My husband and I stayed here over a quick weekend trip to visit friends in Westlake. Honestly, it was comfortable, clean and, except for tiny bit outdated decor, really perfect for our circumstances. It's tucked away in the back of one of those kind of soulless office/commercial park complexes, definitely not a destination in and of itself. "Friendly welcome!"
Checking in for a hopliday stay, front desk staff was friendly and patient during this busy time. Even offered me a piece of cake!

"Presidential"
We got the presidential villa or suite. It was a loft setup, with one king bedroom upstairs and one downstairs with full kitchen and living room. Only problems were the room being very warm upstairs upon arrival and housekeeping ignoring the do-not-disturb and trying to open the door in the morning.
"Good workers, Bad neighbors"
We went there to celebrate a friends birthday, so we of course were ready to party. But this is not the hotel for you unless you are planning on just sleeping.. I told them to put us away from everyone and they choose not to so there was a angry guest we had to deal with. But other then that everything was great. "Great Property"
Beautifull location 15 minutes outside Cleveland, and around the corner from a great shopping area. Many amenities in the room.

This hotel has a good thing going. They know it. There are no other nice hotels in the area and so they keep the prices high.

Great location, pleasant area just off I-90. Crocker Park area is less than 1/2 mile with great shopping, food, and entertainment.. Check out White Oaks restaurant if you have time.

Outstanding customer service! We stayed in the penthouse with our 2 kids ages 12 & 14 and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The bed's were very comfortable and the bathrooms looked brand new! The price we paid thru hotels.com was well worth it! I would strongly recommend this hotel. Book it...no need to look further!

Hotel was old! We have two young children that need their sleep. Hard for them to sleep when you can hear "Everything" from the room above you. Had to squish a cockroach that was running around. Glad I only found one.

Outstanding front desk service, no problem with early checkin (3hours). Pillows too soft!
"Great room for the money."
It was a nice room. However, while there were two bedrooms, privacy was lacking. The upstairs bedroom was a loft-style and the downstairs bedroom opened directly to the living room. Overall a nice place, if a little worn. I would recommend it and I would stay there again.

We chose this hotel because we got a great rate on the room and it was centrally located to where our activities would take us on our visit. The hotel is set back from the main road amidst many trees giving it private feel. We had a kitchenette in our room with "full size" appliances which did the job but were definitely outdated. The bathroom was very […] tiny with just the toilet and shower behind the door with the sinks outside but it was very clean. They offered a full breakfast which meant there were eggs, sausage patties and home fries along with the make your own waffles, cold cereal, muffins etc. The location was close to a nice shopping area with a wide variety of restaurants.
