While the hotel appeared pretty nice at first, it didn't take long to realize that Hilton hotels resemble their founder's daughter Paris - kinda' pretty on the outside, but totally lacking in substance. The walls were so thin that we overheard almost every word of every conversation from the rooms on either side of us. The pillows lacked substance to […] the point that it took three of them to prop up my head. Even the pens in the rooms were cheap plastic, and the soap in the bathrooms was gimmicky and worthless. The front desk clerk was so caught up in making small talk with the lady in line in front of me that he completely neglected half of the normal check-in procedure (where the elevators are, restaurant hours, etc.). We ended up feeling our way around the place for whatever we needed. The one redeeming quality was the room service, which we only ordered once. It was well cooked and delivered quickly. Devamı

It was nice, clean, and comfortable. No complaints.

Our overall experience at the Hilton was good, but must say we were a little disappointed that the wifi service in the rooms are for a fee. It would be nice to have free access in room especially since we were visiting from out of state and having internet service in the room would have been helpful in planning our daily schedule and getting info about […] what was in the surrounding area. OUTSTANDING value, excellent choice on our part. Highly recommend for the business traveler or someone wanting to see Kansas City.

I picked the hotel because I had a last minute business meeting over a holiday weekend and did not have time to scout out convenient downtown locations. It turned out to be what I needed but I had a lot of spare time and not much to do.The hotel had very few recreational amenities and limited exercise options in the health club. A hot tub would have […] been nice. The shuttle to and from Zona Rosa was a lifesaver but there was little to see there, a handful of boutiques and eateries worth the visit. Car service downtown was way too expensive to consider, would recommend to Hilton that they consider shuttle service between the Airport hotel and of of the downtown locations. Devamı

Lost my cell phone on the hotel's airport shuttle. It was returned by UPS within a couple of days. Great.

Has the best Bar-B-que in their restaurant that I have ever had! There is no Jacuzzi or spa like the website says there is. Very disapointed in that! I also thought that there were security elevators, but they were not operated by your room key, just regular elevators. A little unnerving as I was traveling alone.

The Hilton Airport in KC is not a god place to stay. The bathtub was not clean and they said it is due to old plumbing and that the tub burps. The toilets do not flush very good at all. Some of my family had to use the bathroom downstairs because toilet almost overflowed. Not what I thought Hilton was supposed to be.

We stayed at the Hilton KC Airport the night before a very early flight. When checking out, we were running late. They told us that it would be faster for us to use their service and pay to park at the hotel than to try to drive ourselves. So, we paid $30 instead of $60 we would have paid in economy parking at the airport, and were shuttled to the airport […] counter we needed in less than 15 minutes after signing up! Amazing. Devamı

We were there for my nephew's wedding. The reception was right in the hotel and it was so beautiful. We will keep this hotel in mind if we ever return to KC. The rooms were clean, the hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. We had a king size bed, and the room was very roomy which was great. I was a bit dissappointed when I pulled the comforter down and there were holes in the sheet. This was a HIlton Hotel! Even though we were able to get a great price online,a Hilton shold not allow their hotel to presented that way. I was very disappointed with that.

During out stay the hotel staff was very friendly. Our kids loved the pool - especially swimming under the wall the get inside or outside. No trouble finding a parking spot and they even had a wedding on Saturday night. Very nice and no complaints.

The hotel was spectacular! However, one of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertises a jacquzzi. IT NO LONGER HAS ONE, BUT STILL ADVERTISES THAT IT DOES.

We booked for a family of 5, there were 2 full size beds (not Queen) and no extra cot for our 3rd child, so one slept on a pallet on the floor since we checked in so late and didn't want to wait for someone to bring up a cot. All of the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. You didn't even have to ask for the help they just seemed to be so aware of your needs. Everyone had a smile and acknowledged when you went past.

Our room was amazing! It was a king bed and it had a flat screen TV!! I would consider it one of the best deals on this website! :D

The hotel was very clean and the bed and linens were very comfortable. I wasn't impressed with the outdoor pool - few chairs, uncomfortable surface to walk on, small, but other than that, the hotel was nice and was a good value.

The staff was always very accomodating to me and my family. The restaurant staff was helpful and respectful, and overall I enjoyed the stay... The location is a bit far from downtown and the rest of the city, but Zona Rosa is close and gives you tons of shopping and eating options.

Did not have doiuble room avail at 10 pm. Many kids running & using pool. Disappointing.

I didn't arrive at the hotel until almost 11pm on a Saturday night and left by 11am the next morning so I wasn't there long however the little that I did see of the hotel (and the price I paid thanks to hotels.com!) will definitely encourage me to come back again!. The lobby area was very nicely decorated. My room was very clean and comfortable. The […] bed and linens were very comfortable and had an expensive look and feel. This was an excellent hotel. Close to the airport- with shuttle service, which we needed. The room was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. We were very happy with our room and would definitely recommend it to others.

Very nice facility. Had a wonderful weekend.

Not a bad hotel, just a bad weekend. We were there for our Daughter's graduation from UMKC. It also happened to be prom weekend so a HS prom was going on in the ballroom. You had to pass that hallway to get to the elevators. Also, in the room, the shower liner was so short, you had to put the outer curtain in the shower too in order to not flood the […] bathroom. AND, the toilet sang all night. It was close to the airport and that is what we needed. Devamı

the hotel was ok. the people at check-in were wonderfully sweet and helpful. but i couldn't shake the feeling that i was in an old repeat of The Rockford Files or Hawaii Five-0 with the look and decor of the place.

The hotel is very close to the Airport and only 4 miles from an outdoor shopping area with multiple reastuarants to choose from. The hotel is a little dated but clean and convenient.

Great hotel with a restaurant that produces some very good meals.

This hotel accommodates many flight crews so I thought it should be good. However, I was placed on a floor with a group of party-goers. They were noisily partying in the hallway. I had to call the hotel front desk at 1:30AM and they said they will send someone up. The partying continues and I called again at 3:30AM. The front desk said they really only […] have two people and cannot have resources to calm down the crowd. They do not have any way to escalate to management for more resources either. The front desk was icy and unapologetic when I checked out: They said they "followed all management procedures". This is the first time I had no sleep at all in a hotel. This is worst than the cheapest Motel 6. I will share my awful experience with more people. Devamı

The hotel was nice, and good for the price. The problem we had was with the water temperature and water pressure. The water was luke warm at best, and the pressure was non-existent. It would also be nice if there was a gift shop to buy items that might have been forgotten. The hotel met its needs however.

Our rate was a little high (as was EVERY hotel in KC that weekend) as we were down for the NASCAR races. The shuttle was awesome and everyone was very friendly. The room was very clean. My husband and I moved the 2 beds together and even the floor under the beds were clean. Very nice.

the most comfortable bed I've ever had, bid screen TV....We were very pleased.

The Hilton Kansas City Airport Hotel, was a beautiful place to stay, and an excellent value!! We will definitely stay there again!! Staff was awesome, and being so close to the airport, we were amazed at how quiet it is!! Loved it!!

建物自体は決して新しくありませんがホテルマンの対応や部屋の快適性は悪くないと思います。レストランのメニューにもう少し多様性があれば尚良ですが。-空港からのアクセスも良いので、特に出張で最後の日に泊まり、次の日の早朝に帰国の途へつく上で重宝しています。
