We had some problems with the internet when we first got there, when the maintenance man came with a new cable(we knew that was not the problem) and found out that was not it, he proceeded to work with the cable company to get more band with because there were guests in another suite who were using 6 or 7 computers and hogging all of the connection […] space. My wife and I were impressed with the room, the courtesy of the staff, and the continental breakfast that you offer. Would not hesitate to recommend to a friend or stay again.

Including, the complimentary breakfast was great...much better than I had expected.

This place was absolutely fabulous, the staff, the room, the breakfast makes this place better than a 5 or a ten. I would like to personally thank Hotels.com and the staff of this hotel for the great job that was done for all of you certainly deserve it.

We have stayed at the Residence Inn Lombard every Christmas for the past 13 years. We live in Maryland but our families are in suburban Chicago. The Residence Inn is conveniently located for us to visit with family and friends in the area. Plus, the fireplace and kitchenette make for a cozy, homey stay. We'll be back next year.

Nice location. Hotel want exactly like we were told. Suppose to have a two bedroom with two queens upstairs. Hotel did not have anything like that so we were short

I arrived late evening to check in. Both me and my colleague were told the only thing we have left is handicapped equipped rooms. On the surface, this seems like it shouldn't be a big deal. I asked why they didn't have the room we reserved available and they said they had given all those away. I mentioned that our rooms were pre-paid so they should […] have held our reserved rooms. They said, "well, that's not the way it works". The bathroom was quite awkward. I can see how it would be excellent for someone with a disability but it was just awkward for me. On a more significant note, the building is wood frame and I could hear the fellow upstairs hoofing around late into the night. There is little/no sound isolation between floors. It reminded me of an old apartment I stayed in in college. No sense of privacy or peace. NOT a business travellers hotel. The breakfast was decent, probably the only redeeming quality. Devamı

Nice place, I liked the individual buildings, felt more like an apartment. They also serve beer, wine & food on Mon & Tue nights, plus free breakfast. They had an Internet connection but they didn't have wifi in the rooms.

Only one flaw for a winter stay. No wood for fireplace. Other than that loved it.

Good place to stay and room was very clean. Good service. Only problem the Gym area is too small with only two roning machine.

I arrived at the hotel and was given a room in Building 3. The desk clerk gave me directions so I proceeded to my room. The hotel was doing renovations and the sidewalks were gone, they have barricades up with plywood where the sidewalks should be, it had been raining for a couple of days so part of them was covered in water. I went back out to the […] road and finally got to my room. There was not a way to get to my room without crossing a barricade. I was completely satisfied with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was great. Very clean and easy access from the highway. Will recommend this to all my friends

This was a very nice hotel, I liked the layout and the way the rooms were layed out on the property. This was more like staying in a nice townhouse,not just a hotel room. The only problems I had was the pool is located outside,and it's a little tricky getting into the parking lot. Overall a very nice hotel stay.

Für alle, die mit dem Auto im Großraum Chicago eine gute Unterkunft benötigen ist das Hotel eine interessante Alternative. Gut erreichbar, mit viel Platz in den gerade renovierten Zimmern (noch ist der Umbau allerdings im Gange). Gutes Management. Lage: Schnell erreichbar von O'Hare. Brauchbar um mit dem Wagen nach Downtown zu fahren, oder eben mit […] der Metro, die ab Lombard fährt. Devamı
