Jump on the freeway and right on to the bay bridge.

I liked the place and it was a good stay. The location is a problem ( Kind of shady) but that was compensated by the view of the Bay that I got from my room. Room was clean. TV experience was not so good ( just a very few channels).

Staff was exceedingly helpful both personally and during the conference. I was very impressed.

This was a nice hotel with friendly staff and knowlegdeable staff. Located next to the freeway for easy access to major cities and only walking distance to great shopping and dining. These have to be the most comfortable beds ever which assisted me on the much needed rest and relaxation that I was lacking. Clean, comfortable room, decent flat screen TV, very friendly and helpful staff. My room was on the 9-th floor in the East section, but the noise from the freeway wasn't very noticeable. Overall - a good night sleep. They do charge $10 per day for open parking but this is San Francisco, other hotels were charging up to $35. I will definitely stay there […] again. Devamı

the courteous staff and friendly smiles made this hotel a warm and nice place to relax. the room had a very nice view. its next to the freeway so if you are a light sleeper this isnt the place to visit. I would go back. convenience to my friend and local shopping plaza made my stay very nice. I would likely return.

Hotel personnel was very kind. Room are confortable. Restaurant is excellent

great hotel missing indoor pool and jucuzzi it would be 4-star

Really nice folks working at the Hilton. Knowledgeable, friendly and professionsal. Good advice on dining, helped arranging a cab for New Years Eve and the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Thanks for the noce visit!!

Their customer service was top notch!

We always like staying at this hotel, however, I'm disapointed with the cost of the parking cost for this site. As a paying customer parking should be included and outside guests should be paying this cost. The hotel does not provide any services to paying customers to justify the cost of $10 per night is too much.

This is a very nice hotel located in a very centralized Bay area location. As usual, Hilton Garden Inn does not disappoint. The staff, however, is iffy. But being so close to the East Bay, this may be the best they can do. For example, the wake-up call we requested was never delivered. Minor attitudes at check in. But that is pretty much expected in […] the Bay Area. Hard to get good help around here. Trust me, I used to live 2 blocks from this hotel. Also, I feel it is ridiculous to charge for parking at this location or any hotel really. Devamı

We were initially upset that they were the only hotel that charged for parking in the Emeryville area, however after complaining, they reduced the parking rate by half and gave us a free breakfast everyday. The freeway noise was not an issue even though our room faced the freeway. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very nice.

The accomodations were lovely. I had a view of the bay bridge and other than being next to the elevator it was very quiet. The upgrade to the bridge view was free, btw, so be sure to ask. The breakfast buffet was delicious and also complimentary for me. I don't know why they gave me free breakfasts, but it was a nice surprise. The only qualm I had about […] my stay here was the transportation. I was too far from the BART and got really tired of waiting on the shuttle. I ended up having to rent a car - and I hate driving. Very pleasant hotel. Have stayed there before but room even better this time: clean duvet and very comfortable, adjustable bed for hardness/softness.

1. the hotels.com agent offered breakfast before I decided the hotel, but, when I check-in, the hotel denied all of the breakfast offered by the hotels.com agent told me. So, either the agent is nonsense or the Hilton didn't honer they promised. 2. the heater is extremely loud noisy cannot sleep in the night at all. 3. the electricity went off in […] the middle of shower and waited for 5 monutes to get maintenance people to re-set the electric breaker after call to the concierge. I made the reservation on the phone a week in advance. I requested a king room on the "west" side of the hotel on the highest floor. No king available but they would put me on the west side, away from the freeway. I arrived at the hotel and was told due to overbook that I would need to stay at a different hotel(for free). However, magically they found […] me a room, on the EAST side on the 5th floor. Did I mention the freeway is on the EAST side? Pretty uneventful stay unitl Friday night. I needed to be at the airport early to catch a 5:45 a.m. flight. Around 11, the police ended a car chase on the EAST side of the building, sirens blaring, lights everywhere and fleeing driver and passengers through and around the hotel building and parking lot. Not the hotels fault. Around 2 am, the police were summonded to the hotel to "take care of" an "out of control" bachelor party which had already been "out of control" for about two hours. Other than that the hotel is nice and convienently located. The breakfast is excellent and the evening meals I had in the bar were good and the beer was excellent. I will stay there again when I travel to Emeryville. Devamı

There are a few other hotel options in this neighborhood and this one has never failed to satisfy. Had loud neighbors during this stay and after one call downstairs it was immediately addressed and resolved.

Was very useful, was able to do some shopping at the local mall and didn't have to worry about traffic.

Not great for the money - 1. only 2 small creamers w/coffee maker in room 2. tacked on $10 to park in their parking lot!!! 3. very few tv channels 4. no extra blankets 5. first night front desk didn't answer!! 6. not very attractive room. -- bottom line, where's the luxury??? what's good -- good shower water pressure nice bed pillows & comfortable […] bed Devamı

Had a wonderful stay last weekend, just hate the parking fee! Aside from that, the front desk staff were very professional and helpful. The fresh cookies are always a plus and the bay view upgrade was a treat!! :)

The Hotel in Emeryville, CA is conveniently located right off I-80 and the Bay Bridge.

We were there when Hurricane Irene hit and were unable to get back home, so we had to stay in SF for 3 days over our plans, The Hotel staff was very understanding and we were able to stay in our room for the additional days. I requested and paid for a room with ocean view and was given front view of the HWay. Hilton does not respect request when you book with a third party such as Hotels.com. Be aware! Pricey for what we got.

stayed here over the weekend of oct. 2, 2011. we were in town to watch the oakland raiders play the new england patriots and while this is a very nice hotel. it was a bit over our budget but we wanted to stay in between sf and the oakland coliseum. had a great weekend there. very clean room. great services. thank you.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, all staff members in the hotel were so polite and greet you with a smile. The bed was super comfy. Great room for the price. Such ease when we checked in, I would definitely stay again. Only downside is that it is near the freeway.

The service at this hotel when checking in was good except for when we got to the room. Key would not work!! Had to go back to lobby....the agent had put us in another persons room. Then, our parking access card didn't work on our second night. For some reason, the agent also did not have the correct expiration date on the parking access card. Not the best location (surrounding area is definitely unpleasant) but they have great security and service. Also, besides the $6 toll into San Francisco, is was very convenient to drive into the city.

Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful - check out was the exact opposit. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the price reasonable. Would stay there again.

Great service from the moment I walked in. Friendly, personnel. Comfortable rooms, good size and solid nights sleep. We will stay there again.

This hotel was great to stay at. It was quiet right off the freeway. Near shopping and restaurants and a short trip to San Fran.

The room and front desk was nice. If you're not planning on eating there, I would recommend staying here. We had dinner there, the service was awful and the food was about the same. Because we were in a hurry, we had breakfast there. $14 for a buffet that was equivalent to a continental breakfast at the local Comfort Inn that you get for free and again […] bad service. So sleep there, don't eat there and you should have a nice stay. Devamı
