Radisson Plaza Hotel San Jose Airport - San Jose

When we arrived, we were given a double bed room, when we had requested a King bed. We were not told that it was a double bed while checking in; when I got downstairs, they just told me that there weren't any rooms available, and that was it. They were not very friendly or apologetic about the inconvenience. We were then woken up at 6am by a delivery […] truck throwing out their cargo, and slamming doors. Then again at 7am when the jack hammering and construction was going on outside. We did not get any sleep. It was the most awful stay at a hotel. When I spoke to the desk clerk upon check out, they didn't really seem to care. They didn't offer any compensation or accommodations, even though they have "Satisfaction garuntee" signs EVERYWHERE! I wouldn't stay here again--due to poor customer service & loud construction. We left very tired. Devamı

Hotel is near airport with shuttle service. Our stay was for one night as we were traveling on to another city. The room was comfortable and clean. One of the Sleep Number beds worked. The control seemed to be dead on the other. If we were staying longer, we would have resolved the problem, but we just wanted to get to bed as we had to get up early […] and leave the next morning. I had not stayed in a Radisson in a long, long time. I'm not sure this property could be considered one of their best, but it is super convenient (five minutes!) from the SJC airport which was important to me with my very early flight out. The location to the freeways is awesome as well. The light rail is also within a block or two though I did not […] use it. While the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, the decor could use some modernizing help and a few repairs and some upkeep are in order. The restaurant was not very good in my experience and the bar was not appealing to me. I was also there on a Saturday and Sunday night and I expect the experience would be different during the week with a fuller hotel and business people about. It fit my needs for this trip in the end though and the price on the weekend was good. Devamı

Noisy, drunk hotel guests left my mother-in-law unable to sleep. Hotel did nothing to silence them. Sleep number bed in the room did not work. Very disappointed.

A nice and clean hotel with professional and friendly service.

After a 6 Hour Drive the bed felt very comfortable the sheets were so Crisp they felt like they were new.

This is the Hotel me and my Fiance recently got Engaged @ this past November! so we are always Happy to stay here! thanks

Every thing that could go wrong, did. Maid service left dirty clothing from another guess on the floor, sliding glass door could not close all the wayand we didn't have coffee, soap or shampoo in the room. At the end of the trip, Friday, we forgot an item in the room and called many times to track it down at the Front Desk and housekeeping. We kept […] getting bounched around and placed on hold and no one wanted to help. When I ask to speak to a Manager, I was told there was no one on the property and one would be available on Monday and if I wanted to I could leave a voice mail. Only issue I had was that the sliding glass door to the room didn't close completely and you could hear all the noise in the parking lot and the bowling alley next door.

The room was comfortable but not as clean as I would have liked, The numbers bed was devine though.

The stay was good. The onmly problem was that the balcony door in the room did not close all the way and let cold air in through the night. This made things uncomfortable.

The desk lamp did not work the moment we checked in and they never replaced it. The smoke detector in our room would go off each time the shower door was opened and steam left the bathroom. In the 4 days we were there, the alarm sounded 6 times yet the front desk only called up to the room 1 time. I would never return to that hotel no matter what.

Nice room with sleep number beds. Quiet night. Would stay again and again.

We like the hotel but the sleep-number bed never seems to work.....it didn't in the room we last stayed in either.........nice bar area......nice office and entry area too.............helpful staff

I used the Radisson in San Jose because I felt this was a quality hotel. I was wrong! The man at the front desk was surly and snottily asked if I really wanted a room with two beds, I was sharing a room with my sister. There was a loud party in a room down one floor that was so loud the walls were shaking and you could hear the music clearly. The shower […] faucet leaked, fixtures looked old and worn. I have to say for what I paid this was not the best hotel... the jacuzzi tub i upgraded for didnt work and the hotel would not refund my money and I also ordered breakfast in the morning that did not come... I was very disappointed...

I stayed in rm 209. I would recommend staying away from rms ending from 13-07, since they are right below the trash bldg. A little bit of noise early in the morning. Room was nice. A little short on hot water. Shower was warm but couldn;t get it to hot. TV was an old 25-27: picture tube. Wireless was nice and adequate on speed. RSVP 44 (restaurant) […] had a really good and simple breakfast. Not bad for dinner, certainly wasn't crowded. Shuttle service was great and the staff was very attentive. Overall nice stay, not great but not too scary a neighborhood. Good deal for the money. Devamı

No hot water for shower, construction across the street at 7 in the morning. Horrible customer service.

We just used the hotel for one night for an early morning flight out. It was very clean, welcoming and convenient. It took 5 minutes to get to the rental car return from the hotel. Can't beat that.

Slept on the sleep number bed...no matter what setting-I went all the way down to 15...wouldn't set lower....It was hard as a rock. I might as well of slept on the floor. Stick have a stiff shoulder/neck. Wouldn't reccomend this hotel unless you like a firm mattress. The rest of the hotel was fine. Pleasant staff-clean room. Just need maintenance work […] on the beds which I understand do need a fair amount of upkeep. Devamı

diffecult to find. many twists and turns. All employees were very friendly. Located in area that there is not much to do, luckily freeway is just 2 blocks away.

We love staying here and appriciate the new upgrades to the hotel. Great staff!

The best thing about the hotel was there beds. They have the ones that you can choose what number you want your bed to be. Soft or hard and I slept really good.

The hotel is in a desperate need for repairs. Carpet in the room has gone down to threads in some area. The glasses supplied for water are plastic, normally supplied by very low end hotels.

the room was okay for the price. I just stayed one night. The lobby is really nice and the rooms are plain, but clean. I would stay again.

if you like dirty /smelly hotels this is the hotels this is for you. front desk clerks were rude and was yelling spanish to each other. The sleep comfort bed was broken, sheets smelled like they were not washed and the television had poor reception. Upscale hotel but dated and worn furnishings do not add to comfort or confidence. Room amenity instructions missing or dated.

Pros : Friendly and helpful staff , clean room , nice bar and restaurant Cons : No frig , microwave in rooms , no free breakfast Probably won't stay there again

This hotel is better than the surrounding hotels for the price. It has everything I need for this particular trip.

Old and tired, poor front desk staff

Overall a very nice hotel. Only problem was the terribly slow internet access. Other than that it is a nice place to stay.

bed sheet is dirty, found a couple of hairs on bed.

the room had a Sleep # Bed. i have never slept on one before. the 1st night was okay. the second night the bed broke, with one side as a sink whole and the other side a high flat top. i asked mngt. to fix before my last night's stay. Nothing was done, nothing was offered. my last night sleep wasn't very good. I won't be going back.

My dad was in the hospital and I was unable to check in before 12:45 a.m. The parking garage did not feel safe. The person at the desk was helpful but since there was no one else working at the unsecured parking garage, I was nervous from the time I left mu car until the time I reached the hotel. The person at the desk commented that a lot of women […] had expressed the same fears. When I walked to my car the next morning, there was a used condom by the door of my car. I would not stay there again. The person at the desk was kind and helpful but he was only one person and was unable to leave the front desk. More personnel and security in the garage would have made it a more enjoyable stay. The lobby is beautiful, but the rooms are old and musty...definitely in need of a remodel. Devamı

Hotel is out dated, not the best neighborhood but ok for an overnite stay

One of my fav. hotels in San Jose. Near to shops and breakfast is great. Only thing is price for this hotel seems like getting more and more expensive which is losing me as a customer to hotels nearby.
