I like the hospitality of hotel employers. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely would come back and stay this hotel. Your hotel was easy to find and there are lots of stores by your area. Only problem was your shower. When i took shower, sometimes the hot water wouldnt come out as much. Everything was quite fine except for the shower which literally only put out enough water to get a sprinkling - perhaps the water savers should be removed which will result in shorter shower times and less frustration.

On the 27th 28th April 2012. They were doing construction for 2 days from 7am until 2pm and no communication at all. Very noisey hammering and drilling horrible.I called the front desk and finally they moved me to another room.I missed my flight Due to lack of sleep so I had to stay an extra day. It wasn't bad, and I would stay here again. No major issues. The ice machine near my room was broken at the time, so I had to walk to the other side...a man was fixing the broken one by the time I got back. The machine was kinda loud by my room. Hotel was clean it really needs updating. It's a little noisy as it is almost right under the freeway. The parking was fine.

I was satified with my room. It was clean and comfortable...it is a good deal if you're looking for somewhere inexpensive, but you do get what you pay for, its not incrediably fancy. But like I said I was satisfied.

The guy at the counter was a A hole bad attitude.When i got my room keys and going to the room several police officers were walking bye from a room i asked if this place was safe they said its not a good area. As far as the room mold in bathroom , bathroom door was falling apart it would pull apart as you closed it then it wouldn't re open, the towel […] racks we off and it had a horrible smell in the room. This hotel is like putting your bed in the middle of the freeway and trying to sleep you are right next to a major freeway and in the Burbank airport flight path is right over you its a horrible hotel and I travel a lot but the worst of all was the guy at the counter when we checked in I would never ever stay here again and if you read this and stay here anyway well you have been warned. Stayed for 2 nights. picked this place for the price and proximity to Universal. Well.. you get what you pay for. Super old property that needs a lot of upkeeping. The location is not great, except for the ease to get on the freeway. Requested for a microwave for 2 days in a row and the promise of giving on the following day was not met. Honestly I liked the hotel but was NOT happy that what I booked is not what I got. I had booked a room with two beds and i got a bed and a sofa, it was not confortable at all... We were in town for a big family reunion. We had stayed at this hotel a few years ago and this time around it looked much better than when we last stayed. It is in a ver convinient place. For us it is literally 2 minutes away from my uncles' houses. The on and off ramp to the 5 is right next to the hotel. It is a great hotel for the price!

The hotel was in a horrible neighborhood and while the rooms seemed to be updated there was no water pressure in the shower. The staff seemed friendly but I was not at all impressed with this hotel.

put the wrong dates on reservation and the man at the front desk was very helpful and assisted me in changing dates with hotels.com five star operator. Stayed for two days and didnt have any problems with staff. Free printing and internet was also helpful.

The hotel was good for a one night stay. The room opens to a nice view around the pool with well landscaped lawn areas. The rooms need to be remodeled and updated with new bathroom fixtures beds, and a flat screen TV. However, like I said it was ok for a one night stay. I would not recommend for a longer than two night stay.

We needed a hotel convenient to the Burbank airport and this hotel provided that. Service was good. Especially appreciated the free shuttle to and from the hotel. But this property is badly in need of a remodel. Our "non-smoking" reeked of stale cigarette smoke, perhaps from the smoking rooms below? When we complained they handed us a bottle of Febreze. […] The shower was in sad sad shape. My husband requested a key to another room to take a shower which the staff quickly provided. He said that room was in much better condition. But our room had peeling wallpaper, a shower that spit out a weak trickle of water if you could get it to work at all, and an overall outdated, neglected appearance. Thin walls allowed noise to travel. Shame too since the room was a little larger than most. I would say "pass" on this hotel. Devamı

Close to the Burbank Airport and a few miles away from Hollywood. Very clean, presentable and safe. Stayed in a two queen-bed suite with a pull-out Sofa bed. Very comfortable for 5 people staying overnight. Great parking and a fantastic hot breakfast with made to order B. Waffles. I would consider staying there anytime. Family loved it.

Nothing special. Room clean bed takes a minute for shower to warm up then fine. Parking is bad but so is the rest of California

The place is right off the highway and pretty quite. The beds were very comfortable. The place could use a bathroom upgrade and a tv upgrade but overall it was pretty decent for the price.

I stayed here recently for three nights. I was very happy with the front desk service and the look and feel of the room as I entered. The room was clean and well maintained. There was a coffee maker, coffee, mini fridge and microwave which were all used and very convenient. It was comfortable and adequate for my purposes and for the price. There are […] a few negatives but overall I think it was good for what I paid. The hotel is nestled between a freeway and train tracks so there is quite a bit of noise but you get used to it. The bed was very uncomfortable, old and lumpy. The bedding was clean and fresh but not warm enough. The shower lacked water pressure but was also clean. The worst problem happened on my last night. A family was stating in the adjoining room and the door connecting the two rooms is hollow and does not keep the sound out at all. It sounded as if the baby was crying and the couple was fighting in the same room. As it was my last night I just got over it but I think the management would have taken care of me had I complained. They were very professional and helpful throughout my stay. Free Wifi and extra amenities made up for the little inconveniences in my opinion. Overall, because of the price I would stay here again. My roommates and I recently took a road trip to go to Universal Studios and such, did not want to pay an arm and a leg for a hotel, but we did want an appropriate place. Ramada Inn Burbank was all of that AND MORE!! The place was very nice, the room was well kept, and the hotel staff were very friendly. If you think you'll need a computer to look up […] something on the computer, dont worry because they have one for the residents to use!!! Also, the hotel restaurant was very nice (and decently priced). Also, just in case you need one there is a free shuttle offered by the hotel to take you anywhere that you need to go in Burbank. SO with all that said, I have to give the hotel a 5 on the star scale!! My 2 roommates and I enjoyed our stay. Like I said my main two goals were: clean/awell kept place for a reasonable price. first of all the people in the front desk had attitudes, not friendly at all. The room that we were in the toilet barely flushes the water going into the toilet did not have water pressure. and the worst was their were ants crawling on the bed. Hotel is next to freeway so at night unless your very tired, you can hear the cars on freeway, But I was very happy with the staff, I ask for room change and they did not hasitate to do it. It needs some keeping up, but nothing to make me not want to stay.

I can't remember ever staying in a hotel that was this unkempt. So many things were broken or disheveled that I can't even list them all. What you notice right away, though is that the hotel grounds and hallways are dirty so I didn't hold out too much hope for my room. It was actually so bad that had I not already paid for it on hotels.com I would have […] immediately left. The bed was broken and leaned to the floor, the TV stand was broken and tilted to the side, so many things...BTW - This is my second stay here and the first wasn't much better. You get what you pay for. The carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed and the bed was very lumpy and hard. The first night the sheet were scratchy but the second night they were OK. It was easy to get to going south off of the freeway but difficult getting to going north. Very confusing.

I don't know if the quality of Ramada has gone down since I last remebered, but this hotel does NOT seem like a Ramada at all. It's out dated to say the least. The hotel is right across from train tracks and has very limited parking - unless you don't mind parking on the street or across the street. The train comes thundering thrugh at 11pm and 8am. […] The hotel is convient to the highway. The a/c was loud. The bathroom door was akwardly placed too close to the toilet. Been here many times and have always found the hotel staff helpful, providing excellent service. I use the hotel often as a get away to write and as a place to stay when visiting the area.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. My trip was a mix of business and pleasure, and since there were two nights for which I would not be reimbursed I was looking for something reasonably priced. The Ramada was certainly it. Clean and spacious room, very convenient location, friendly and helpful staff; what's not to like? My only nitpick is that the […] description doesn't mention that the hotel shuttle only runs until 10 pm; there were a couple of nights where I was out late and had to call a cab instead (no big deal, but it would have been nice to know in advance). This hotel is a little older but its my first choice when im in the burbank area. The court yard is full of wonderful trees and landscaping. it feels like home. Another thing that appeals to me is how safe it feels there. they have 24 hr guard that walks the parking lot and have room for my RV. I stay there maybe 15 nights a yr. always leave happy.

Hotel was close to where I needed to be for one night. Staff not very helpful, I was walking thru the lobby with tons of bags and they just watched me struggle instead of helping me. Lost out on a tip. Room was pretty clean but needed updates.

Room was nicely laid out. Nice bathroom set up ,beds old but comfy .Quiet at nite,secure parking . Appears a bit old and rough ,but a grand old hotel,perhaps needing some upgrading,.Gorgeous pool and inner courtyard!! Well worth the money,but dont take miss prissy here .

Great location. Condition of the hotel reminds me of a truck stop. Clean, efficient, aging, worn. The room was clean. The water hot. Wifi free. Great place if you are in late and out early and need the convenient access to the airport and the 5. Nothing to write home about. Serviceable if you just want a quick night's sleep. GREAT SERVICE FROM STAFF !!!

Old hotel but good condition. most of all, only 5 minutes to airport. There're no inconvenience to board 8AM airplain.
