Attended a wedding in New Albany, the hotel was very accommodating and clean. Great place and I will definitely stay here again.
"Comfy But Pricey for the Smell"
The bed and linens were very nice however the room had a faint musty smell. I always travel w/ incense and candles so that took care of it. Loved that it was so close to so many eating choices. We called down to the front desk for extra pillows and a blanket but we never received them.

Seriously - on the Ohio River. You can take your car or even walk to Louisville from here. Great hotel in great condition with a great staff. I can't say anything negative!

"Best in Jeffersonville"
The hotel was clean, neat, all the brass and chrome was polished, the glass was immaculate. We were really impressed how well maintained it was when we arrived. Our room was perfect. Every thing was in its place! The starbucks coffee packets for the in-room coffee maker were a real treat. It was especially nice that the hotel is literally connected […] to a very nice sports bar, and a fine dining restaurant which ate at. It is an easy walk from your hotel room to the restaurant. The restaurant was packed on Saturday night but well worth the wait. We had a great view of the Ohio River and Louisville from our table. Can't beat it for convenience and good food when staying in Jeffersonville. Devamı

"Great hotel if not on 2nd floor"
This is a great hotel. Hands down one of the best . I happen to stay on the second floor behind the elevator. The bar is on the second floor. Heard people all night until 3 in the morning talking loudly. Other then that, hotel is great. Very clean and staff is exceptionally nice. Will stay there again, but not on second floor....:)

Hotel was perfectly located on the Indiana side of Louisville, away from the traffic and other problems that comes with a big city. The girl at the front desk was as friendly as pit bull, and the maid keep coming to our room while we were trying to pack to get out. But overall a very nice place to stay.

"Would stay here again"
We stayed one night here, would have liked to stay longer and go to the restaurants nearby. The hotel is very close to the dinner theater and we already had reservations. The room was comfortable and quiet, pretty clean except the carpet could use a little more attention. We stayed in the upgraded room so had access to the private lounge and went there […] also for breakfast. I don't usually pay for upgrades but since there was no charge for parking the upgrade was still within our budget. We had a view of the riverfront so it was very nice. Comfortable overnight stay. The pool area was clean, but smelled of chlorine. Definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The host were very helpfull and delightfull. It was close to alot of attractions and resturants, most were within walking distance. The bathroom was a little small but I would definetly stay there again. WF

Clean, nice decor and comfy. Toilet rocked when sat upon - a little annoying. This made it seem more like a cheap hotel than a Sheraton. But that is the only complaint.

"Comfortable, clean, convenient"
We stayed for the Breeder's Cup weekend and the staff was very tuned in to the many people who were in town for the event. They delivered the next day's program at our door each overnight--no morning paper available though. Breakfast buffet available in the lobby, while convenient, was overpriced. Exercise room minimal, no TV viewing from machines. […] But overall very comfortable and spacious room/bathroom, positive experience. Devamı
"Sheraton Riverfront Hotel Louisville, Kentucky"
First of all, you are stuck out in the middle of nowhere, in Jeffersonville, Indiana, and must drive anywhere you want to go. You are surrounded by industrial buildings. Secondly, this is a very outdated Sheraton. The building faces the wrong direction, so even if you are "lucky" enough to get a river view room, as I was on my return to Louisville from […] Nashville later in the week, you see the river out of only a corner of the window. Not very much shows. The rooms are barely bigger than a Rodeway Inn or Holiday Inn. No bathtub. Only a shower. The closet latch was broken beyond simple repair, and when I touched it, I got grease all over my hands. The soap and shampoos where like those in a Rodeway Inn, and were simply labeled "soap" and "shampoo". (No high-end designer soaps here!) The ice machines are on odd-numbered floors, and the vending machines on even. So I had to go up the stairs to get to an ice machine, in my bathrobe. This hotel is just a run of the mill, midwest hotel, charging big city prices. A real rip off. Devamı

"Sheraton Louisville Riverside Hotel - great!"
I just want to say this is one of the nicest hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel was lovely, location was great and personnel went out of their way. Our son participated in the 2010 Kentucky Ironman along with a number of other guests staying at this hotel. "Hidden Gem Across the River"
I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Jeffersonville IN. I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent condition andf cleanliness of the hotel. This Sheraton is just across the river from DT Louisville. The staff and room are excellent. Will definitely stay there again during my next visit there.

Easy access from University of Louisville, hotel just needed information in room on surrounding area. Hotel check in staff was very friendly, no complaints. Room was pretty clean, quiet halls.

The hotel is newly renovated. Looks beautiful and so very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for Louisville. Price and value were outstanding. I will definitely stay here again.

The facility was very well maintained and very clean. The amenities and location were outstanding. My only improvement would in the breakfast. Most hotels in this category offer a free hot breakfast very similar to the breakfast served here. And most have waffle-makers! Also, vending machines for drinks/snacks were basically non-existent, and nothing […] was offered the the little commissary area.
