This hotel was great - from the service to the pools. I would definetly stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Right on the Bay downtown. Rooms are basic, but the hotel location is awesome.

This hotel is excellent!! The room with the king bed ended up being a suite. Huge room and great view. Wonderful place.

The Hotel is not new but for sure is in great condition. It has great facilities, 3 pools one of them is eatead and too more and in adition there are 5 more pools for adults. You have direct access to beach. Rooms are comfortable and you are in the Costera very close to everything. You can walk to shoping plazas and you have two big departament stores […] close to you. The hotel was perfect in all sens, the room was very confortable, clean,the view was awesome, its a old building but with renovations, the food was great, pools and beach was nice. We come back for sure next year!!

The stay was amazing at this centrally located hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Will probably stay at the same hotel in future visits.

This was my fourth stay in the ACA Crowne Plaza in the last 2 1/2 years. It is truly a nice hotel in what I believe is a safe location in ACA. Close to a grocery store, nice beach, clean rooms, good service, 6 pools. For the price a real bargain. will go again.

Spent fall break with my friends at this hotel. Definitely recommend it. Reasonable price and great service. The hotel has their authorized taxi and we happen to meet one very awesome taxi that highlights our trip. He can be the best tour guide among all the taxi drivers i have ever know.

It was very comfortable and directly on the beach. There was a slight problem at check in (computer didn't recognize that I had already paid for 3 people) but it was correctly quickly the next morning. Also minor issues like I had to call for more face and bath towels the first morning cause there weren't any. The hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. […] There is free internet so you can stay connected, the pools are cleaned everyday, the room service is affordable and quick.They also had live music the lobby the Saturday we were there so you can get a taste of free local entertainment. Very helpful staff and the check-out time is perfect- 1pm. They will also give you more time if you need it. Devamı

Perfect! One of the advantages is that there are many pools, so you're more likely to get a spot all for yourself, hehe, which wouldnt happen elsewhere. I could hardly believe such a superb hotel, so close to many nice shops and restaurants would be so cheap! My stay at much more expensive hotels in the posh diamond zone was no better than this one! […] Also, if you stay on the private bit of the beach close to the hotel, you can just relax without being pestered by sellers. The Crowne Plaza Acapulco was very clean but shows the age of being built 50 years ago. The front desk was pleasant but slow as you might expect in Mexico. The concierge was non-existant but the lobby vendors were helpful. The Hotel location is great but the room was functional only. If you don't mind "it works" then this is the place for you. The Positive: Very nice hotel. Great deal. Fantastic View. Clean. Maintenance Service and Housekeeping Service were fast and efficient. Hotel restaurants were also nice and not super expensive. The Negative: The only downside of the room was the noise from the room next-door (the walls are very thin) but that was fixed after a couple of calls to the […] front desk. The fitness room was a nightmare. It did not have air-conditioning (which is really a big deal given the very warm temperature outside). The machines were old and several of them (treadmills & elliptical machines) were broken. In the mornings the fitness room was very crowded, so one would have to wait to use the equipment. Devamı

Nice hotel, big rooms, nice view of the gulf even if you buy a room with some view only. Internet service is not free and it is quite expensive. It is not always clear in the hotel description if you have to pay for Internet.

our room said it had a "partial view" but it was better than I had expected! I thought we'd see a sliver of ocean but our view was great. Nice hotel, great beach access. My one complaint was that our room had a door to connect it to the one next to it and there was NO sound protection to keep us from hearing the neighbors' late night activities (which […] woke us up at about 4 in the morning). If I were to be staying at this hotel again I would request that I be in a room that did not have that door between rooms and then everything would be great. Devamı

Crowne Plaza is a good hotel, with nice accomodations and rooms, have access to the beach and near to a mall named Galerias Diana, near Restaurants and night life. If you go to Acapulco Crowne Plaza is a good option.

I have stayed at numerous Crowne Plaza hotels and I was very disappointed with this hotel. The room leaked water when it rained, the toilet overflowed, the food was marginal, the main pool was closed without telling me in advance, and the staff was not overly friendly.

The hotel has a nice architectural design and is pretty comfortable. The price I paid for the room is unbeatable. It was a great experience for the money. Nonetheless, the needs some renovations as it looks outdated and a little bit damaged by time. In addition, the pool is very small for a hotel of its size.

I will always stay in this hotel.Evrything was excellent, the location, the service in the room and in the restaurants, the pools. Specially a lot of security. I strongly recommend this hotel.

i would never stay at this hotel ever again!!!! I thought by paying a little more I was gonna get better service, but it was the opposite. the service was terribly bad. No towels in the room upon arrival, the phone did not work, so I had to go all the way down to the lobby to ask for some, then had to wait there to get them. I was not able to get any […] rest much less sleep because the person next door was sick all night and the noise. my phone did not work it never got fixed. I left before my check out date and rented another room in another hotel. Do not stay at this hotel!!! Devamı

El hotel está muy limpio, pero los teléfonos para llamar a los cuartos desde la recepción están desgatados. Los números para marcar están prácticamente borrados.

El aspecto exterior del hotel es muy bonito pero por dentro se nota muy antiguo y falto de mantenimiento. DE ninguna manera es de 4 estrellas, las toallas son duras, viejas y hasta con agujeros. La cortina de baño tenia moho y oxido en la parte de arriba, uno de los ojales estaba roto y le hicieron un arreglo improvisado para seguir aprovechando la […] cortina, en lugar de gastar 50 pesos en comprar una nueva. El internet inalambrico en las habitaciones es pésimo y la sala de negocios tienes varias computadoras pero siempre estaba llena de niños jugando a pesar de los letreros que dicen que solo es para mayores de 18 años, pero como no hay nadie que vigile esa disposición, pues era prácticamente imposible acceder al servicio de internet. El plan todo incluido es eficiente, pero la calidad y variedad de la comida y bebida es muy pobre. El servicio de bebidas lo cortan a las 11 de la noche. Lo rescatable de la estancia fue la musica en el lobby bar que es muy buena, el trato amable de los meseros, cocineros y bartenders. Devamı

Meine Frau und ich (beide Ende 40) waren vom 23.12 bis 27.12.2011 im Crowne Plaza in Acapulco. Das Hotel hat 28 Stockwerke und liegt auf der einen Seite mit einer Distanz von ca. 80 Metern an der Hauptverkehrsstrasse, Av. Costera Miguel Aleman und auf der anderen Seite ca. 20 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Wir selbst waren im 28ten Stock untergebracht. […] 5 Fahrstüle im Hotel verfügbar. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und mit TV, Safe, Telefon und einwandfrei funktionierendem kostenfreien WIFI ausgestattet. Der Check-In war etwas träge, wir haben, obwohl nur 1 Paar vor uns war, ca. 20 Minuten für den Check In gebraucht, Sprachen waren Spanisch und Englisch. Über die Verpflegung können wir nichts berichten, da wir ohne Frühstück gebucht hatten. Zum Frühstücken sind wir entweder in ein kleines Restaurant in der näheren Umgebung gegangen (ab ca. 45 Pesos für Kaffee und Früchte oder Enchiladas) oder mit dem Bus (der hält eigentlich überall wenn man sich an die Hauptstrasse stellt und winkt, und kostet ca. 6 Pesos je Fahrt) zu einem Strandrestaurant gefahren, wo das Frühstück ebenfalls ca. 45 Pesos kostet. Busfahren ist allerdings immer ein kleines Abenteuer, da Geschwindigkeits- und Vorfahrtsregeln, usw. (um es freundlich auszudrücken) nur sehr begrenzt eingehalten werden. Am Strand wurden Jet Skies verliehen (ca. 400 Pesos), Parasailing und Kajaks konnte man auch mieten. Schwimmen im Meer war nicht ungefährlich, da an diesem Strandabschnitt teilweise 2 Meter hohe Wellen mit einem starken "Rücksog" auftreten (für Kinder gänzlich ungeeignet). Wir selbst haben bei Ankunft einer solchen Welle 3 Kinder "verschwinden" sehen, die dann aber durch die immer anwesenden Rettungsschwimmer sofort unversehrt aus dem Wasser gefischt wurden. Das Hotel bietet zum Ausgleich aber mehrere Pools an. Geht man aus dem Hotel heraus und geht die Hauptstrasse rechts hinauf, kommt man vorbei an Hotels, Geschäften, Restaurants letzendlich zum Hardrock Cafe und Planet Hollywood (wer's mag). Muy buena ubicación y precio accesible

Las instalaciones son buenas, comodas y completas. El personal es eficiente, pero poco amistoso. Las bebidas y alimentos son caros y malos. Les ercomiendo hospedarse ahi, pero consumir en los muchos buenos negocios que hay en los alrededores.

Si alguna vez tienes la oportunidad de quedarte en éste hotel, no se te ocurra consumir del bar del área de la alberca por que no tienen un extenso surtido de bebidas y las que tienen te las venden CARIIIISSSIIISSIIIIISSIIMMAAASS!!!!!

Vraiment un très bel hotel, nous avons eu une chambre très bien située,avec une vue magnifique. La chambre, tous les jours était équipée de produits de toilette de qualité, de café, etc...L'hotel a plusieurs piscines,,le personnel est très agréable. Attention aux fortes vagues de la plage de l'hotel, il vaut mieux pour se baigner en sécurité, marcher […] jusqu'au drapeau à la plage papagayo. Le seul point négatif, est le parking payant, et le fait d'avoir à attendre, et de "tiper"à chaque sorties pour pouvoir récupérer sa voiture...Sinon, magnifique hotel, une très bonne surprise, pour un prix correct !!!! Magnífica estancia

Nunca más Acapulco en vacaciones escolares !!!!! Por fortuna el hotel tiene un sector, Club Oasis, para mayores de 17 años que cumplió contodas las expectativas de relax y descanso para mayores, muy bien atendida en el bar, situado en el 3er.piso

En su tiempo, hace 20 años era de los mejores en Acapulco, hoy le falta una remodelación tanto en las habitaciones como en las instalaciones de albercas y playa, comparado con hoteles modernos sus albercas son pequeñas y los bares en ellas están muy descuidados, el precio en alimentos es elevado considerando la calidad de los mismos, su buffet de desayuno […] te ofrece lo mismo que cualquier restaurant de madiano hacia abajo en Acapulco pero a menos de la mitad de precio. Por lo demás la atención de los empleados es excelente. Además de la ubicación privilegiada en el centro de la Costera. Devamı
