The front desk staff is excellent. They granted my request for a quiet room which pleased me. The rooms could really use updating, new carpeting and beds. I truly prefer the ocenfront rooms but they were sold out. Great location great price great staff.

This hotel was VERY clean. They had all that we needed during our stay. Nice restaurant on site. Vending machines with tooth paste, headache medicine...etc. Live entertainment was AWESOME. During the day and the evening. Very enjoyable stay. The town was very clean also.

This is a lousy hotel in a great location. It's run down, dingy, and there's not enough parking. There's only one elevator and there's no handicapped parking anywhere near it. So if you need help with the stairs but don't necessarily need a handicapped room, you're out of luck. Towel racks were falling down, fixtures were rusty, the tub/shower didn't […] work very well, and I saw lots of bugs in the room. Yes, it's on the beach but, quite frankly, it's not worth it. Affordable oceanfront rooms, in good overall condition. Family restaurant on site.

We stayed with you guys on the 29,39th of June,for the first time.The Hotel was expected to be nice and was.My wife and I had two Pugs and we were fine in a double room.Not a hitch so far as the Hotel crew was concerned and in fact,right in line with their hospitality.If one wishes to leave the Island for any reason,that isn't a problem, but will seem […] further than you think from The Hotel.She sits on a nice stretch of beach which is just behind the Hotel and directly on the 'main drag'. Food at the Italian Restaurant was very good and although the prices reflect a tourist environment,was probably worth it. Really can't find any downfalls except,if one has a pet(s),there was only one option for 'his daily business',shall we say.Not a BIG problem but it's nice to have more than one convenient place to take your animals to the BR. Et ældre beton hotel for familie og ældre generationer. Ligger meget tæt til fantastisk strand, lækkert pool miljø. Værelsernes indeklima er ikke anbefalelsesværdig - aircon lamer så meget at den må slukkes om natten hvilket bevirker at der er meget fugt i rummet. Lokal miljø er henvendt til den ældre generation.

Vooorkant van het hotel is een soort luxe drive-in hotel. Twee verdiepingen hoog, auto voor de deur. Achterkant (Oceanview) was voor ons niet beschikbaar. Gewoon een prima hotel.
