Ramada Inn Bradley Airport - Windsor Locks

No only very good located but also have a good shuttle service and parking lot.

Our recent stay at this hotel was comfortable. The room furnishings were very dated and worn, but clean. Our beds were comfortable and the front desk was very helpful and polite. A decent stay for the price and shuttle to BDL.

Have stayed here many times when we travel. Enjoy the park and fly availability

Close to the airport, nice shuttle service and parking facility. The room was clean and the service is good but overnight a lot of noise coming from the hall and from the others rooms.

This is a very old hotel. The rooms and carpet are out of date and the whole hotel smells like old cigarette smoke. The bed was (well lets just say you could have slept on the ground and got the same comfort). The bar inside the hotel was not bad the wait staff was very friendly. For the price I would not stay at this hotel again.

Comfortable 3 star hotel. Clean. Well maintained. Not "wow!." It's an older building but kept up fairly well. Rooms have sliding glass door to the outside. Smokers step out to smoke on balconies of non-smoking rooms, so smoke filters into the halls but our room did not smell like smoke. Hotel was a capacity during our stay. Dirty, outdated. Plus they charged extra to Park.

When arriving my wife and two daughters had to wait 10 minutes to check in. The clerk had to finish their cigarette. The room was marginally clean (there was a fruit stem sitting on the bed cover). When arriving about from the event for the second night, the room was not cleaned, beds were not made with no clean towels. For the price I would expect […] the room to be cleaned. Overall cleanliness of public and private areas is poor. Our room had 3 washclothes and one towel at arrival. One of the beds had one fitted sheet and no topsheet, the bedskirt had an obvious spill on it, the second bed had the blankets haphazardly spread across the bed leading me to be unsure if the sheets had been changed. The morning after our first […] night I asked for the top sheet when the bed was changed and when we returned the top sheet had not been replaced! We requested more towels twice, each bed had two cheap pillows that did not support your head, we requested more pillows and staff were reluctant but we did get them eventually. We went to the Pub and Grille to have dinner and stood by a dirty table (they were all dirty) for ten minutes and were never greeted or seated by staff. Returned to our room and ordered 2- BLT 's 90 minutes later they were delivered , cold and my children were asleep. Went for morning swim there were no towels in pool area. Devamı

This is definitely not a high end hotel. But, the staff was helpful and friendly, the bed was comfortable and everything seemed to work ok. For one or two nights, its fine.

This hotel has a great location. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not very clean. Customer service was lacking. However, the rate was great.

I checked in on a reservation made weeks before when there was no heat, electricity or hot water. The staff did provide an extra blanket and flashlight, and escorted us to our rooms when the electronic locks failed. But the staff was not being updated on current events by their owner or local authorities. When lights finally came on in the neighborhood, […] they could not tell us when the hotel would receive them as well (buildings on both sides of this hotel had electricity restored before they did). There was no power or heat due to freak snow storm. No fault of hotel. We got two flashlights to get around.

overall the week stay was ok. The building needs some tlc. the screen door in our roon was torn where someone tried to break in. Being a sports bar near the lobby it was very busy every night. All in all it was ok because we were out most of the time.

Close to airport. Left car at the hgotel for the week. Took hotel bus to airport and the bus will also pick us up.

I happened to talk with the manager in the hotel bar / restaurant. He asked me about my stay. I mentioned everything was fine except... he immediately had it corrected and followed up through out my stay. Excellent personal service - I appreciated it!

Very nice Hotel, a little older but in very good condition, The staff was nice and the attached restaurant/sports bar was very comfortable. ( it rained thewhole time i was there so there was little else to do) Pricing was very reasonable and the rooms were comfortable (abitstiff on the mattress but thats okay). Overall well worth it.

This hotel is very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was well maintained. The hotel is a bit older so don't expect a brand new hotel. The pool look really nice, but was closed by the time we got to the hotel. If you are flying out of Bradley this is a good place to stay.

This hotel has gotten really run down to the point that I will not stay here anymore. Room door latches that do not work properly, that have to be giggled in a specific fashion to open a door. Big safety issue with this, getting out of the room in the event of a fire for example! Outside security doors do not latch, you can just walk in.

Hotel is near airport and easy to get to. Alot of area places to eat. Hotel was old and outdated and had an open attached "sports" bar. Room was large and had a couch, bed was just old and uncomfortable that I woke up in pain. For the price it was doable for one day.

This property is fine for a quick one night stay to grab an early morning flight. However, it is in desperate need of refurbishment. Hallways and rooms reek of old cigarette smoke, the pillows are so old the fill has turned into little beads, and the sheets are rough to the touch. Surprised Ramada has kept it's name affiliated with the property.

Two and a half stars is about right. I chose this hotel because I was by myself and looking for a lower rate, and am not bothered by something less than ideal. (Don't mind sleeping in a tent in the Yosemite high country.) But my wife would not have preferred the facility.

An older hotel, showing some age, but what it lacks in polish, it made up for in very attentive and friendly staff. Not for long stays, but for a night or two when you need to connect with a flight, it's a good, comfortable value.

The staff are always friendly and helpful! Room is comfortable, food is good. Have returned here many times and am always satisfied.

The only complaint about this hotel was the pillows were not comfortable. Too worn out. Everything else was great. The kids loved that they had the option of the indoor and outdoor pool to swim in.

It's very close to the interstate. I was able to bring my dog without an additional fee, but there was a used condom wrapper on the floor by bed and an early morning fire alarm issue. The cost was good for my emegency trip to CT. Would recommend in a pinch, however I may look longer for somewhere else to stay when I return.

The hotel was okay. The staff was pretty pleasant. No complaints.

I stay in lots of hotels. This was a run of the mill low end place. Staff was very friendly. The building is older and could be updated (I think they are working on some rooms, but mine wasn't one of them!) The outside of the hotel is very nice! I would stay here again for work while trying to save money, but it won't be my first choice for comfort […] or vacation! Devamı

Left a very nice nightgown on the bathroom door hook and housekeeping could not find it just a few hours later when I called. The non-smoking room smelled as though someone had smoked in it.

For the price I would have assumed a bit better accomodations but they were under and multiple areas with tarps and clutter. Should call ahead to see if complete. I think more hotels should alert people to these things when booking. Wallpaper in room was coming off wall. Bed was standard but room booking stated deluxe. No biggie to me but for some complaints […] could be worse. Devamı
