Our room was lean and nice. The indoor pool was not heated and was very cold. It was not child friendly as the whole pool was 5 feet deep. The hot tub was low on water the two and a half days we were there, and water constantly splashed up in our faces. We couldn't stay in it. We also didn't like the large basket of snacks and drinks that looks like […] complimentary items but in fact were things you could buy at very expensive prices. We had our grandsons, ages 7 and 9, with us and that basket was the source of constant conflict. We went out and bought snacks and a case of water for less than two items out of the basket. The bar woudl not allow our 17 year old son to have dinner -- but otehrwise the hotel was vry nice and the staff was pleasant. Shuttle bus driver was great.

Clean and comfortable. One elevator broke down so it was a hassle with only one elevator working. Room was spacious and breakfast was good.

GREAT! Indoor pool, hot tub, jacuzzi, sauna, the room was clean and spacious and a great deal, and the cooked to order breakfast was miraculous!

Truly relaxing atmosphere; so glad we stayed there. We do plan to return again soon when shopping at Dallas Market Center because it's away from the Market area crowds. Quiet surroundings, no street noise, interior is pretty and lower area, with all the live plants, makes you feel like you are in a court yard.

The list of "pros" is too long to type out, there were a couple of quibbling "cons" but nothing major and no deal breakers. The suite was very comfortable and the view from the top floor was great too, Plano looks really nice from up there. The water temperature seems to have a governor or regulator to avoid scalding so you won't be able to steam your […] shirt in the bathroom. This is the second time that I have used Embassy Suites and they have been grea both times.The hotel is good for the price you pay. Having an indoor pool and the complimentary breakfast is great with three kids. The breakfast is very good since you get to choose from omlettes to however you want your eggs to be made. we often stay at emb. ste. In addition to the indoor pool for the kids it had a steam room for me. the bath was a little larger than most, and more than enough towels for the six of us. Access and parking good. for us it was just an overnight on our road trip, but very relaxing.

I love this hotel, my stay was great I have no complaints.

This was such a Great Stay! Didn't expect how Large this suite was, it had a separate living room from the bedroom and in between was a bar set up for coffee or tea and a fridge and microwave! It had a TV 32 in in the livingroom/eating area and in the bedroom, the beds were comfortable and very nice and clean. The service was really good, the staff […] so friendly. They even had a Happy Hour with free drinks and chips, free shuttle to the airport, and the restaurant had really good food. It was really a Great Experience and was Reasonable on Price I will stay there again next visit to Dallas. Devamı

Hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and very quiet even tho we were literally across the road from Love Field.The breakfast was delicious and the manager's reception was nice. it's close to our favorite restaurants and plenty of places to shop. We will definitely stay there again.

Had a wonderful time! Comfortable beds, great workout room, great indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room! Delicious breakfast! Manager's reception could have been a little more kid-friendly as far as snacks, but it was still good. We would definately stay here again!

The room was very clean and comfortable.Always enjoyed staying with Embassy Suites and the breakfast was great.

It must say that I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. This was my 3rd stay of the year and probably my last ever. The pillow case must have not been changed from the last guest! So I pretty much sleep in a bed with someone else blood on the pillow! Makes me sick to my stomach! Upon checking out I informed the front desk of the problem and I was told "Okay I Will Let Housekeeping Know Goodbye"! No I'm sorry or what can I do to satisfy you just pretty much Goodbye! So, I'm old enough to serve in the military, but on my way home on my first leave, I can't rent a hotel room because I'm not 21 and your hotel serves alcohol but doesn't have a better way of checking ID? What's wrong with this picture? I needed a bed to sleep in; I wasn't asking for a drink! You might want to re-think your policies!

great family hotel!!!!!!close to everyone I know in dallas and i got family everywhere!!!! I usually stay there every two months and have always been treated good by staff and everyone

I really loved this Embassy Suite. Rooms looked new, they were very clean and the staff was fantastic. Breakfast , as always at Embassy Suites, was great. If you go away hungry, it's your fault. We took the hotel shuttle over to the loop 12 restaurants in stead of driving. The driver was fantastic. Makes it nice when you can enjoy a beer and not worry […] on the way back. This Embassy Suites was just as well laid out, clean and friendly as the other ES that we have stayed in. The only complaint I ever have about them is that they charge for Wi-Fi connections. As with others they have a manager's reception in the evening and a great breakfast.

Great hotel! Clean! Friendly staff! Nice happy hour surprise! Restaurant food was good. Breakfast buffet was a nice experience with an omelet bar. The guests were friendly which enhanced the overall experience.

Very good clean hotel. Good staff. Outstanding amenities such as breakfast and evening cocktails. Excellent exercise room adjacent to swimming pool and change rooms. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel drivers were fabulous....very informative of entertainment and restaurants...I would definitely visit again!!

Convenient location, extremely quiet, helpful staff and great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Had pleasant experience

Although hotel was nice, we had a hard time celebrating the birthday of my moms 75th birthday due to security giving us a hard time. How disturbing can a niche of old fold be to be pulled aside and told we are disturbing the peace. We had a small group and needless to say not very loud. It was a little over kill.

The rooms were great, typical of Embassy Suites. The breakfast buffet was a huge disappointment. The buffets were neglected with very little selection and seldom replenished. The staff was absent to keep the tables cleared and cleaned for other guests. The decor was dated and in need of serious cleaning. Only 2 elevators for 12 floors with one having […] mechanical issues. Several occasions, had to use the stairs due to the long lines and long waits for the elevator. Great hotel -- King suite with a very comfortable bed! Another room with a sofa bed, occasional chair and also a dining table with 4 chairs. All the room we needed. Took my grandkids -- ages 12, 14, 21, and a 3-1/2 year old great grandson and we had a wonderful time swimming in the indoor pool and using the sauna, hot tub, and steam room. The room was nice and clean, But the hotel smelled like chlorine through the whole hotel and oldness.. The people and staff were not very friendly either. The enviroment was very uncomfortable, Was not able to take children to pool area bc it was packed.. Maybe it was the timing we stayed, but we will not stay at this hotel again.

Very nice hotel. breakfast was wonderful. room very comfortable and easy to relax in. bed was not too high off te ground. plenty of room and places to sit.

Never received a call back from the front desk. Let the phone ring for more then 2 minutes. I had to go down 7 floors to the office (2 people, no guests) wonder why phone rang 2 minutes. They sent the finest support person I have encountered! He labored to assist yet could not help he ran downstairs and brought a fan back. For 3 nights I had to endure […] this heat and not one call from the front desk! At the prices they charge you would think they would at least care about customer comfort. The heat was one thing but the complete lack of customer service. I think the people at walmart would even care enough to check in on a guest in trouble but not this crew! Great weekend hotel good service and great price on hotels.com if in north dallas your are 15 min from everywhere

The staff was more than accommodating. I arrived early and they gave me a room before the normal check-in time. The shuttle was made available, and recommendations were made for dinner and other nearby attractions. I will definitely go back if I have the chance.

Traveled with husband, 1 yr old, 5 yr old & 8 yr old. Hotel service was outstanding, the complimentary breakfast with made-to-order omlets were great as well as the complimentary happy hour. Our nightly rate was about 25% less than their rack rate and the hotel comp'd us the crib for all three nights without us even asking for it. Whohoo!

Very nice and comfortable. I love staying here.. only downer was the room smeledl of mold that was only negtive thing.

Only complaint is happy hour/reception. The only food was stale tortilla chips and salsa. No veggies, no hot food. I know it's an extra over other hotels, but it appeared they barely made an effort.
