1. the hotels.com agent offered breakfast before I decided the hotel, but, when I check-in, the hotel denied all of the breakfast offered by the hotels.com agent told me. So, either the agent is nonsense or the Hilton didn't honer they promised. 2. the heater is extremely loud noisy cannot sleep in the night at all. 3. the electricity went off in […] the middle of shower and waited for 5 monutes to get maintenance people to re-set the electric breaker after call to the concierge. I made the reservation on the phone a week in advance. I requested a king room on the "west" side of the hotel on the highest floor. No king available but they would put me on the west side, away from the freeway. I arrived at the hotel and was told due to overbook that I would need to stay at a different hotel(for free). However, magically they found […] me a room, on the EAST side on the 5th floor. Did I mention the freeway is on the EAST side? Pretty uneventful stay unitl Friday night. I needed to be at the airport early to catch a 5:45 a.m. flight. Around 11, the police ended a car chase on the EAST side of the building, sirens blaring, lights everywhere and fleeing driver and passengers through and around the hotel building and parking lot. Not the hotels fault. Around 2 am, the police were summonded to the hotel to "take care of" an "out of control" bachelor party which had already been "out of control" for about two hours. Other than that the hotel is nice and convienently located. The breakfast is excellent and the evening meals I had in the bar were good and the beer was excellent. I will stay there again when I travel to Emeryville. Devamı

There are a few other hotel options in this neighborhood and this one has never failed to satisfy. Had loud neighbors during this stay and after one call downstairs it was immediately addressed and resolved.

Was very useful, was able to do some shopping at the local mall and didn't have to worry about traffic.

Not great for the money - 1. only 2 small creamers w/coffee maker in room 2. tacked on $10 to park in their parking lot!!! 3. very few tv channels 4. no extra blankets 5. first night front desk didn't answer!! 6. not very attractive room. -- bottom line, where's the luxury??? what's good -- good shower water pressure nice bed pillows & comfortable […] bed Devamı

Had a wonderful stay last weekend, just hate the parking fee! Aside from that, the front desk staff were very professional and helpful. The fresh cookies are always a plus and the bay view upgrade was a treat!! :)

The Hotel in Emeryville, CA is conveniently located right off I-80 and the Bay Bridge.

We were there when Hurricane Irene hit and were unable to get back home, so we had to stay in SF for 3 days over our plans, The Hotel staff was very understanding and we were able to stay in our room for the additional days. I requested and paid for a room with ocean view and was given front view of the HWay. Hilton does not respect request when you book with a third party such as Hotels.com. Be aware! Pricey for what we got.

stayed here over the weekend of oct. 2, 2011. we were in town to watch the oakland raiders play the new england patriots and while this is a very nice hotel. it was a bit over our budget but we wanted to stay in between sf and the oakland coliseum. had a great weekend there. very clean room. great services. thank you.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, all staff members in the hotel were so polite and greet you with a smile. The bed was super comfy. Great room for the price. Such ease when we checked in, I would definitely stay again. Only downside is that it is near the freeway.

The service at this hotel when checking in was good except for when we got to the room. Key would not work!! Had to go back to lobby....the agent had put us in another persons room. Then, our parking access card didn't work on our second night. For some reason, the agent also did not have the correct expiration date on the parking access card. Not the best location (surrounding area is definitely unpleasant) but they have great security and service. Also, besides the $6 toll into San Francisco, is was very convenient to drive into the city.

Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful - check out was the exact opposit. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the price reasonable. Would stay there again.

Great service from the moment I walked in. Friendly, personnel. Comfortable rooms, good size and solid nights sleep. We will stay there again.

This hotel was great to stay at. It was quiet right off the freeway. Near shopping and restaurants and a short trip to San Fran.

The room and front desk was nice. If you're not planning on eating there, I would recommend staying here. We had dinner there, the service was awful and the food was about the same. Because we were in a hurry, we had breakfast there. $14 for a buffet that was equivalent to a continental breakfast at the local Comfort Inn that you get for free and again […] bad service. So sleep there, don't eat there and you should have a nice stay. Devamı

Very pleasantly surprised. At check-in, they had freshly-baked cookies at desk... thick, chewy and really delicious! Room very comfortable. Staff (Lisa) went beyond call of duty to supply me several long pillows to support my injured back and had excellent night's sleep in comfy bed. Another good stay. I love the new menu for room service. Better than some of the surrounding restaurants. One of the most comfortable bed and pillows of nay hotel I have stayed at. Nice job!

We loved our stay here. We walked our 2nd day all along the water, it was a beautiful view from our room also. We would stay here again. Everyone was very friendly an d helpful!

we had made a reservation for a room with two double beds for 3 people. upon checking in we were informed that they were out of double bed rooms and they could only give us a room with a queen bed since we had made the reservation through a third party and there was no guarantee! we asked for a roll on bed. they did not have on! we asked for an air […] mattress. they did not have one! we asked for pillows and blankets! they never delivered them to us! our daughter slept on the floorwith our bedcover/blanket, and we did not sleep all night because it was so cold. next morning when we went and asked for a roll on bed they not only did not apologize but were very rude! they told us they would do their best. we went back to the hotel that afternoon. the front desk told us they had put a bed with blankets in our room. we went upstairs. NO BED!!! NO BLANKETS!!!!! we called and asked for a bed. she told us she had to check!!!!!!!!!! after my husband went to the front desk and yelled at them they changed our room. I do not understand why they waited until we had to yell to change our room. they had empty rooms available. the service was awful. the front desk was extremel rude and unhelpful. we would never go back to that hotel. NO APOLOGIES, NOT A SMILE!!! VERY RUDE PEOPLE!!!!! Devamı

The only problem we had is that we requested two double beds (we were staying there with our 16 and 17 year olds) when we made our non-refundable reservation, and when we arrived, all that was available was a King and sofa bed that they insisted was a full size, but was really barely larger than a twin. The Hilton Garden Inn is conveniently located near many stores and restaurants in the Emeryville area. It is easy to get to, the staff was very friendly and the room was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet even though it is near several freeways. I would definitely recommend it and stay there […] again! Devamı

The location was perfect for taking BART to the city for the day. The next day we spent shopping and eating in Berkeley. The hotel was very clean and a great location for our needs to the Bay Area.

We arrived quite late but this was not an issue. The staff were all friendly, the service was great in terms of both room and food. The overall facilities are also well looked after e.g. gym, laundry. Transport around the area is great because there is a hotel shuttle and a local bus service (the Emery Go Round) which are both free.There are pleanty […] of shops within a few hundred metres and virtually anything you want can be purchased at reasonable rates. Overall a worthwhile experience that I would recommend to anyone who might be thinking about a stay over in San Francisco. Devamı

Having stayed at the Hilton many times I was disappointed to find that this time my room did not include free breakfast. We have stayed at the Hilton since my sister lives in Emeryville. I love that it is so close to her home as well as the Bay Bridge so travel to San Francisco is literally minutes away via car or BART. I was told that I did not purchase […] the travel package that included the breaksfast but I know this was not a special package in the past. I would still stay at this hotel despite that because the value is great and although the breaksfast was about $13 it is a delicious buffet. Devamı

I booked the hotel in part because of the free breakfast. Otherwise I would have used one of the other Hilton Hotel Chains that do offer that ammenity. I was told that the booking did not include breakfast. Other than that, the stay was very pleasent.

At the beginning of our check in the was some confusion about our room type but Jeremy at the front desk was so awsome and helpful that he got it taken care of and made our stay the best so far. We both are very happy with everything in this hotel the people were just great and made us feel right at home. I stayed 2 nights with my 7 family members. When checking in the staff was very kind and made a great effort to arrange our room in the same level with a great view. I'm very thanks for his assistants. the rooms are very cozy, clean and nice view. I don't know there are microoven and refrigerater till entering the room. they are very useful for family […] travel. We were in town for a Lacrosse Tournament, the location was perfect, much cheaper than SF. Parking was only $5 and right next to the Bay Bridge. We had a comfortable nights sleep with great pillows.

They gave my husband and I two double beds when we researved a king bed. They did not tell us this and we did not know until we got to the room. When we called they were unapologetic.

Great location for parents and friends who are attending Berkeley commencement. Nice neighborhood in Emeryville, and good location right next to Bay Bridge! You can see the Bay Bridge and Golden Gate Bridge from the hotel, too!

This location is great because it's near a lot of good places.
