We stay 2 nights at the Grad Hyatt, in the 12th floor club level. The hotel its self was nice, the room need so minor work... maybe some updated furniture, a few knicks in the wall paper and stuff but over all clean and safe place to stay! I recommend the club level as it comes with breakfast and the breakfast buffet down stairs is $21 per person. They […] have snack out all day and Cocktail and hors d'oeuvres and desserts from 3-11. All which where very good! Staff was all very nice and helpful, and there is all most always cab's line up out side if you don't feel like driving or walking, and the metro is right there! Devamı

Spent 4 days in DC with my godson seeing the sights. His favorite part - the Hyatt Grand. Hotel was fantastic - friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and lots of great restaurants on-site.

Great location but there is a big construction project across the street which was a little annoying.

I enjoyed my stay a lot. The staff were all friendly and always asking if any questions or did I need anything else. No long lines. Rates through Hotel.com were more than reasonable. Good location - within walking distance of lots of restaurants. Metro very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Upon check in it was awful..I was told I had to put 150 deposit down which turned to 50..I was very confused and mad

The Hyatt is a short walk to the Metro Center and within walking distance to the Mall, Smithsonian and Memorials. It is a beautiful hotel, very clean and the staff were all very friendly. Hassle-free check-in. The young gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and personable. We had breakfast there and the breakfast buffet was superb with everything […] imaginable, including made to order omelets. Hotel was basically fine. Light in bathroom very poor.

A great hotel on a good deal!

Concierre service was outstanding. Room was nice, construction outside window starts at 7am but thats not the hotel. Easy access to metro station and remember to exit to 11th ave and you will come up in the hotel! Had a great time.

This is one beautiful hotel. Close to White House, the Washington Mall and the Metro Center Trains. They have several restaurant with various prices the food was good. All the staff was friendly and accommodating. My room was great. The bathroom was large, my room had a refrigerator and a large flat screen TV. Everything was really nice. I loved my […] stay Devamı

The location of this hotel is so convenient to all of the sites and museums!! The Metro System comes and goes right from the Hotel itself. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a great location to all of Washington D.C sites!

Great location, walking distance to Mall. Starbucks in lobby for breakfast, and indoor pool which the kids loved. Comfortable rooms, only criticism was wifi access at $11 for 24 hours. Pretty ridiculous in a hotel of that standard, especially when wifi is free in many shops and restaurants. Overall very happy though

the hotel was fine but in this day and age to charge for internet servise is a disgrace, should be provided for free.

The fact the charge extra for internet is a BIG negative. For this reason I would chose otherwise next time.

Very nice hotel. People are friendly and helpful. Just a few blocks from the National Mall and White House. The metro is right downstairs also.

This was conveniently located for both walking and taking the Metro in Washington DC. It was a great place to stay with our family. Lobby/Atrium was beautiful. Several places to eat within the hotel. Breakfast @ Grand Cafe was a huge buffet with omelette station, however it was $21 per adult & $11 per child. A bit overpriced but because of my medically […] dietary restrictions, going elsewhere was not an option for breakfast. Dinner was another story. This hotel was a 5-10 minute walk to many restaurants that could accomodate my restrictions. The Cure in the hotel was also a wonderful meal. My family "shared" their dinners with each other so everyone got a taste of several different items. I didn't but that's okay. Also an expensive meal. The Metro was accessable right from the hotel, so going to Arlington National Cemetary was a breeze...as well as many other places. Very nice stay (aside from the huge food bill) & I would recommend this to family & friends. Devamı

Great location, nice staff but facility a little shabby, which doesn't matter too much for families but for families with parents used to business travel (but not luxury travel) it was annoying. 3 towels for 3 people is not enough and towels were very thin. A piece of the desk fell off and it looked like it had been fixed previously with chewing gum. […] No shower cap but did have toothpaste (very nice in this era of restricted toiletries on flights).No drinking glasses in bathroom. Shower was literally dark because no light in shower and curtain cut off light from overhead in bathroom. Worst thing was being charged so much for wifi! Might be a D.C thing - very hard to find wifi anywhere so they can get away with charging for it. Restaurant for casual breakfast was super crowded in the morning. Devamı

Staff was extremely helpful. It is downtown and very convenient to everything. Beautiful hotel. But, save your money if you want to stop in for a night cap. Very Expensive at the bar.

Great location, very nice hotel and in a much nicer than expected area. Friendly staff. Nice clean rooms and good size as well. Small crowded pool, expensive and limited parking and very dirty air ducts in room (couldn't turn on the air at all) were only negatives to otherwise very good experience.

This hotel can't be beat for location, value, cleanliness and amenities such as variety of food options within the hotel and proximity to all attractions and even a walkway to the Metro inside the building. I want to try to give you the least biased opininon I can since I had a hard time picking a hotel for our stay in Washington DC and I want this review to be as helpful as possible. We stayed here with our two children (Ages 9 & 12). Hotel staff were wonderful. Service was excellent - ordered extra towels and they brought them to our room within minutes. […] Room service was punctual too. The kids enjoyed the pool considerably. The location is wonderful. At little away fromt the hustle and bustle but close to the Mall. It is really close to China Town & the Staples center. The room was nice - bathroom was large. We did not eat at the main restaurant but it looked great. We did have dinner in the sports bar. Food was good - but the restaurant was a little dirty. Nice hotel. I saw other reviews that said it was loud - I did not find that at all. We had a room that faced the interior of the hotel - would have preferred an outside facing room - but my son loved being able to look at the lobby. Parking was full when we arrived so my husband had to park a few blocks away in an underground parking structure. This actually was nice because it was cheaper. I really think you can't go wrong staying in this hotel. The only criticisum I have is that the carpeting in the hallway was dirty. Devamı
