Great location with beach access. Conveniently located. Hotel staff were fantastic, restaurant staff as well. Hotel could use some TLC. Power surge caused some room key and telephone malfunctions but the staff was superb.

We certainly arrived on a bad day.They waited till we'd checked in and then told us there was a problem with the key-cards - they weren't working, so a staff member, for whom English was not a first language, would let us into our room - the wrong room, to start with - despite our protestations - still, we got the right room - a great view out over […] the Atlantic - from a very tired room with noisy air con. We didn't like the mandatory service charge of $12 + tax for valet parking and coffee and internet and 2 bottles of water - We much rather that was included in the daily rate - to show the "real" rate you are paying - and another $12 on the shown rate wouldn't have put us off. Won't return to this one - it really does need some money spending on it - and, when they've renovated it, I'd suggest they spent a little on customer service training behind the front desk, too. The Valets could probably teach the desk staff a little. Devamı

The location and view from the hotel is amazing. The intercoastal and ocean view is perfect for relaxation. But the rooms are extremely old and the only updates to the rooms was the TV

The staff couldn't have been nicer. But the building including the room needs to be redone. It is definetly showing its age.

Most Hotels world wide would love to share the gorgeous water views and the proficient staff that welcomes and treats their guest with such pleasantry. Management displays extraordinary customer service and front desk,wait staff,and room service and maintenance follow the same excellent manner. Beautiful view, great price, one block from the beach. What more could you ask for? If I had to do it again, I definitely would.

We had a wonderful, relaxing, and safe experience at Boca Bridge. It was a welcome refuge during a stressful time in our lives.

Old, rusty, weathered. Dirty (slimy and rusty) showers, candy and wrappers under trashcans and in fold out...uninhabitable couch. No manager on duty to talk to and wasn't going there with front desk clerks.....they deserve better for $10 an hour. Rest. has good food at reasonable prices and amazing views. Pool is VERY SMALL and was "out of order" one […] day of 3. Have stayed in beeter motrl 6's and best westerns for 1/2 the price. Devamı

It pains me to say it, but I was not at all satisfied with the condition of the hotel. The carpeting in my room was dirty, the bathroom was cramped and smelled of an old, dirty mop that may have been used to clean the floor, the beds were lumpy, and the overall condition in most of the hotel was rundown. Hotel appears to not have been properly maintained in years. 1st room was disgusting, moved to another room, one of their "VIP" suites...not much better. Stains on furnishings and bedding. Many things broken and dirty. Looks like in it's day it may have been very nice, but it is surprising that the health dept. does not close them now. The building […] itself offers fantastic views...such a waste, when you leave, you feel like you need a shower. We booked here because we were attending a show (The Duprees) in their lounge. The hotel never looked better. It is not a new place. Had 2 Penthouse rooms with fab views, quiet halls, lovely bedding, in-room stuff was just fine(coffee, shampoo quality etc). Desk helpful when my daughter had a school document to print. Restaurant was hit or miss, but ambiance on the water and pools was great. The Front Desk people were not helpful, the room had gnats/ants, the tub would not drain, the toilet handle was stuck then broke completely, the furnishings were very old, the bathroom was extremely small, the air conditioner did not work, the beach was a 5 minute walk away. B-day getaway, was everything i wanted and more. Room was stationed in the perfect location, got a chance to be in the most romantic setting. I recommend room 318 for anyone visiting. Loved my stay, I will be returning!

The location is great and the views from the hotel are fantastic. The open air restaurant overlooking the inter coastal does okay food with great views and friendly service. The room was a bit seedy and ready for refreshing - the AC wasn't working although they were dealing with it while I was there, the TV didn't work and the decor is a bit dated. […] But, I'll trade the oldish room for the great location and views any day. Really enjoyed our recent stay at the Boca Bridge Hotel. Top of the Bridge restaurant is top notch and Watercolors restaurant is highly recommended for more casual dining. Just be sure that if you have any special requests, you contact the hotel directly--not Hotels.com. The location is fantastic and if you enjoy the water, the view is amazing.

We arrived late in the evening to a Suite with a broken air conditioning unit. I really do believe that when I informed the front desk that they were very much aware of the problem in that room.

Very nice hotel and convenient to beach. Beautiful views from balconies.

Nice place, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings. We will definitely stay there again and recommend to others. Room was nice, view was amazing. Cleaning needs some attention to detail, clean around the baseboards too much dust and polish all bathroom fixtures and toilet, change lightbulbs. Attention to detail.

this hotel is on the intercoastal, the restuarants are welcoming but the place could use a face lift maybe some flowering baskets of the blaconies.

Great location for walking, running, ocean, parks,sightseeing. Top notch restaurants with fantastic views and music. Nice pool area but not for kids. Excellent valet service. Small rooms but comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. Room lacked refrig., safe, microwave. Maid service was not good and small but annoying problems existed like plugged drains, […] broken ice bucker cover, broken brickwork on terrace(but fantastic view), sliding doors off track, battery dead on TV remote. My stay was very nice at Boca Bridge Hotel. I enjoyed the view, location to the beach, and pool. The food in the lobby restaurant was good and decently priced. The location to Boca Raton Beach was convenient and it is only about a mile from Deer Field Beach. Only Complaints were, one, the Key Cards for the rooms. They kept getting demagnetized and […] had to make several trips to the lobby on a coupe of occasions before they worked. Two, ocean side has a bridge that opens on demand to boats entering and exiting the lake. There is a bell/alarm that goes off when opening that kept waking me in the morning. Devamı

This is my 8th year staying at the Boca Bridge Hotel. I get a suite so my husband and 2 children are in one room. They can stay on the sleep sofa and in the other room we had two queen size beds so there is plenty of room. The only minor thing I don't love is the size of the pool. It is so small but it is never crowded so you have plenty of room and […] they play the best music while your out laying on the lounge chair. The hotel was tired. Although the rooms were clean, there were knobs missing from the dresser and all the outside room doors had marks from the cleaning cart. We were also charged an additional $12 per night resort fee for activities we had no intention of using. The hotel billed these charges separately. I would not stay there again

Everything was as expected. Quick check-in, clean room, great service, beautiful pool with convenient bar and restaurant near by. Great restaurant at the top of the Bridge. The food was delicious!

This botique hotel offers a great location close to downtown Boca Raton within walking distance to the beach. The views of either Lake Boca or the Atlantic Ocean are great from any room. I think the staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful the friendliest. I think the rooms are very average and the bathrooms should be renovated. I think they are starting to look real shabby

The hotel is very run down and old and it will take quite a bit of remodeling to make it better. Noisy air conditioner (so bad I had to turn it off), dirty and worn carpets, bathtub dingy, walls dirty. The only positive was the staff who were friendly, nice and helpful.

My stay for at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were great and the room was lovely. Trying to find the location of the hotel threw me off a bit but beyond this it is located a very short walk from the beach and I had a spectacular intracostal view.

The location was great and views from the restaurant and room was great. I did have issues with my AC unit in my room but nothing terrible. Also park at your own risk. I did not use the valet service and parked in the general parking and somebody backed into my car and scratched it up. Other than that very pleasant for a business trip.

Arrived at 1015 pm, the bellman was rude , everyone else was excellent!!

The hotel is right by the water, which was a big determining factor in my decision to stay there. We had a few of the water from our room, which is always nice. If you drive a couple miles down Ocean Blvd you can find some nice restaurants and bars. The surrounding neighborhood seemed very good. I did not appreciate the additional $12.00 surcharge on my bill. I would have been fine had this been disclosed up front when I booked. It was just an additional way of the hotel beefing up their rate.
