MCM Elegante Hotel & Suites - Dallas

We really enjoyed our stay, only complaint is the a/c cycling and loud.

Very clean older room. Beautiful pool and amazing free buffet breakfast.

Hotel well maintained for it's age. Two items that need attention; 1) Pillows are so thick your neck is crocked and so uncomfortable. 2) TV channel lineup is very poor. No WX channel (travelers need to know WX), no CNN, FOX, MSNBC or ANY news channels? Business people need these as well as CNBC!

It is in short driving distance for alot of stores, restaraunts, attractions for family, kids, & malls. Great place & suites are extremely nice & spacious. Will definitely stay there again!

I paid for a king bed and was given two doubles. The light flickered all night long. A little creepy.

I travel frequently for work and I expected, given the price range for my room, that this would be a notch above the business class hotels at which I frequently stay. This was not the case. The decor of the hotel is dated. The television reception is extremely poor, and the channel selection was unacceptable to me. While the room was clean, the bed […] was not as crisply made as I would have liked it to be. The front desk employees were only minimally friendly. While I didn't have a specific problem with the service, I didn't really feel as if I was being treated as a special guest. All in all, I've had much better hotel stays. This was the third hotel that I stayed at during an extended visit to Dallas and was by far the best! Great location, very comfortable beds and bedding, free hot breakfast buffet, complimentary shuttle and very good customer service! The location was excellent. The staff was curtious and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was a bit hard but the room was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

The stay was very pleasant! The room was clean! The mattress was amazing! Best sleep I've had in a longtime! Great service! Breakfast buffet was good!

We reserved through hotel.com for NON-SMOKING, two queen size beds bedroom 3 months prior to our stay. Upon arriving, we were told that all the non-smoking room are sold. The smoking floor was so smoking that by us just going into the floor and getting right back to the elevator, people commented that we smelt like in Las Vegas. Either of us can stand […] the smell of smoke. Though we know that "preferences" are not guaranteed, I think at least "non-smoking" part should be honored no matter what. Good thing that the hotel was willing to upgrade us to a suite. However, what'd we do if they are unwilling, we can not imagine. I'd think twice again before reserving through a 3rd party. Devamı

Really enjoyed my stay at the Elegante. Very clean, comfortable room with an amazingly comfortable bed. The hotel staff was very friendly every day. Would not hesitate to stay there again. I was in town for Market and the location is excellent-very short trip to and from market, but they also offered a shuttle.

Nice shuttle service every hour to the airport. Old school hotel but clean. Nothing fancy. Comfy beds. Traffic noisy outside as on major street and directly off highway. Several nice restaurants within half a mile.

This hotel is not the newest nor is it the best maintained however for the price it was excellent and I actually had plenty of hot water at 6:30am, something I did not have at one of their competitors on tthis same visit. My Family and I were very pleased with our stay!! the parkinglot was well secured, the staff was amazing and the breakfast was a real treat!!!!

I came to Dallas for a week and picked the MCM based upon reviews by others as well as the suggestion of my partner. While the pool was closed and it was quite disappointing when you have one of the poolside rooms, the room itself was amazing and quite comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, the room was very spacious, and my overall experience […] for the week was simply amazing. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a variety of items and the quality of the food was excellent. The only complaint that I have is that on the weekend the buffet area is packed and the seating in the dining area is very tight bordering on uncomfortable. I would recommend to anyone that is staying in the Dallas area to pick the MCM. The staff was very friendly and the housekeeping staff were also very nice and cooperative regarding privacy. Devamı

A nice place. My only complaint is that there was no mini fridge in the room.

The hotel staff are rude, slow and have no idea how to take care of their customers. The location is in a rough part of Dallas. If you like strip clubs and liquor stores, this is the hotel for you.

The "Complimentary" internet didn't work. Bedding was slightly stained. Elevators didn't work, had to take the svc elevator... Staff wasn't very friendly. 'Premium' cable consisted of Showtime. On a positive note, Room was on the 6th floor w/ a great view. It was peaceful & spacious. Would I go back? Probably not...unless it was free

Unless you are having a meeting at this hotel, I would not stay here. There is a large atrem that is very loud and the staff allows the meetings and party's that are in the hotel to use this space to hang out all night. There is only one elevator that is very slow. The room was nice but coffee maker did not work and the toilet only worked half the time. […] There was 4 of us in the room we only had 2 blankets (1 was very stained) I called to get 2 more and was told they where out so they only brought us one. I would recommend to take your own linens. We stayed here because of the indoor pool. Very nice pool but there was a staff member that was stationed at the pool and would not leave us alone. Hotel stay was short. We arrived about 2:00am, and checked out at 11:ooam. King bed was great. Room was very nice size. However, when we woke up at about 9:00am, we found ants all over the room. We stayed on the 7th floor. We reported the condition to the front desk but couldn't talk to management because we had to catch our flight. The staff seemed […] very friendly. First of all, I was disappointed when I walked into my room. The room smelt old and not like a three star hotel suppose to smell or feel like. The pictures that I saw on the computer, I did not get that quality, elegant isn't what I got. I wanted king bed and got double queen.

My colleagues and I have made this our home on the road. Everything is great and they serve a Real Breakfast Buffet, none of that microwave stuff! I travel 3 out of every 4 weeks and always stay here when in Dallas!

This hotel was a great choice. Combining easy access to various freeways and interstates andnmain roads with many restaurants nearby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff of the MCM Elegante was very professional and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and the housekeeping staff kept us supplied with all of our coffee needs....We […] had plenty of fresh towels and our room was kept immaculate. the hotel was in a good location. the staff was friendly when checking in and out. the breakfast buffett was nice. the room was a little dated but nice. beds and pillows were comfortable. shower didnt want to come on but was fixed within an hour of reporting it. i will definately stay here again.

anniversary there. We got there early before the 3:00 pm check the first room had no view from the window, second floor brick wall near air condidtion unit.
